Upon arrival the front desk staff was super welcoming, and offered us complimentary drinks and snacks. The hotel is in a great/safe neighborhood, with lots of shopping and dining near by. The hotel is super clean, and recently updated. The pool is very nice and clean. The breakfast area has lots of seating and food options.

Brand new or at least looks it! Breakfast was really good. Laundry and gym were nice! Pool was small. Neighbors upstairs were a little noisy, parking was not the best, but lots of restaurants and location was prime quiet tucked behind busy shopping area. Room was great 2 TVs and pull out coach with bedding. Housekeeping was great too!

The hotel is well located, modern, and clean. The bathroom is spacious with a very roomy shower. The complimentary breakfast had fresh choices and was tasty. I experienced challenges with my room key. It always took several minutes for it to turn green and unlock. I was really looking forward to a swim in the, clean, attractive indoor pool. Unfortunately, the water was uncomfortably cold. There are several hotels close together parallel to highway 71 and you do hear the trucks continuously. My earplugs or music on my phone were enough to take care of it.

Room 119 is by the door for the outside to the lobby and continental breakfast area I’m woken up all night then the beds are as hard as concrete. Can never get a good night stay and always put in that room. I’ll never spend money there ever again or any affiliation to it.

facility and room were fine. desk receptionist was not friendly (didn't even say hello) and extremely unconcerned. volunteered zero information. had to ask location of elevator , breakfast location and time and info re: wifi. all the while messing with her cell phone. very poor service and attitude.

I'm not sure what her name was but the lady that helped me check in on Feb. 1 2025 at 3:00pm was very helpful and cordial. You could tell she actually loves her job I walked in and out a few times and each time she was being very attentive to every person that was checking in. She was answering one person's 20 questions with ease and helpfulness. The accomodations were very nice and clean and organized!!! I will definitely be returning there in the future!!! 5***** hands down

Stopped by for a night on my roadtrip. Hotel was clean, check-in and check-out were very quick. I arrived around 8:30pm and was able to get food and other items as there were many restaurants and shops still open around. Also appreciated the fact that the hotel was only a 15 minute drive from downtown, so I was able to visit before resuming my road trip.

Location of hotel was very convenient and there was easy access to a number of businesses, restaurants, etc. Fairly easy to get in and out of. Room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. The area around the hotel looked to be safe and well kept. An excellent place to stay. Will stay there again, next time in that area.

Over all, a great place to spend the week, everything worked, could have had an office chair that rolled but i got by with what was there. Did not like the breakfast bar starting at 6:30am - should be 6am for those of us who is on a time schedule.

Great place. Very clean and updated. Restaurants are within walking distances. Our only complaint is that something needs to be done about breakfast. Way too crowded and they need to reorganize it for a better flow. Even hard to get coffee. We left and didn't even try to fight to get breakfast.
