Vale a pena pelo custo x beneficio. Os atendentes são muito solícitos, deixaram a gente guardar as bagagens mesmo antes e após a reserva. O hotel é simples, possui elevador, bem localizado, não possui ar condicionado, os quartos poderiam ter uma estrutura melhor (cama e banheiro) e deixaram apenas uma toalha de banho e rosto para eu e meu marido (2 pessoas). Para o que buscávamos, atendeu super nossas necessidades.

The rooms are very simple, but extremely clean with simple but well chosen decor. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful. Our window faced the courtyard, and every night there was someone in an apartment who was either talking loud with guests, playing music, or had their TV on really loud, and I didn't sleep get the best sleep. The sound would have been fine with the windows closed, but with very warm summer weather it was really warm in the room if we didn't have them open. If it were cooler and we would have felt comfortable with the windows closed, it would have been fine, so this probably isn't an issue during much of the year.

Only complaints...very hot (no AC or fans) and incredibly loud all night until 3am or so, tues, wed, thurs, fri, sat nights. Had to have window open or we'd roast, but there was a party on the street with happy, loud shouting and yelling every night. Otherwise, clean room, small, but clean. Decent location, about ten minute walk to metro, very helpful and friendly staff.

The double glazed windows were amazing for keeping sound out, which was great. Close to some good areas for eating But there was no fan or cooling in the room, meaning we needed to keep the windows open, and that let a lot of noise in as it is on a main road, above three bars. Plus the towels for showering are the size of handtowels.

Great value for money. Clean and located close to Metro and bus stops. Reception is super nice. Only downside is the elevator went out of order after my first night so I had to climb the narrow staircase for 5 floors - esp when checking out with luggage. But it also wasn’t that bad that it ruined the stay. Would come back!

The location appeared sketchy upon arrival, but there were great restaurants and bars within walking distance. We checked out early because the elevator broke and we were on the 7th floor!! We ended up paying for a different room elsewhere in addition to having prepaid for this room.. we had only one outlet in the entire room, which slept 3 adults!!! UNSATISFACTORY!!

Petit hôtel de 24 chambres proche de paris centre au bon rapport qualite prix. De petits balcons mais du bruit côté route malgré le double vitrage. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights until yesterday. clean room, towels changed daily, hot water at discretion, very good heat, overall for us it was exactly what we were looking for. the staff was very nice without any problems, I strongly recommend this hostel for those who want a city break close to the center and the metro and bus. very quiet area and full of cafes and supermarkets

Great price and fun location. The only problem I had was with the cigarette smoke. Even though I was in a non smoking room, the smoke came through the vents and under the door. But staff was friendly and the room was always cleaned thoroughly.

Convenient location within a few minutes' walk of several underground stations and bus, excellent selection of local cafes, restaurants and bakeries. Staff friendly and helpful enough, but it has to be said the room reeked of cigarette smoke, day and night - it was very intense, even in the middle of the night and despite leaving the window open all day while we were out. Do not disregard and take this into consideration if considering booking. All in all, you get what you pay for, and if it wasn't for the smell the experience would have been great.

The hotel has a great location, and this only because of this I rate my experience as satisfactory. However, cleaness is not consistent, first two days of our stay it was pretty poor, other two days ok ( looks like it depends on staff in rota). Duvets were quite dusty, so when we were in room all of us had hay fever attack. It is really disappointing, as hotel itself is in a great place, fair value, and just needs some efforts to rid of dust and maintain in satisfactory conditions

O hotel é extremamente sujo, tinha teias de aranha no quarto além do permanente cheiro de cigarro no hotel inteiro, inclusive no quarto! As toalhas era extremamente velhas e manchadas. Tudo no quarto fedia a cigarro, o quarto, cortinas, roupa de cama e toalhas. Quando solicitamos a troca de quarto informaram que o hotel estava lotado e que era proibido fumar em todo o hotel então não fazia sentido o cheiro em nosso quarto. Por fim não nos trocaram de quarto e nada fizeram.

Good budget hotel near number 9 train. Small room, safe area. Great if you’re the traveler who just needs a place to sleep on a budget. Beds aren’t the most comfortable but the windows are amazing. We were there when PSG won the champions league and once you closed the windows, you couldn’t hear a thing. Restaurants, small grocery stores, pharmacy all right there in the neighborhood.

Il y avait des petites bêtes dans la chambre (poissons d’argent) , le lit petit (140/190 max) et vraiment pas très confortable La chambre et l’hôtel sont vétustes , les murs très fin la procédure avec la clé de la chambre assez archaïque Des taches sur le sol, des rideaux occultant qui n’occultaient rien donc réveil à 6h avec la lumière Bref , pour 125€ la nuit , je trouve que c’est quand même très limite Seul point positif l’hôtel est bien situé près des transports en commun et le quartier est plutôt calme

rather simple small room, nothing special. good as a crash pad. bed was comfortable. Room was clean. plenty of good restaraunts and grocery stores nearby. 5-6 block walk to subway, usually 1 line use to typical tourist destinations. Given the cost of other hotels, this was good value for money, even if it's not a space to luxuriate in.

There was no Air Conditioning, which was uncomfortable and there were not enough electrical plugs, one of which did not even work, so we needed to use the TV plug instead of watching TV, but the TV was not connected, so it would seem others had the same issue; other than that, the staff was very friendly, the hotel area walkable and nice, the subway is a few blocks away, which was convenient.

So this property my biggest problem was there was major communication issues the staff really doesn’t understand English; I do get I am in a foreign country however it’s a hotel and I feel like if they having people from foreign nations they should be able to communicate at the very least. Every time I asked for toilet paper I barely got any maybe one roll if I was lucky as for towels for showering what a joke they give you one! Than when I leave to check out they charge the 48 Euro tax for breakfast which is basically croissants one day I missed it! What’s most irritating is that I complained to Orbtiz and they did nothing for me they just want to give a 50 dollar off next hotel stay something should have been credited back! One other interesting thing was they wanted to keep your room key while you went out god only knows why but I refused! All in all it was a good price but I wouldn’t recommend due to basic amenities not being provided and security issues and communication issues especially when you’re in a foreign country solo and don’t have anyone really to even ask directions from!

I had a good stay at Acacia Hotel. The room was what I needed for my time in Paris. It was conveniently located near different Metro stations and buses. The concierge recommended some really good restaurants for dinner and bakeries for breakfast. I spent most of my time walking to see the different monuments and the location was important to find my way on my own. There is a market close-by and a Fransprix in front, which came in handy for last minute snacks and toiletries. The restaurant is located between two restaurants so it is a bit noisy outside but I slept through it. I didn't see an AC unit in the room but I didn't need it as it was a bit chilly at night. It's not a fancy hotel but it provided what I needed. You have to return your key every time you leave - you can't take it with you, which might be a bit annoying. But you get used to it!

Bathroom was small. Place was cheap so served its purpose. You had to leave your key every time you left which was a bit unique. The location was good. Regardless of where you are in Paris you will have to use the metro to get to some sites.

Great location to trains and lots of restaurants within walking distance. You can also walk to beautiful cemetery and walk most of the way to Eiffel Tower but you can hop on a bus. Friendly staff and quiet location.

Très sympa la présentation du petit-déjeuner sur la table mais choix très limité (pas de fruits, pas de beurre demi-sel, 1 seul morceau de pain et 1 croissant par personne sans proposition d'alternative du type pain complet, brioche, pain au chocolat), ce qui fait que je le trouve cher pour ce qui est proposé comparativement aux autres hôtels où j'ai pu séjourner.

Really Enjoyed our 9 night stay at the Acacia a small and simple spot located in an eminently walkable & bikeable area of the best damn city in the world. Not the Ritz but you just need a place to lay your tired head in the city of light...Nice staff people good continental breakfast clean sheets and room...the pigeons are noisy but they gotta live too... I'd go there again any time!!!
