We chose the Classic King with city view, such a small room with very little floor space, we had to pay a $120 pn upgrade to a slightly larger room. Initially the Reception staff were extremely rude and dismissive about our complaint but we were eventually helped by a much more professional staff member, Zach. The bar and restaurant at this hotel are fabulous and the staff, service and food are 5 star. The hotel is about a 20 min walk to Old Montreal. We returned to our room on the last night and it had been left open, on the safety latch, by housekeeping. Our friends' room had been left the same way. Unacceptable!
