Good for a one night stay. Accepted dogs which was the entire reason we picked it and it was on the edge of Mazatlan so easier to get to. Room was fine, dog areas around hotel were very good. Restaurant was ok nothing great and just a few restaurants near by but for one night you can get by.

El hotel esta muy alejado de la playa y el centro. El centro comercial mas cercano es Walmart a 1 km. Eso ya lo sabia, reserve porque por la fecha Abr 24 fecha del eclipse no había habitaciones disponibles en otros hoteles, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y austeras. No cuenta con caja de seguridad en el cuarto, tiene una plancha para todo el piso. El papel sanitario corriente, las toallas viejas y chicas solo 2 toalla de cuerpo, ninguna de mano No cuenta con ningún servicio adicional como gimnasio, alberca, Solicite cama King Size y fue una cama Matrimonial. Incluía desayuno Dijeron que lo servían a las 6.30 a 10 y a las 8.00 aun no sacaban todos los alimentos. Los empleados, no saben sus funciones y poco amables, el del restaurante (mas bien comedor) ni siquiera hablaba ingles Reserve 3 noches y solo ocupe 2 por el mal hotel

Everything was fantastic , Reasonable price ,Great protected parking ,super buffet breakfast, very clean and maintained property. For parking and checking in use the Fresh Maeket Tres Isla parking One Mazatlan has some designated parking spots next to the hotel elevator which you can take to the L lobby for check in then once you get the key card the guestrooms are secure and you have to tap it to use the elevator past the lobby.Good security. Access to the beach is right across the street and down a small road on the north of side a diiferent hotel ..

En general las instalaciones del hotel estan bien, ya me había hospedado anteriormente en este hotel y todo muy bien, sin embargo en mi última estacia la habitación donde me hospedé tenía chinches en el colchón. Me desperté depués de que me picaron y alcancé a matar una, pero ya no pude descansar tranquilamente, lo comenté al día siguiente con la persona del mostrador al hacer mi check out pero mi comentario fue totalmente ignorado, espero sea un caso aislado ya que es una muy mala experiencia, ya que pretendía descansar y fue lo que menos logré.

Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia, ya que la habitacion que nos dieron estaba la cama llena de chinches y nos picaron demasiadas, tuvimos que ir al medico, hablamos a rexepcion y nos cambiaron de habitacion pero a 10 dias de nuestra estancia ahi aun seguimos con comezon y con llagas en la piel.

Había chinches en la cama del cuarto vecino. A mi compañera la cambiaron de cuarto a otro piso. A mi ni me avisaron. Y por el tipo de plaga, por protocolo debieron moverme también.

El personal sin ganas de trabajar nunca supieron resolver mis dudas ni tampoco el estado de la habitación el baño tapado y a pesar de reportarlo nunca hicieron nada para resolverlo. En cuanto a la comida del desayuno pan con lo mismo todos los días necesitan cambiar el menu mas opciones de platillos mucho cobro y pésima atención

El hotel en buenas condiciones. Es lo que esperas en esta marca. Mis observaciones: la actitud del personal no es buena, se hacen bolas al registro y son lentos. No servia el.telefono y tuvimos que bajar por.toallas. reservamos para 4 y habia 2 toallas. La cama muy comoda, la almohada muy delgada.

We loved the staff. All were so very polite and professional. We also ran into a problem with a flat tire. The staff were quick to help with calling for a shop to repair the tire as well as helped with translation. Can’t say enough about the great staff. Rooms were extremely clean although small were adequate and homey. Bathroom was modern and clean. Great stay.

Al llegar no querían respetar la tarifa de Expedía, me comuniqué con la agencia y se resolvió, en el desayuno faltaban platos y tazas, sustitutos de azúcar, pan dulce, preguntamos y nos dijeron que no les habían surtido, en un día ni frijoles habia, pero también tengo que decir que el desayuno es de buen sabor y variado, creo que es también falta de personal

El personal sin ganas de trabajar nunca supieron resolver mis dudas ni tampoco el estado de la habitación el baño tapado y a pesar de reportarlo nunca hicieron nada para resolverlo. En cuanto a la comida del desayuno pan con lo mismo todos los días necesitan cambiar el menu mas opciones de platillos mucho cobro y pésima atención

Muy poco personal para atender el comedor; los alimentos demasiado limitados, se acababan muy rapido y no había quien reabasteciera; la persona que estaba en recepcion del buffet andaba atendiendo tambien en la cocina. Muy defiicente.
