What a wonderful experience staying here. The staffs are very accommodating and super nice. The breakfast is amazing, and so are the room service, pool, shower, and so many things. They were very understanding about check in and check out. The best part about this place is the amenities, everything is nice and new, and they are doing more renovations, which was very surprising considering how everything feels new! Also, great location in terms of being close to a lot of food and shopping centers. I look forward to coming back to what I now see as my second home in Santiago, Chile!

I was impressed with how good the food (room service/bar) was, then I learned that Chef has a Michelin star. I enjoyed my stay, room was comfortable, location is perfect, service friendly and straight forward. Some common areas could be better. Lobby is extremely warm, gym was impecable, but some of the equipment broken, missing or overused, and elevators were a little "spotty" with fingerprints and marks. Other thank this minuscule details, my stay was perfect and I am planning to go back

Wonderful hotel and experience. I had a córner room with great light. Just the right size. Good shower and bathroom. Very attentive service. Wonderful spaces around the lobby for informal meetings, quiet work or reading. The bar is a bit small, but offers service also on the terrace outside. The restaurant Amandine has a great reputation with my Chilean friends and clients. But I did not try it.

My husband and I stayed for a total of four nights. The hotel is in a very clean and upscale neighborhood with lots of dining options that are within a short walking distance. There’s also a nearby metro station that is easy to use and navigate. The room was spacious, well designed, comfortable and clean. Staff also friendly and accommodating. We would stay there again.

The Hyatt Centric Las Condes has been the best hotel I have stayed in Santiago. The room was quiet and clean. The bed was super comfortable and had plenty of space for my husband and myself. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of choices. The area felt very secure as well clean. The one thing that needs to be adjusted is the AC since the room was cool, but not cold enough. Even when I lowered it to 19 Celsius, it would not go below 21 Celsius. It was not terribly bad, but it would have been just perfect if the room could have been colder. I would definitely stay again at the Hyatt Centric Las Condes Hotel.

Buenas instalaciones pero la habitación reservada era con vista a la cordillera, la que me dieron no tenía vista a nada. Al reclamar obtuve otra con un poco de vista pero no a la cordillera. El hotel adujo el problema a descoordinación con Expedía, pero yo como cliente pague por algo que no recibí!!!

Booked last minute as we didn’t like our initial hotel. Hyatt was absolutely amazing. Forgot the male staff member’s name at check in but we asked for an upgrade to a nice view room and this was granted plus welcome drinks on the house. Rooms are a good size, hotel is in top notch condition and very clean. Breakfast was good quality and fresh daily. Will stay again when visiting Santiago in the future. Staff was professional and friendly throughout our stay.

Por ser um Hyatt achei o atendimento frio. Cheguei por volta das 11:30 no hotel, perguntei se tinham disponibilidade de early chick e a resposta foi que apenas com sobretaxa de US$ 60,00. Expliquei que meu check out seria muito cedo, as 7hs da manha e não acreditava ser conveniente pagar para fazer early check in, mas infelizmente apenas me liberaram o quarto depois das 13:30, porque voltei ao hotel depos do almoço e fiquei esperando na recepção. Pedi ajuda para abrir minha mala que travei o código e o pessoal do front desk não fez absolutamente nenhum esforço para me ajudar, apenas me disseram para procurar uma loja no shopping. Por fim, também tive problema para pagar um taxi de apenas US$10,00 pois o motorista não aceitava cartão de crédito, pedi ajuda e me informaram que eu teria que procurar um caixa elotronico e o mais perto seria no metro. Ter um caixa eletronico no proprio hotel seria muito conveniente para os hospedes.Hoje em dia é dificil carregar dinheiro em espécie. Enfim, hotel com boa localização, lugar tranquilo e com boa limpeza, porém o serviço de atendimento me pareceu indiferente com as necessidades dos hospedes.

Customer service was excepcional Christian went beyong his duty. After being left stranded by Viator Tours, Cristian secure a Private tour so I could see Viña Del Mar y Valparaiso. Victor was extremely helpful and John the driver couldn’t be nicer. Definitely I would recommend and stay at the Hyatt in Santiago de Chile. Five stars. .

Last month we stayed 5 nights at the hotel , 2 nights the room was empty cause we decided to take a road trip. This time we booked a 2 bed bedroom and my daughter arrived at 2 am and the recepcionist, who was EXTREMELY rude, charged us and extra 60 dollars for an extra person.

It is not a bad property but does not have the same vibe or customer service that Hyatt has in other countries. Was a bit disappointed that it did not meet the mark of Hyatt standards. The location is nice but very quiet, especially on the weekends. The check-in process was a mess plus the front desk did not know the area and couldn't suggest any lunch or dinner places. Her response just took a left and you will see. The only friendly person was Christian. He would always great us by our names, and give some ideas of what we can do around.
