Upon arrival, we found a handwritten welcome note and a box of macrons on our bed. This was a lovely surprise and a great personal touch. The room was cleaned twice a day and restocked with anything we used (e.g. milk). The property has a fantastic bar on the ground-level, and you can get some delicious 'happy hour' cocktails from 6-8PM for €10. You can have these delivered to anywhere on the property, but we chose the lovely sun terrace on the 4th floor. The hotel is well situated near the 'Commerce' metro station, about 5 mins walk away, so it makes travelling anywhere very convenient. There are some decent shops and restaurants nearby too, with the supermarket Franprix a couple of doors away from the hotel. The spa was a welcomed feature after trekking around Paris city centre all day. There's a pool (with jets in it) and steam room. It never got too busy - the most amount of people we found down there was 6 people! The steam room worked the first evening and was very warm, but didn't seem to get 'steamy' or warm again for any of the rest of our stay, which was a shame. The pool is a cold water pool, and it did feel very cold. Although you soon adjust to the temperature, we did think it could benefit from being a tad warmer - especially because it's in the basement and therefore has no light to naturally heat it. The waterfall feature in the pool also didn't work, which was a shame. Overall though, a brilliant stay. We would consider staying here again in future

I loved the fact that there was an on site spa in the basement level with a full size heated pool in the heart of Paris. Even though we did not use the services, it was elegant and exceptional. The roof terrace, the ground floor terrace, the foliage and live strawberries on the railings were all such an amazing touch. The staff was quick, courteous and knowledgeable in helping us find the proper train to visit the south of France by train. Experience 10/10

Lovely little hotel. Great and very helpful staff. Very clean rooms, clean bathrooms and great selection of products in them. Rooms were a little small but as we had 2 connecting rooms this was good for us (2 adults and 2 kids) The swimming pool was great. Kids had a great time in there. Steam wasn’t really powerful but wasn’t too much of a problem as the swimming pool was perfect. There was some pavement work going on outside so unloading/loading was a little awkward but luckily it’s a one way street so we could park to the side. Car park is a 5 minute walk away. Location is great. Few minute walk to the nearest metro. Great restaurants and shops around the area too.

L’eau de la piscine était très froide, c’est vraiment dommage pour un spa… on n’a pas pu rester longtemps tant l’eau était désagréable… Le personnel était super, mais avec quelques cafouillages parfois… La nourriture était très bonne. Un peu déçue du spa mais très joli hôtel.

An exceptional place to stay. The pool is surprisingly bigger than expected with nice steam room. The room was really spacious with sitting area. Staff were incredibly helpful polite and welcoming The local area is great for restaurants and cafes. It's about 20-30 minutes stroll to the Eiffel tower and only 5 mins to nearest metro to go further afield. We'd definitely stay here next time we visit

Really lovely, compact and well located hotel. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, even taking time to investigate the nearest Bubble Tea place for my daughter sand ringing them to see if they were open! A lovely touch. Room was very modern and well maintained, beds were very comfortable. The only minor problem was that there was a bad smell of drains in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, not remarkable since the area was very small and the pastries were not super fresh. All in all this was a great hotel that I would recommend and return to.

Le premier problème que jai relevé dès mon arrivée concerne l'insonorisation : on entend tous les bruits des chambres mitoyennes, ainsi que ceux émanant de la rue, cest inacceptable pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, la première nuit je n'ai quasiment pas pu fermer l'œil à cause de cela. Ensuite, la propreté est loin d'être excellente, dans ma chambre des tâches rouges étaient visibles sur les rideaux (jus, vin ou sang ???), cela n'est pas normal. L'espace SPA est en revanche plutôt bien, même s'il n'y a pas de sauna. Enfin, le personnel est plutôt agréable et professionnel, même s'il m'est arrivé de croiser certains membres qui n'étaient pas toujours très cordiaux (ne disant pas bonjour par exemple...).

Really enjoyed staying at this small and friendly hotel which has a nice ambience, helpful and welcoming staff who assisted me with using public transport. Alexi, the lady on reception was wonderful and made me feel very valued as a guest. I loved the pool Spa and roof top terrace. We booked 2 adjoining rooms which was great for my nieces on level 4. We were disturbed by noise from locals and traffic twice during our 5 day stay so felt the soundproofing was not quite adequate for road facing rooms. Great supermarket, good choice of bars, restaurants, shops, metro station ( Commerce ) close by. Line 8 takes you to a retail paradise, a Park, Louvre museum, place de la Concord, Jardin Tuilleries, Champs Elysees. I would recommend this beautiful hotel for singles and couples and would love to return.

The property had decent facilities l. I really enjoyed the sauna room and the pool. The gym was mediocre. As for the staff, very polite however I found mysel and other residents that also booked with this place waiting outside for a long time in the middle of the night because for whatever reason the reception staff locked the entrance door and left their desk for a long period of time. Was not nice waiting.

Thanks to all the friendly and supportive staff, the stay was very favourable. A little disorganised in a few minor areas such as no bottle opener in the room and requiring a trip to the hotel bar to borrow the only opener in the hotel, so had to return immediately and the plug in the bath was broken so no bath and a couple of other tiny things, but overall I was very impressed and happy

This is the best hotel that I have ever stayed at in Paris. Neighborhood was nice and lots of restaurants and shops close by. Breakfast at the hotel is rather expensive but several restaurants close by for breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Commerce metro station just a few blocks away which is very convenient to all Paris has to offer. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed 1 night in Paris. We were looking for a quiet and pretty spot to sleep well. The rooms are very cozy and super clean. We had everything we needed and more. The terrace is perfect and the lobby/bar area very nice! The neighborhood feels safe and there is a lot of good places to eat close by

Excellent hotel the staff at reecption were so helpful kind nothing was too much. The breakfast was delicious and fresh compliments to the chef. The young man who delivered breakfast was so lovely and friendly. Having a swimming pool and sauna onsite was brilliant. Merci Beaucoup

très bon séjour . Grande gentillesse du personnel , de l'accueil, au service, entretient.... Service de parking très appréciable à prix raisonnable (32€ la journée) comparé au tarif du quartier. Belle infrastructure, moderne et propre. Grande piscine bien entretenue. Petites attention du soir très sympa : passage pour remettre de l'eau fraiche et des chocolats en chambre. Petit déjeuné frais et varié. Seul bémol, espace pour le petit déjeuner très petit , pas pratique. Bref, un super séjour , à conseiller!
