Adésso Hotel is conveniently located in Rome, just a short walk from public transportation, which made getting around the city easy. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, always ready to offer recommendations or assistance. Our room was clean and a reasonable size, comfortable for what we needed. Overall, a solid choice for anyone visiting Rome.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and cool. Rooms also very sound proof. Good location to the train station for travel to other places in Italy, just not the best location if you are looking to see sites in Rome.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below what we would expect from a professionally managed property. The sound insulation was exceptionally poor. We could hear virtually everything happening on the floor, which made it very difficult to rest and sleep comfortably. The cleanliness of the room was also unacceptable; the floors were visibly dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The bathroom was in clear need of renovation. The shower enclosure was in poor condition, with the doors coming off, and there were visible signs of damage and deterioration on the walls. These are not minor cosmetic issues but basic maintenance problems that should have been addressed before the room was offered to guests. There was also no Wi-Fi information provided in the room, which was inconvenient and made accessing the internet unnecessarily difficult. To make matters worse, even the bed linen had not been properly fitted and appeared dirty to us. Overall, the room gave us the impression of poor maintenance, inadequate housekeeping, and a lack of attention to basic guest comfort. Considering the standards one would reasonably expect from a hotel, this experience was highly disappointing and certainly not one we would recommend.

This is our favorite hotel in Rome just across the street from the Tibertina station. This is where we always stay when we’re leaving the country and coming back. Great staff, an amazing restaurant on site, and close to the train so when you’re exhausted and tired. It’s literally just across the street.
