I booked an 8 day stay that was, unfortunately, cut short by Hurricane Milton. However, I cannot wait to rebook in the future to stay at this property. It has EVERYTHING that you need, and is nicely updated. The bathrooms are very nice, and the pool is a nice size for a traveling family. The best part of this booking was the Awesome communication from the property management company. They were always available and checking in to make sure everything was in place for an enjoyable stay. They communicated throughout the week related to the storm and our ability to return, if we wanted to and were able. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much for everything.

This place was beautiful! Very cozy house. We loved the heated pool! Everything was great! The host was very responsive. Perfect for families. Everything you see im the pictures is exactly how the house is inside and out! We had actually booked a smaller house and had to add additional guest they were efficient and quick go get us into a bigger house. Would definitely recommend.

Home was amazing. Clean. Clean pool. Kids loved it. Smart TVs. Kids also loved the how the kitchen table turned into a ping pong table as well as a pool table. Very accommodating for full families. Great home. Would definitely stay again.

Property was well maintained, immediate response with any of my minor concerns, plenty of room and space yet it allowed everyone to get together and enjoy themselves together +++, after several cancellations from other properties due to the hurricanes in the region, THIS PROPERTY WAS A GODSEND, close to Amusement parks, airports and RJS, the pool is a GEM, I’ll definitely return.

This property was perfect in every way. The house was beautifully decorated with ample accommodations. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were tasteful and had everything we needed. There were plenty of essentials such as towels, dishes, charging stations, etc. The property manager was attentive and responded to a couple calls we made when we had some minor requests. The pool was clean, warm, spacious, and private.

This is a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. We were 4 adults and 6 teens, and the place was great for us. The check in process was efficient, the house was clean and ample supplies. The property is very conveniently located less than 5 minutes from Busch Gardens. The teens enjoyed the pool table and the heated pool as well. Overall, this is an excellent property, and I would stay here again if I visit Tampa.

Our group absolutely LOVED our stay in this home recently! All of the little touches were perfect, the pool table was awesome to have and use, the house is spread out well, plenty of towels, washer/dryer, all of the above! We WILL 100% stay here again next time we are in the area. Communication was great from start to finish, I highly recommend this house for your stay in the area! Thank you so much for everything!

I would recommend this property to anyone! The check in was easy- they communicated with me thru my entire stay- above and beyond with communication. They made sure I arrived safe- asked how accessing the property went- and even sent me a text the day of checkout 😁 The property was super clean! There was water and a few snacks left on the kitchen counter for us upon arrival. Bathrooms had unopened toothbrush, toothpaste, qtips and makeup wipes! The only small compliment I would have is the ac thermostat- it was set on 79 but you could adjust to any temp but it was on a timer and would eventually reset it self back to 79- 79 was very uncomfortable for us especially with the Florida heat.

Our stay in the home was awesome! Check in and Checkout was easy. Communication was great! The location is close to Busch Gardens. The home is also close proximity to lots of restaurants, University Mall and other stores. We appreciated the extra amenities such as the coffee, snacks, tooth brushes, tooth paste, febreeze, and laundry supplies. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was nice to have seasonings and etc... My only suggestion is to add additional face clothes for large groups, dish clothes and dish towels. We saw a couple of small roaches in the kitchen. However, the home was very clean and spacious!!!! It was evident that safety precautions are taken to sanitized and prepare the home for guests. Overall, wonderful host and wonderful accommodations! We would definitely stay again!!!!!

We arrived tired after an 11hr trip, no outdoor light on ,not to mention there was an overturned grocery cart in the front yard. We walk into the house and found the glass sliding door to outback open approx 6 inches. The inside we found scuffed yellow walls, stained couch cushions. The floor a a thin laminte the was not secure in some areas. We killed at least 3 cockroachesduring our brief stay. Day 2 we were awoken by neighborhood kids knocking on our door asking us if they could use the pool, which they were told no. The kids spent most of the day playing on our front yard.When we returned from my sister's celebration of ceremony we found the gate to the back yard unlocked. We communicated this to owners who never responded. We reached out and told them giving everything we'd be leaving a day early and asked how they planned to make this right, all they keep saying is they have to talk to management this is day 2 and nothing. Just soo disappointed. This place looks like it was a "flipped house" in need of much more attention! flooring was floor was tihin laminate.

This place was absolutely an amazing place to stay at. Musical bathroom fans, pool dining table, multiple phone charging dock at the foyer. Lots of surprising amenities that were very nice! Just bring your own pillow if you like them more on the flat side! They were so big and fluffy lol. Communication and security were also fantastic! 5 stars!

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped and we were comfortable. The only issue we had was the condition of the couch and some other furniture. We felt bad for the owners as it looked like a previous guest had damaged their home and it needs to be addressed. The rental agency was extremely responsive. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Overall I would stay again if they replaced the couch.

Mark was a great host. Accommodated all our request and the house was in a mint condition. The only downfall was not having one additional bathroom (at least half bath) by the bedroom besides the living/dining area but overall if I had to stay here again I will do it in a heartbeat.

Large home with a big fenced in back yard. Great for pets and close to everything. My only negative is that the couch has a lot of stains so it could use a good cleaning but the rest of the house was well kept and comfortable. You will enjoy your stay here.

Our stay at this location was very nice! The managers of the property were very responsive and checked on us everyday! We really appreciated the all of the amenities and accommodations, especially the beach chairs and umbrella that we used on our trip to the beach! We had plenty of towels, soap, and other supplies. They made our stay very comfortable and easy! Would definitely recommend this property and Emperor Rentals!

They were always available and checking in to make sure everything was in place for an enjoyable stay. This property was perfect in every way. The house was beautifully decorated with ample accommodations. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were tasteful and had everything we needed. There were plenty of essentials such as towels, dishes, charging stations, etc. The property manager was attentive and responded to a couple calls we made when we had some minor requests. The pool was clean, warm, spacious, and private.

We arrived tired after an 11hr trip, no outdoor light on ,not to mention there was an overturned grocery cart in the front yard. We walk into the house and found the glass sliding door to outback open approx 6 inches. The inside we found scuffed yellow walls, stained couch cushions. The floor a a thin laminte the was not secure in some areas. We killed at least 3 cockroachesduring our brief stay. Day 2 we were awoken by neighborhood kids knocking on our door asking us if they could use the pool, which they were told no. The kids spent most of the day playing on our front yard.When we returned from my sister's celebration of ceremony we found the gate to the back yard unlocked. We communicated this to owners who never responded. We reached out and told them giving everything we'd be leaving a day early and asked how they planned to make this right, all they keep saying is they have to talk to management this is day 2 and nothing. Just soo disappointed. This place looks like it was a "flipped house" in need of much more attention! flooring was floor was tihin laminate.

To begin, location was extremely important to us because we were here for a softball tournament. The park was 5 mins away which was amazing! The house was fully equipped with all our needs and more. The hosts responded to every question we had and were extremely attentive. Overall great experience. Thank you.

Property was well maintained, immediate response with any of my minor concerns, plenty of room and space yet it allowed everyone to get together and enjoy themselves together +++, after several cancellations from other properties due to the hurricanes in the region, THIS PROPERTY WAS A GODSEND, close to Amusement parks, airports and RJS, the pool is a GEM, I’ll definitely return.

Our stay in the home was awesome! Check in and Checkout was easy. Communication was great! The location is close to Busch Gardens. The home is also close proximity to lots of restaurants, University Mall and other stores. We appreciated the extra amenities such as the coffee, snacks, tooth brushes, tooth paste, febreeze, and laundry supplies. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was nice to have seasonings and etc... My only suggestion is to add additional face clothes for large groups, dish clothes and dish towels. We saw a couple of small roaches in the kitchen. However, the home was very clean and spacious!!!! It was evident that safety precautions are taken to sanitized and prepare the home for guests. Overall, wonderful host and wonderful accommodations! We would definitely stay again!!!!!

This is a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. We were 4 adults and 6 teens, and the place was great for us. The check in process was efficient, the house was clean and ample supplies. The property is very conveniently located less than 5 minutes from Busch Gardens. The teens enjoyed the pool table and the heated pool as well. Overall, this is an excellent property, and I would stay here again if I visit Tampa.

Great house very close to Busch Gardens and just a short ride to downtown and Ybor City. It was perfect for my family and friends to come together for a great weekend. The owners were very nice, had perfect communication, and really made it easy for us to enjoy our stay. Plus there’s a game table, nice TV, and a pool, what more could you want? 10/10

This property had everything we needed for our trip. The inside was beautiful ! We appreciated the extras that were included (coffee, laundry soap, dishwashing detergent, propane tank to use for the grill). The kitchen had everything we needed plus more, to cook meals. I would recommend this property to anyone! The check in was easy- they communicated with me thru my entire stay- above and beyond with communication. They made sure I arrived safe- asked how accessing the property went- and even sent me a text the day of checkout 😁 The property was super clean! There was water and a few snacks left on the kitchen counter for us upon arrival. Bathrooms had unopened toothbrush, toothpaste, qtips and makeup wipes! The only small compliment I would have is the ac thermostat- it was set on 79 but you could adjust to any temp but it was on a timer and would eventually reset it self back to 79- 79 was very uncomfortable for us especially with the Florida heat.

Great area convenience to stores and shopping and the Tampa hot spots. Great price, it was overall a great experience and my family and I highly recommend it. It was 12 women under 1 roof and we had a great time.

Communication was very prompt and positive. We loved the pool area and when there was no gas grill available, as seen in pictures and in the description, one was provided to us the next day. There were plenty of bath and pool towels, and the beds were very comfortable.

This home is fabulous. The location was quiet and was close to everything, including Busch Gardens and George Steinbrenner Stadium. The house is updated and had plenty of space for us and our pups. The fenced yard was great and we could let the pups run around. The check in and check out process was seamless and any requests were met so expeditiously. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting the Tampa area.
