I cannot express how wonderful my stay was. The hotel is centrally located with amazing views of Paris. They staff was amazeballs! From check in to check out they were there with impeccable service and always with a smile and grace. An absolute 5 star hotel. This will be the only place I'll stay from now on. We were driven to Maxims once Mohammed took our photos in and around the car; made us feel like royalty! The tea and macarons at checkin really set the tone!

We loved the VIP welcome! The library is stunning and the rooms are gorgeous. We had a beautiful glimpse of the Eiffel Tower. Stunning interior style of the hotel is very appealing. Great bathroom and loved the towels! Only complaint was the air conditioning, which we were told countless times could be set to what we chose. However this was proven untrue as it was set to 22.9 degrees like most hotels. They went to great lengths to explain it takes 1.5 hours to kick in but that never happened, even on each occasion someone came to check our AC unit. Other than that, the hotel is absolutely faultless!!! Loved it and would stay again.

Aunque es un hotel pequeño tipo boutique, están siempre atentos a los detalles, como preparar la cama para ir a dormir y dejar al lado tus pantuflas. Las habitaciones impecables y los baños muy amplios, cama y sábanas muy cómodas. El servibar no es un simple mini fridge, sino un pequeño armario con deliciosos bocadillos de cortesía. El estacionamiento gratuito en la propiedad con servicio de valet parking o tu mismo lo dejas en el frente, algo importantísimo en Paris ya que no hay mucho lugar para estacionar en la calle. En definitiva le doy cinco estrellas y sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location. Very clean. Room was very nice. Staff and service were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Parking was right in front of the lobby and they did not charge me. Only complaint was the internet. Wifi only worked on my Laptop with MS Software. But even there the connection and UI seem dated and amateurish. On iPhones and iPad we received error messages (no internet). Wifi did not work. We stayed at several other hotels during this trip and never had issues with wifi.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Sandra and Omar at the front desk were extremely helpful and professional. Shout out to Mateo from the restaurant for making our daily breakfast a very pleasant experience. We can’t forget Jerome the general manager who on several occasions offered superb professional service and went out of his way to help. Special thanks to Paul for going out of his way to help us with car rental and other matters. The hotel is walking distance from Shopping, and restaurants. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. If we decide to stay at Fauchon in the future it will be because of the staff mainly. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

Excellent hotel!! ALL the staff are super friendly, attentive, helpful, and quick to respond to our needs. When our uber car got to the hotel from the airport, a staff greeted us and unloaded our luggage from car immediately. Then we relaxed in the lobby served with drinks and cookies. We dont need to check-in at the counter. Instead, a staff went to us to check us in while we were relaxing. We were even escorted to our room by front desk staff to explain what to expect in our stay. I commend the training given to all staff including the staff in-charge of replenishing the bar in our room, and the housekeeping. Our room is cleaned/checked twice a day. The manager is super friendly and takes time to talk to guests that makes us feel very welcomed. We stayed at Junior Suite Panache and it’s perfect. Room is very comfortable and clean. Bed is perfect to sleep on. Location is also perfect. Just 3 minutes walk to high-end stores. This hotel is highly recommended.

Our stay in Paris was brief and we needed to be centrally located and well rested. Fauchon L'Hotel Paris provided this and more. Staff were superbly friendly and accommodating for our 20th wedding anniversary. Coffee and pastries in our room were wonderful snacks.

Perfeito. Uma coisa é ir para Paris e ficar em qualquer lugar. Outra experiência é ficar no Fauchon. Atendimento excelente, cordial, check in sentado, upgrade sem pedir!!! Isso é raro. Já tinha reservado um bom quarto mas ganhar um upgrade sem esperar é muito bom. Ficamos em uma suite maravilhosa com vista da rua através de janelões. O hotel é cheiroso, conceitual, novo, limpo, quarto muito confortável, funcionários gentis e cordiais - o que nem sempre acontece em Paris -, quarto bonito e confortável, amenities do mini bar (doces Fauchon e água com gás e sem gás à vontade)-, secador Dyson no quarto, restaurante do hotel ótimo, uma simples salada caesar é gostosa pois os ingredientes são bons e frescos, café da manhã delicioso e farto. Em resumo, excelente hotel, uma experiência! E a localização é perfeita, a melhor de Paris, longe do tumulto da Torre Eiffel e da Champs Elysee, perto de várias lojas, restaurantes e cafés.

The staff at Fauchon were extremely attentive and caring. They have an excellent sense of customer service. Really made the visit very nice. The property itself is very well located being close to everything and really in a central spot. The building is nice although not really five star. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and very nicely appointed. Everything is walkable from the hotel making it really great in that regard. The biggest disappointment was the quality of the the food. While the staff was great it seems both the interior and the food could use an update. Overall enjoyed the hotel and especially the staff and thought the rooms and the location are great.
