The location was easy to find and very convenient. Close by to a bakery (Daisy), 7/11s and train station. Rooms were a bit dated with dings, scratches, and pain chips but the highlight was the bathroom. It was an amazing bathroom. Great water pressure. Has everything one needs including hair oil, face wash, slippers, an impressive hairdryer. Wifi was good. Staff was a bit stoic but not a deterrent.

Room and bathroom were very spacious and extra on-site facilities were easy to use. Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly - when I had to send luggage to a hotel in Kyoto, the team managed everything for me, ensuring the process went smoothly. An overall great stay and I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Immaculate room with a super comfy bed and pillows — we slept so well! The power shower was excellent, and we loved the classic Japanese toilet (the only thing missing in our room was the heated seat, but that’s a minor detail). A really nice touch was that they provide clean pyjamas, plus a fresh toothbrush with toothpaste and a hairbrush every day — such thoughtful service! On the ground floor, there’s an incredible selection of complimentary toiletries — everything from hair bands and mouthwash to razors and face creams. Honestly, whatever you might need, they’ve got it. Breakfast was amazing too!!! They make fresh Japanese pancakes on request, and the coffee was strong and really good. 10/10. If we ever come back to Japan, we will without a doubt stay here again. Thank you ❤️
