Directly connected with train stations. Onsen-style bath is wonderful! Room is clean and spacious. Staff service is excellent. I really liked the bar Matsu on the lobby floor. Short walk to many restaurants and bars in Kanda and Nihonbashi.

大浴場があって、わたしが入った時はとてもきれいだったけど、外国の方が来てスリッパを棚に入れるように伝えても風呂場までスリッパを履いかれた。あっという間に床がビショビショ、抜けた髪だらけで酷かったのが残念でした。食事も景色もお部屋も最高でした！

Room was very nice as well as amenities. Booked this hotel for the public bath, which was a great way to try it out for the first time. Bummed the bar was closed on Sundays, since that was one of the two days I was there. Laundry service was more expensive than even the Disneyland Hotel, but glad I used it anyway. I didn’t try the hotel breakfast buffet or get a chance to set on the terrace since it was rainy. But a nice hotel conveniently located near a subway station and a nice mall.

This hotel is a good value for Japan. The room is not large, but not a tiny business hotel room that shock many foreign travelers. Just enough room to do some yoga in the morning in the room. There is no workout facility in the hotel, but there is a Japanese onsen.

Great hotel with a underground exit to the subway in the same building. Makes it easy to reach different parts of Tokyo within 30min. The rooms are cozy and well laid out, stayed in the superior room with a queen bed and could comfortably open 2 large suitcases. Staff were friendly enough but some could work on their english a bit. Decently sized onsen included for all guests. But wish they would permit guests with tattoos. My partner could therefor not try it out.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Ideal location, next to multiple restaurants/bars, parks and city sites. Enjoyed the Japanese pool and breakfast served on the lobby floor. Would have rated a 5 start, except for the lack of TV stations (4-5 Japanese stations broadcasting shopping shows and only CNN in English) and gym. Had to pay $25 per day to work out at Anytime Fitness.

Overpriced hotel. As a business traveler I expected a desk in the room. There was a tiny table barely big enough for a laptop. The chair accompanying it was very uncomfortable. The room was very dusty despite the air cleaner. I also disliked having to go to the 9th floor ( reception) from the 15th floor, and then take another elevator down to the street level. The location in the city is great but I will look for a hotel geared more toward business travelers next time.

Lovely hotel in a great area for work or fun. Lots to do around and also right next to a metro station. Clean rooms, attentive staff. The breakfast was very Japanese but amazing and delicious. Would go back :)

We booked the room with Skytree view. It was really amazing. Even though the hotel is located in quiet busy area with a subway station nearby, we still have a quiet evening to enjoy our stay. Also, the check-in process is quiet efficient and clear. Room is clean. For those traveling with small kids, the service is really warm.

Lovely quality designed room. Breakfast buffet was excellent and with a relaxed environment with a nice view of the terrace garden. Reception were helpful and restaurant staff very friendly and polite. Good location, with direct access through hotel to subway. Plenty of restaurants nearby, a smart area. Only other comment is that the room lacked drawers or shelves for storage, there was just a small area in the wardrobe for that. We asked for more hangers which arrived within 5mins so very attentive. Bar was nice albeit oddly very dimly lit.

This was a nice hotel overall. The room was fine but nothing particularly special. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, but our view wasn’t great, it overlooked the rooftop of another building, so the curtains stayed closed most of the time. Staff were polite and helpful. Very nice hotel.

Rooms are small but have everything you might need: small desk/table, amenities, good shower. Lighting in bathroom was terrible for make-up application (but that's not unusual in a hotel!). The bed is my primary complaint: it was very uncomfortable. The hotel housed a large public bath, which was a nice activity after a long work day. All employees were very nice and I had no problems communicating in English. I did not eat at the hotel - the restaurant is quite high-end so not suitable for a business trip when you just want to grab a quick dinner. But for a more formal dinner it looked like it would be great. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Train stations close by. Or we would walk from Tokyo station, about a 20 minute walk. The hotel was nice but room was mostly black, so made the room dark, even with window and lighting. Made it seem dated. Not much counter space in room or bathroom. Also it was strange to walk in and have to go to the 9th floor to reception. Then from there take a different elevator to our room. Had to do that each time we went in and out of our room. The staff spoke great English, better than most of the hotels we stayed in while in Japan. I would stay again mostly bec it was in a less crowded part of Tokyo.

Very helpful staff. Downstairs lobby staff went the extra mile to help us find the best transportation to Haneda and stored bags safely after check out. Paid a reasonable fee of 6,000 Yen for two hour delayed check out. The area around the hotel is full of shops and restaurants and great coffee. We loved the live music at the brew pub across the street. It bears repeating that the lobby is on 9th floor…the transfer to come and go can be annoying but we never waited long. Would stay with Mitsui again without hesitation.

Our review is generally tainted by our experience in the bar, I went into the bar while waiting for my wife to be ready to go out for dinner, shortly after ordering my second beer my wife arrived. She sat down beside me and the lady behind the bar told her ‘one customer one drink’, my wife said she was just waiting for me, did not want a drink as we were going out. She was told she could not stay in the bar unless she had a drink….she left and so did I. I lodged a complaint and all the staff were very apologetic but I asked them if this is their policy, I could not get a straight answer from anyone…. So it is their policy. We will not be staying there again. If my comment is not accurate I ask the hotel please reply to this with a clear and accurate description of their bar policy. My account is accurate.

This hotel went out of its way to disappoint a guest—something I rarely see. I arrived at the front desk at 2:05 PM and was told my room was ready and available, but due to internal policy, I couldn’t check in before 3 PM. This is already frustrating, considering the outdated 20-hour daily rate logic. But what harm is there in pleasing a customer? The room wouldn't need extra cleaning, and there’s nothing to be consumed—so where’s the logic? On top of that, breakfast was underwhelming, with very limited options.

Staff was great!!! Customer service was exceptionally nice. Rooms were a bit smaller than I wanted but I knew that when I booked this hotel. They kept our bags till it was time to leave to our next hotel which was extremely helpful. Again staff was amazing 10/10

Excellent location for navigating the complex Tokyo metro system - the entrance to the Ginza line station is directly underneath the hotel and this connects to Asakusa, Ginza and Shibuya within a few stops. There are multiple shops and dining options on your doorstep.

The hotel was near a lot of eateries and that made it very convenient for us after a long days exploring. It’s near the COREDO buildings about a 1-2min walk. One of those buildings is literally right across the street from the hotel. If you wanted to get more local restaurants and small ramen shops you could walk down about 5-8min just a few blocks and there were so many places to eat. 7-11 is right downstairs which made it easy for a quick bite to eat before we went out (side note: not much places are open for breakfast. They usually open after 10am or later). The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. They all spoke English and understood everything I asked. The rooms are just a bit small but that was expected in Tokyo. It was ok because we only came back to the room basically to shower and sleep. It was so convenient that a train station was so close, about a 1min walk to any of the entrances of the Mitsukoshimae Station that you needed. We could access the GINZA LINE from that station and be on the train within minutes from the hotel. Just be aware that you are using stairs to get down to the subway. Elevators are available but a little bit hard to find. Escalators are mostly available when you are in the basements. Just be prepared to walk up and down using stairs for a faster commute. All the stations that we visited to get to our destinations were handicapped accessible but it may take a bit of searching to find an elevator.

This hotel is in a business district. The area is less busy and not overrun by tourists. The hotel was easy to reach by various subway lines. We found many restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast buffet was excellent - they serve mostly Japanese and a few Western dishes. We loved their bar, which offers daily Happy Hour, excellent cocktails accompanied by classy Jazz.

We loved the Mitsui The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing - although if you stay multiple days, it’s always the same and becomes a little ho-hum. The hotel is exquisitely clean and has such a wonderful scent that makes you feel so relaxed. The rooms are on the small side - we had to shuffle around each other and our bags always seemed to be in the way.
