Parking lot people weird a tad shady so if you could keep them moving it would’ve been a lot more comfortable.

Staff is really friendly. Parking needs to be fixed, lots of pot holes. Room was nice, but the door has a huge gap underneath and you can hear and see outside. I would add another layer of curtains for more privacy. Shower head was not the best either but it was a decent stay for the price.

Great for price! Clean and adorable. My only issue is the lock. They don’t have a deadbolt.

The location of this hotel is very industrial. The service was good, but some of motel was a little trashy (lots of renovations being done so they are clearly working on it) and the people were sketchy. There are a few different buildings and I paid extra to upgrade to one of their renovated rooms and the room itself was very nice and tucked into the back. No one bothered me and the actual room was safe and very nice for the price I got. What bothered me was I paid extra to have a room with a bathtub, but when you go to use the bath tub the water pressure uses the same knob as the temperature and that was irritating because I wanted to be able to take an actual bath.

The shower took about 5 minutes to warm up, and while the flooring was nice, it was also dirty (vinyl flooring, so it needs to be wet mopped and not vacumed--feet immediately dorty after getting out of the shower). Manager was pleasant with our interactions. Some construction around the inn itself, and there is no elevator for a second floor if thats where you wind up.

Even though the room was nice and clean, the exterior needs renovation. It would be a good thing to have cofee makers in the rooms. Staff was nice and friendly.

Well, the hotel was nice. Got to tell you very cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Check in Easy. Price was great for the amenities that were available. There is a snack machine, but drinks and also icemaker. They’re on the construction and some areas, but we didn’t notice Looks like the hotel is being renovated, but you don’t even notice and the renovations are definitely a plus I would recommend it, especially for the price finally, a simple motel with no issues very happy with my stay.

The colonial style of architecture around the property was everywhere. It was very quaint. It had lots of parking for the number of rooms it had. The friendly staff went well out of their way to ensure that I had all I required for the duration of my stay. I would have liked for there to have been laundry facilities on-site. The bathrooms had been recently updated to a more modern look and that was very nice. The rain shower heads are wonderful and the water got up to temp in no time. The room itself was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked very well. There is a bus stop (route 58) immediately adjacent to the property so that will alleviate the need for a car rental. I would stay there again.

DO NOT STAY. FOUND A HUGE TICK. BLOOD ON PILLOWS. ITS BEEN 4-5 (stayed on Thursday may 23rd) days and I still haven’t gotten to a resolve. Before I went to bed in hotel room, I spotted a blood spot on pillow.i took pictures and I threw it off bed. And went to sleep, it was about 1:30 am. I didn’t expect the world. Just thought they would handle this professionally. Never again. PLEASE DON’T STAY HERE!!!!

The rooms were dirty. One had dog pee on the floors so we switched rooms the next room didn’t have a working AC and smelled like cigarettes and was dirty so the third room we stayed in because I was tired of moving rooms but the bed sheets had dog hair all over them. They made us change our own bedding. It only had one outlet and couldn’t plug I. The TV and refrigerator at the same time The TV didn’t work so that solved the outlet problem.

The things that have been renovated look great and I totally get what the property owners are working towards. There’s just a lot of work left to do. Our room was clean, there was plenty of hot water, the AC and TV worked well. There are some strong smells…like paint and maybe stale smoke? The property is now non-smoking but the room smelled like old smoke. We stopped to sleep while passing through the area … checked in late and left early. If that’s what you need, this is perfect.

The rooms are nice and clean and updated! The outside looks questionable, but other than that I would stay here again. There’s no amenities in the room other than soap and shampoo and an ironing board and iron.

The area was super dirty, couldn’t even sleep. The bed was broken in half. The lady was nowhere to be found for check out and check in. People were banging on the door at 3 AM. Room smell like old smoke Shower was dirty alarm system kept going off in the middle of the night I really felt like I was in the hood wi-Fi didn’t even work or connect to my computer brown spots on the sheets that they gave us the vending machine was broken. Ice machine was out of order. The key didn’t even work for the right door. people living in the area or I should say at the actual hotel. Almost got bit by a dog. There’s like dirty feces stains on the toilet. There was a leftover booger on the on the pillow. It was a terrible stay, and I was with my girlfriend, celebrating your anniversary. I might not have a girlfriend after this trip.

The room was very small. Didn't have anywhere to hang my coat. Didn't expect to get an house key to my room. My partner and I didn't have anywhere to hang our coats and it was a rainy night. Refrigerator and microwave worked perfect. Bathroom was nice but small.

There’s a few things this place needs to change. The door to the room has one lock on the door knob, the type of lock you would have on a bathroom, no deadbolt. The bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder, the roll was just sitting on the sink . The water pressure on the bathroom sink was basically dripping water. No facial tissues, needed to use toilet paper to blow my nose I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I believe I would have felt better about my experience if the facility were more customer centered. I arrived post storm, 4 hours after circling Philly airport, landing in Albany for a refuel to finally realize I need as place to stay for the...The hotel experienced a blackout. There was zero information and instructions. The property accepted my reservation but couldn't be bothered to post signs. I was helped with a flashlight to my room by I believe possibly housekeeping. She was very very very nice and thoughtful. I do appreciate the act of kindness lending me her flashlight. The room was hot, stuffy...I had a terrible night's sleep. In the light of day, I've provided pictures to characterize the room. I feel if management had been less..."What could I do there was a storm" and more "We want to make your stay memorable enough that you would want to return. We'd like to charge you half price (a full comp night doesn't seem to be something they'd know was the right thing to do) for your late Thursday arrival and stay"...I would be me inclined to say ignore the man tweeking and pacing in front of your door. Ignore the ok cleanliness of the room. It was quiet after the tweeker stopped. They do smoke weed on the property. Which isn't managements fault, they don't own the outdoors. Looks are deceiving even though I did not feel safe when I first arrived and slept with a chair pressed against my door...in the daylight it wasn't a awful. The Wi-Fi connection is terrible.

I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. I book a lot of travel for work and this one kind of got lost in the mix for me. When I pulled in I was quite disappointed thinking I had booked myself for some sort of motel. I knew there had to be a reason why I booked it so I went ahead and checked in and when I got to my room and opened it I was so pleasantly surprised. All the rooms have been renovated. They look beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely go again.

I have never lodged anywhere as bare-bones as this place. It is an OLD "motor court," although I was told there are newer units. No dresser, No closet or place to hang clothes. Sparse. But it was clean and quiet, and the mattress was good.

This property was extremely clean when you walk in the rooms you can smell that they were freshly cleaned staff was very helpful Debbie the manager was absolutely amazing I give her a 10 star review I would give her more if I could she was so helpful and amazing thank you for your service Debbie

Check in was 3pm but waited at desk for a rep for almost 30min.

When I saw the pictures, I was disappointed, especially when it looked like a bad motel, especially the parking; however, when I checked in, I was completely surprised. Very clean room, good service, and friendly staff, and also they refunded me the deposit so quickly. I really recommend it.

The property and room was extremely clean. The woman Debbie who works there was so helpful and very polite she went above and beyond for my husband and I. I would love for her to get shown appreciation!!!

Very nice accommodating staff. Bed is comfortable and plenty of space.

We really enjoyed our stay. I really appreciated the attentiveness of the staff and their hospitality. We had a friend whose birthday we wanted to celebrate, and the staff was helpful with allowing us to provide decor and they set it up for us. We will most definitely be back again given the opportunity.

This place is a real gem. A loving remodel and update of an old two lane motel. Quite, comfortable, close to shopping and restaurants. This is my second stay here and it’s an absolute pleasure. The basic rooms—like the queen single I’m in—are small but the wifi is excellent as are the microwave, fridge, and bedding. What they could do they’ve done and it’s a lovely spot!! Best value in the area by miles.

I recently stayed at Penn Lodge in Pennsylvania and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, being close to Neshaminy Shopping Mall, which offers a variety of dining options like Chick-Fil-A and McDonald’s, as well as grocery stores like Target and Aldi. Additionally, there’s an LA Fitness and an AMC cinema nearby, making it a great blend of suburban tranquility with all the amenities you need within a short drive. The staff at Penn Lodge were incredibly cooperative and always ready to help. A special shoutout to Div, the owner, who is such a great guy and made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Penn Lodge for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Pennsylvania.

Location was good within short driving distance to Wawa and other sites. Rooms are small.
