A little dated and the rooms could use a refreshening, especially the bathrooms but overall is clean and the bed was comfortable. I asked for a first floor room and they accommodated but gave me an "accessible" room. I was so exhausted from 12 hours of traveling and it was late at night so I didn't bother to ask for a different room. They put me directly across from the elevators so I could hear people talking. Next time I think at check-in reception should explain the room so the guest can have a choice to either take it or keep the original room they were going to get. The gym was good - had various machines as well as free weights. The breakfast was ok - typical fare of eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Overall was a pleasant stay.

Overall it was fine. I just expected it to be nicer since it was a newer hotel. The bathroom shower handle was impossible to turn and I don’t feel the room ever cooled down completely and I’m cold natured! The front desk staff were nice!

Worst Hotel stay in awhile. The lady at the desk had no accommodation skills. I arrive an hour and 45 minutes early and ask to check in. She stated check in is at 3. I ask so can i wait in the lobby or do i need to drive around for 145? She said checkin is at 3. So i drove around with nothing to do yntil time. Then i chacked in and was given a room with adjoining doors, which has no sound proofing. The neighbor had a naby who cried from 3 AM to 5 AM. I stay in 30 to 50 hotels a year and this was the worst by far for years. I basically paid to be treated rude and het no sleep.

The room was a little small and I didn't like it, I wanted to change the room and I had to pay for another room because according to the employee you couldn't change the room, I had to pay for 2 rooms, he could change the room and charge the difference in price, surely that room was the one. rented again for him

It looked like a new hotel, was in very good shape. Bed was comfortable. Wife forgot her prescription sunglasses after we checked out, they called pretty quickly to let me know….speaks for their integrity.

This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Noisy as hell - we could hear everyone’s conversations, people stomping their feet, the ice making machine. The faucet in the shower is hard to turn. The beds are very uncomfortable. And then to top it off the frozen breakfast that is served is disgusting and the coffee machine was not working because it needs to be replaced. I’m going to find the owner of this best Western because they’re individually owned and write him a letter.

The hotel is just on the edge before the metroplex begins and a great base for visiting the area. The staff were all so nice and helpful and seemed to care about the guests and property. The hotel is serene and there are nice touches everywhere. There are towels for the pool, for example. There are pretty roses growing in the landscaping. The bed and bedding are very comfortable. The room had a nice chaise longue and large window. Very nice for relaxing.
