I absolutely loved the waterfront deck and Kayaks. Room was really clean the bathroom is tiny so the door is way to close to the toilet. The music outside was nice but wish we had the option to shut it off, it was on all night long and you could hear it in the room. I’m a big breakfast person, I wasn’t really too fond of it but my son liked it. Everything else was great will definitely be returning.

Beautiful little resort! Great for a little getaway. We stayed one night, took advantage of the kayaks and the HUGE spa pool. Enjoyed the view from the dock.

Loved the extra amenities. The fire pit was lovely, the kayaks and paddle boards were a nice addition. Beautiful and serene area. We sat on the dock during the evening and it was quiet and beautiful. Highly recommend.

Check in was contactless and we had no issue there. The pictures on the listing were a little deceiving, I think they may combine their multiple locations but we thought we were going to have a nice pool from the I to video was watched and were surprised to find some sort of blow up pool/hot tub contraption. We did not have any issues with anything and the location was centrally located.

Laid back little hotel squeezed into a tiny space between an excellent restaurant, another commercial property and the intracostal waterway. Our room was on the end closest to the street and a bit noisy, The hotel offers a nice continental breakfast daily and the use of bikes, kayaks, stand up paddleboard, and a huge hot tub/spa. They provide beach towels but if you want fresh linens you need to request that service. We were only there two nights and did not miss the linen service. Restaurant next door is excellent and other good choices are within walking or biking distance. Publix is about 1.5 miles up the street. Beach is about the same distance in the opposite direction. Would stay again.

Nice rooms in a great location right on the water. A nice plus was having kayaks available to explore the bay with, then come back and relax in the hot tub. Other than the cleaning staff who also put out the breakfast food, there's no staff on the premises - check-in and check-out are contactless. The showers don't have a full wall between them and the rest of the bathroom, so the bathroom floor tends to get a little wet. Parking is tight, but we all fit.

Nice beach stay. Situated between Ft Myers and Naples made it a lovely getaway, patio was magical, and hot tub was a plus. Being on a busy road was a downside and parking took some adjusting to but overall I loved the amenities, vibe, and easy check in. I’d stay again.

Your right on the water! It meets all needs. You can ride the bikes to the beach or to town. Great hot tub. Kayaks are free also! Bed was soft. Plenty of places to lay out read a book or sit by the gire at night. Will book again for sure!

This facility does not have a pool, there is a small jacuzzi. The pictures displayed here make the facility look like a clean, upscale, renovated hotel. You can clearly hear every resident spending the night. Rooms were separated by doors. The deck was not half as big as imagined. It is a building subdivided into little rooms. Rooms listed as water views had no view of the water except from the outdoor, wood staircase with awkward sized steps walking up to your room. The room was very small. No parking, additional parking was located two building lots over. Not what was expected…AT ALL

The room was big and the outside area was nice. The pool is very small. There is limited parking. The bed was not very comfortable. There was a cockroach or some large bug in the room. I was only there for a night so didn’t get to check out the amenities but the WiFi did not work well in my room. It is close to the beaches which is nice.

We loved Bonita Springs. The beach was wonderful. Close to the room, and the room was fully equipped, with everything you need in a kitchen — everything clean and ready, the Wi-Fi, the security — we loved it all. Honestly, we enjoyed it so much.

This property is absolutely beautiful. It is truly a hidden gem. Check in was easy, check out was easy. The room was so beautiful. A true beachy feel. The room and entire property were VERY clean and nicely decorated. The coffee and breakfast in the morning was so sweet and well presented. We cannot wait to visit again.

Pictures are not very accurate, my first night the forgot to turn off the music so I had to listen to it all night. They moved me to a second room, way more private and quiet this time, but bathrooms from both places weren't very clean. You can see mold around the bathrooms. Basic place, nothing too fancy about it. Pool was dirty, I cleaned both days before going in. No drinking water or places to buy it. Unless you're willing to take a walk. Too scared to move your car and lose your parking space as they have limited parking spaces. Staff were nice and very sweet. Breakfast is simple but very organized. Definitely for a quick stay, not a place to be fully relaxed

We really did enjoy our stay. The thing we did not like was the floor in our room was dirty and we had to walk with our shoes on all the time. Other tgen that it was super cute and great location.

It’s our second stay at this property and we were quite disappointed this time. When we checked in the room, we noticed some weird pieces of dirt spread around one of the nightstands as well as on the floor. The bathroom had unpleasant smell. The nails holding the bathroom door hang were coming off.. The bathroom tap water pressure was extremely low. One of the beach towels had brown stains. The garbage bin in the coffee corner was broken. In addition, the provided blanket wasn’t warm enough and there was no extra blanket that you would normally find in the hotel room, there was no one in the reception area at that time to ask for it, so our night was rather uncomfortable. I took all the photos as a proof. Overall, this is definitely not what you expect from a place that costs almost $200 per night!

The room was clean. However, the access into the bathroom was very tight. My husband and I are not big people, however, if we were it would have been very uncomfortable. For instance, you can't open the bathroom door all the way to enter the bathroom as the door hits the toilet. You have only about 1 foot of room to get into the shower, if even that much. The walls are very thin and could hear the neighbors through the wall very easily. Then there is the 5 car very tight parking lot. It was a clean place to stay while we explored the area. Would not stay there again due to the above issues.

Room was very nice beach vibe. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. My only complaint is the WiFi kept dropping so watching anything on the tv was impossible. Then the remote just completely died so we couldn’t even try to reconnect to WiFi.

Cute vibe and very clean! Comfortable bed and had several lovely thoughts available for use: hair dryer, coffee maker, utensils, drink ware, clean ceiling fan, etc. No front desk on site. Quirky parking area. We weren’t expecting the front road noise. Listed as having a balcony/deck, which overlooks the next door restaurant dumpster corral. Overall experience 4 stars.

It was very nice little place. I would've preferred a waterfront room. Also, the toilet was too small and the rocks in the shower floor hurt our feet but other than that we loved it! Great location! Comfy bed, cold A.C., good signal on the t.v. and an amazing jacuzzi on the waterfront!!!

The property and amenities were just as promised on the listing. The check-in and check-out process was done electronically and very smooth. We needed a place to stay for one night and we’re happy to find this one. Very clean and a canal my only complaint was the way to check in. There was nobody at the property. They were asking for my ID and credit card over the phone and was very hesitant until I talked to the registration woman

Thought with my on line reservation completed easily meant I just had to show up at the desk for check-in with my photo ID and CC like any normal Hotels.com reservation. WRONG!! subsequent emails to me indicated I was staying in one of three properties (resulting in hopes I am in the right one), that I would have to complete a registration form on line, including submitting my ID and CC info on line (I had no idea how to do that-therefore after completing form I could not submit it because it was incomplete), an email stating 2 days before checkin I would receive my room number and code to enter AND by the way there would be no one there so since my reg was incomplete and unable for submission. Subsequent emails then requested I take a picture of my ID and CC and send it. We showed up for checkin and because none of my previously mentioned info was received the cleaning women had no record of us or which room was ours. Bottom line, instead of a water-view room as advertised we had a room next to a very busy 4 lane road. The stay was potentially very nice but the trauma from registration disaster affected our stay greatly. HOWEVER, KUDOS TO THE STAFF WORKER BY THE NAME OF SUSAN. Thought with my on line reservation completed easily meant I just had to show up at the desk for check-in with my photo ID and CC like any normal Hotels.com reservation. WRONG!! subsequent emails to me indicated I was staying in one of three properties (resulting in hopes I am in the right one), that I would have to complete a registration form on line, including submitting my ID and CC info on line (I had no idea how to do that-therefore after completing form I could not submit it because it was incomplete), an email stating 2 days before checkin I would receive my room number and code to enter AND by the way there would be no one there so since my reg was incomplete and unable for submission. Subsequent emails then requested I take a picture of my ID and CC and send it. We showed up for checkin and because none of my previously mentioned info was received the cleaning women had no record of us or which room was ours. Bottom line, instead of a water-view room as advertised we had a room next to a very busy 4 lane road. The stay was potentially very nice but the trauma from registration disaster affected our stay greatly. HOWEVER, KUDOS TO THE STAFF WORKER BY THE NAME OF SUSAN. SHE SAVED THE DAY WITH HER COMPASSIONATE ASSISTANCE TO HELP CONTACT THE SUPERVISOR WHO RESOLVED THE ISSUE SO WE COULD COMPLETE OUR STAY. The overall property layout and location was great. Unfortunately, we never received the check-in information like promised in our initial booking confirmation. It is a self-check in so we waited and received nothing and finally had to call the headquarters the day we were supposed to check in. We had written ahead to pay extra for early check in and it was said that those forms would be sent early as well and they were not so our travel plans had to change as a result. After calling, we were then sent the email as promised with our room number, but no code was given to unlock our room door. So with no staff available on site we didn’t know how to get into our room. Eventually we stopped another guest and asked if they were given the door code in their email and they had. We showed them our email and they said their email had an extra point of information to explain the code. This helped us guess what our code would be and we eventually got into our room. Lastly, our room was closest to the road and it sounded like we were sleeping in the middle of a highway. It was extremely difficult to sleep with all the noise since the place has no sound insulation between rooms or to the outside.

Latitude 26 was great! It’s small enough that it’s quiet and clean. The facility was clean and adorably decorated. The back deck area is very cute as well. The pool is nice and clean and big. The view from the back is fantastic. The kayaks and paddle boards are an excellent extra bonus. I reserved the king suite and it was perfect for my needs. Nicely decorated and designed. The kitchenette was a nice touch. Has everything you need, especially the full size fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean and the I enjoyed the shower floor :). The location is perfect! Next door is the fish house restaurant and their food is great and their drinks are fantastic! The beach is nearby and the surrounding restaurants are fantastic. I wasn’t able to get the provided breakfast but went to The waffle monkey, and they have great breakfast. Overall a great place for a weekend getaway!

Laid back little hotel squeezed into a tiny space between an excellent restaurant, another commercial property and the intracostal waterway. Our room was on the end closest to the street and a bit noisy, The hotel offers a nice continental breakfast daily and the use of bikes, kayaks, stand up paddleboard, and a huge hot tub/spa. They provide beach towels but if you want fresh linens you need to request that service. We were only there two nights and did not miss the linen service. Restaurant next door is excellent and other good choices are within walking or biking distance. Publix is about 1.5 miles up the street. Beach is about the same distance in the opposite direction. Would stay again.

Nice beach stay. Situated between Ft Myers and Naples made it a lovely getaway, patio was magical, and hot tub was a plus. Being on a busy road was a downside and parking took some adjusting to but overall I loved the amenities, vibe, and easy check in. I’d stay again.

I absolutely loved the waterfront deck and Kayaks. Room was really clean the bathroom is tiny so the door is way to close to the toilet. The music outside was nice but wish we had the option to shut it off, it was on all night long and you could hear it in the room. I’m a big breakfast person, I wasn’t really too fond of it but my son liked it. Everything else was great will definitely be returning.

This property is absolutely beautiful. It is truly a hidden gem. Check in was easy, check out was easy. The room was so beautiful. A true beachy feel. The room and entire property were VERY clean and nicely decorated. The coffee and breakfast in the morning was so sweet and well presented. We cannot wait to visit again.

My partner and me choose this property because I had been there with my family a couple years back. That time is was for my mom’s birthday and we stayed in the biggest room they had. We had such a nice time that I decided to take my husband. We had a good time. The place looked more or less the same. Everything is self service except the breakfast (which it was included) In the morning we went to have breakfast and waiting for 30min and nothing was set up. We called the place and someone answered and told us that they will call and find out what was happening. After a couple of minutes a lady showed up and told us that they didn’t have hot breakfast. They only have bread, coffee, yogurt, milk, cereal and fruits. That was good enough for us because our room didn’t have a kitchen to cook our own breakfast. We only had a microwave and we brought our own coffee maker. The previous time we stayed we had a huge kitchen and we would make our own food. It wasn’t a big deal but it was weird. We still liked the place and would recommend.

Location was pretty good and offered many dining and beach access options. When I stay at a property that commands the rate amount that they did I would expect better amenities. The continental breakfast was very cheap Walmart food and the hot tub, though spacious and well placed did not seem very clean. It was a very basic experience that asked for resort rates. So cute and cozy, right on the water with FREE kayaks and paddle boards to use. A beautiful deck and dock with cushioned lounge chairs and a gazebo. They have outdoor tables as well. Check-in was easy peasy. What made me love this place the most was what happened this morning. I stupidly booked our room a day short, and got a call from the front desk telling me we were an hour past checkout. I panicked and apologized profusely, but the man I spoke to was unbelievably kind and allowed us to stay in our same room with the same rate. He charged my card on file and everything was fine! That great customer service and friendliness was the icing on the cake. Will definitely stay here again!!
