The beds were very comfortable, the unit was amazing, I really loved it. The only thing I dis not like is that when you check in they offer you a complementary pick up service from Your room to the beach clubs, what I did not know is that they were going to get upset for not tiping for that complemenatry ride, first they told me that the service was until 9pm and the next day they said that it was until 8:30pm and we were already at the beach club, that is why I think they were upset because we did not tip maybe it was our fault. Other than that everything is amazing.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Vista Mar. The condominium was well stocked. It had its small kitchen which is convenient. The shower was spacious and the view from our room was amazing. The room did have a private tub But we did have to ask the front that the tub wasn’t working properly. The water was not going down and honestly to avoid having to ask we had to find a work around. They had a technician come in and drain it and after he left it would not work so just a heads up. The tubs need to be inspected and tested before making the room available. The drivers were great! They were quick to our responses to get picked up to go to the restaurants. OMG and the food places there are soooo good! The bad thing I will say is Blue Cortes Beach club service was bad. We were at the pool for 40 minutes and not one person came until other people arrived. We were kicked out the first day because we had no information and they did not check like the other beach club whom took the time to ask and then let us know what room and hotel to use for acess. They made us feel very unwelcomed every single time we went. It was very disrespectful and we’re not helpful at all! Do not recommend Blue Cortés! Overall a great trip but avoid that place.

Our unit was perfect for 2 couples, the view was amazing. Spent a lot of time on balcony. The resort was great with several dining options. We appreciated the small market, bought groceries for snacks and breakfast. We did couples massage in the spa and it was fabulous!! Hung out daily at beach club!! We loved our stay and we will be back!!! Get a golf cart for the property, do fun!

This needs better Administrator. They save on employees and the few they have lack training and experience. It took us 1 1/2 to check in since there was only one employee who kept helping everyone that walked in while she was checkingbus in. The place requires a golf cart to move around and they dont provide one. You have to call the to pick u up and bring you back. But yhe girl forgot to tell us that at 8 pm the service stops. The whole experience was a nitemare. No housekeeping unles you 25 dls a day. They wouldn't even take the trash out or give uou vlean towels. We were yhere for 5 nights 6 days. There many other choices, stay away from here.

The residences are located right next to the Hotel Indigo and the marina, there are restaurants and shops around there and all the ammenities of the Hotel are accesible for the residences. You need to ask for transport as the Residences are on top of a Hill. They respond inmediatly and provide the service right away. The views from the Residences are outstanding!! quiet and nice pool.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Vista Mar. The condominium was well stocked. It had its small kitchen which is convenient. The shower was spacious and the view from our room was amazing. Esta propiedad tiene un problema con el tema de administracion, dado que entre 8pm a 7am no tienes nadie con quien comunicarte ni que te apoye en caso de emergencia o que requieras de algo, el tema de la limpieza tambien es un problema porque si quieres que limpien tu habitacion te cobran, asi que para estadias largas es algo complejo.

Todo estuvo perfecto en la casa que rentamos. muy bien equipada y en excelente estado todo. tiene carro de golf para transportarte al club de playa que también tienes acceso. es una excelente opción si vas con familia. constante comunicación por parte de recepción y muy serviciales todo el tiempo.

The sunset view was amazing. The property is huge space and very clean.. But Mosquito bite during night. Check in office is confusing for find first visior. One part of bath room has no hot water working.

The residences are located right next to the Hotel Indigo and the marina, there are restaurants and shops around there and all the ammenities of the Hotel are accesible for the residences. You need to ask for transport as the Residences are on top of a Hill. They respond inmediatly and provide the service right away. The views from the Residences are outstanding!! quiet and nice pool.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Vista Mar. The condominium was well stocked. It had its small kitchen which is convenient. The shower was spacious and the view from our room was amazing. The room did have a private tub But we did have to ask the front that the tub wasn’t working properly. The water was not going down and honestly to avoid having to ask we had to find a work around. They had a technician come in and drain it and after he left it would not work so just a heads up. The tubs need to be inspected and tested before making the room available. The drivers were great! They were quick to our responses to get picked up to go to the restaurants. OMG and the food places there are soooo good! The bad thing I will say is Blue Cortes Beach club service was bad. We were at the pool for 40 minutes and not one person came until other people arrived. We were kicked out the first day because we had no information and they did not check like the other beach club whom took the time to ask and then let us know what room and hotel to use for acess. They made us feel very unwelcomed every single time we went. It was very disrespectful and we’re not helpful at all! Do not recommend Blue Cortés! Overall a great trip but avoid that place.

The people who worked at Puerta Cortes were very nice. There were A LOT of flies outdoors in every restaurant and no one told us that the beaches aren't used by locals because of the stingrays in the shallow waters.... despite that - we thought it was an amazingly beautiful area. There was an issue with a late pickup on the return trip to the airport but it all worked out ok in the end.

Our unit was perfect for 2 couples, the view was amazing. Spent a lot of time on balcony. The resort was great with several dining options. We appreciated the small market, bought groceries for snacks and breakfast. We did couples massage in the spa and it was fabulous!! Hung out daily at beach club!! We loved our stay and we will be back!!! Get a golf cart for the property, do fun!

This needs better Administrator. They save on employees and the few they have lack training and experience. It took us 1 1/2 to check in since there was only one employee who kept helping everyone that walked in while she was checkingbus in. The place requires a golf cart to move around and they dont provide one. You have to call the to pick u up and bring you back. But yhe girl forgot to tell us that at 8 pm the service stops. The whole experience was a nitemare. No housekeeping unles you 25 dls a day. They wouldn't even take the trash out or give uou vlean towels. We were yhere for 5 nights 6 days. There many other choices, stay away from here.

The beds were very comfortable, the unit was amazing, I really loved it. The only thing I dis not like is that when you check in they offer you a complementary pick up service from Your room to the beach clubs, what I did not know is that they were going to get upset for not tiping for that complemenatry ride, first they told me that the service was until 9pm and the next day they said that it was until 8:30pm and we were already at the beach club, that is why I think they were upset because we did not tip maybe it was our fault. Other than that everything is amazing.
