I love this place. I stayed here after my surgery, and i felt extremely comfortable with being here and recovering. Everything was clean, the shower was nice, room was spacious, and loved the kitchen. My son had a lot of fun in the pool as well. I loved the security of needing your key to go up to your floor in the elevator. The breakfast was great as well and i love the free coffee in the entrance.

This property was nothing short from amazing . The space, cleanliness and security feature are a plus. They have great breakfast options and good time frame so you don't have to rush to get up so early. The outdoor sitting areas are great for reading, working virtually or just hanging with friends or family

We stayed in the Double Queen Bunkbed room with queen sofa bed. It was super spacious and comfortable for our group of 10 ppl. Price was very affordable with so many benefits (free hot breakfast, free parking and gym with top of the line equipment) Super clean, safe and very nice staff.

The rooms were very spacious and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a lot of options and was very delicious and they had EV charging options on site for free. The closeness to the Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios theme parks was very convenient.

Me and my family enjoyed our 2 day stay here at this location. Upon arrival the hotel was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the free breakfast and were also able to utilize the pool. I would definitely book this hotel again when we’re back in Orlando.

We loved this place. From check in to check out everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are big and comfy. They have everything you might need. Gym, washers and dryers, pool, amazing breakfast, hang out areas...we were set. From now on we will seek out Home2 as our place to stay when vacationing!

Experience was adequate but not ideal. We were given the wrong room upon check in; asked to be moved and they were full so we had to take what was left. Rooms were musty and didn't smell clean. Staff was nice, breakfast was fair. Unfortunately would not stay here again.

We found old food In the refrigerator , potatoe chips in the floor and the most disgusting thing was that we found a dirty paper towel in between sheets in one of our beds . A lot of dust too .

My room was amazing, it was like a small studio apartment. Very clean, full refrigerator and freezer and king size bed with a sofa. Breakfast was really good as well!

Okay i would have given it am excellent BUT one of the beds was raggedy as hell!!! A big crater looking hole in the middle. The roll out couch was raggedy with the springs piercing your back. Someone could not control they're child running up and down upstairs as well as banging. The hotel needs to inspect the beds to ensure guests have comfort while on their stay.The breakfast was not the best variety. I was a little disappointed especially aince this has the Hilton brand logo.

We stayed 2 days Oct 5th- Oct 7 for my daughters 21st. They gave her a gift and let us check in early. The room was super clean, Baylee was soo nice and attentive. Was super prized how spacious the room was. Microwave, huge fridge and freezer and dishes, dishwasher and more! Coming back Halloween!

The bunk beds are WAY too tall, and not safe at all. They wiggle everywhere and are very unstable. The bedding seemed stained and to make matters worse, there was a huge disgusting beetle with claws in the bathroom that crawled in a hole by the shower where there's a gap that needs caulked between the floor and shower in room 101. Very very gross. 4 of my children received numerous bites and even hives from who knows what. So sad. We got in late and had to stay, had no option :(

Nice, new hotel with a great staff. The ONLY complaint I have (and this goes for every Home2 location I've stayed in) is that the bathroom doors leave you with 0 privacy. This location has those sliding barn doors which leave about a 1 inch gap all around so everyone in the room with you can see in, and obviously it can't be locked. I would absolutely stay here again though. I cannot say enough good things about the front desk staff. They were awesome.

Great size room with many shelves and cupboards for storage (so good to not to have to lug suitcase onto bed each day!), beds very comfortable -would have been good to have some firmer pillows available. Great to have full size fridge and big microwave. Staff all so lovley and helpful. Highly recommended!

Expedia misrepresented the property/ room. The room i was shown and THOUGHT I was booking had bunk beds for our kids, slept 6 and a bath tub. Upon arriving, i noticed that our booking actually said 2 queen beds, had no bath tub. I have a niece who has leg problems that prevent her from using a shower, as she can\'t stand tbat long, this is specifically why I checked 3 times that the description id the room said bath tub. And on top of that, our older kids were excited for bunk beds. After speaking to a very unhelpful, some what rude hotel manager we were informed that "If expedia chose to show pictures of rooms other than what you were booking, that\'s not our fault and you need to take it up with them." So now we are bathing my niece sitting in a shower. I am left wondering why Expedia would so blatantly misrepresent a room AND why a hotel manager woukd knock our door to prove a point...by providing usbwith a slip of paper that showed what we booked.. Clearly l didn’t do my due diligence by double checking AFTER i paid but i know, without a doubt, what the image i clicked on said i was booking. Incredibly disappointed in my choice in bookings through a 3rd party.

I always book at Home 2 suites hotel. I like the set up of the room, the comfort that it provides and most of all the staff are always nice and welcoming. Shout out to Andrea and Moises for an easy check in. They welcomed us with beautiful smiles and superb customer service. The room as always is very clean, bed comfortable and bathroom with its amenities thus our stay so worthwhile. Thanks again, highly recommended!

Close to where we needed to be but will not stay here again. First day we checked in we requested an additional blanket for the sofa bed. Were told it would be sent up. Kept waiting and called again and told it would be sent up. Got tired of waiting and went to bed. Breakfast is ok; nothing to write home about. Parking is included which was convenient. Overall just an ok stay but would have expected better for a property by hilton.

Better than expected! Staff was great, room was better than expected, and the complimentary water bottles to help us stay hydrated were a nice touch. Breakfast was quite good... particularly the fresh fruit and organic yogurt. Free and easy parking was another plus, as well as the security measures in place that made us feel extra safe (even though the neighborhood is already calm and quiet). We also appreciated the convenient location to Epic Universe. All in all, we would highly recommend!

I've stayed at a Home2 Suites plenty of times and this location was perfect for our vacation. There is a gas station next door, plenty of shopping and dining options with a few minutes and centrally located within 10 minutes of Universal Studios Resorts and parks with Epic Adventure being only 5 minutes away. The rooms provided plenty of space and the kitchen was perfect for us to purchase some necessities and store them in that space. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the parks but not at a resort hotel

They only have on EV charger! Four of us wafting. Breakfast the first day was a joke. The second and third day their was nothing left but cereal at 9:30 (Breakfast runs till 10). The hotel is new and nice but I would not recommend it.

The people overall were nice. Room was clean. The breakfast in the morning was really sad though. Coffee was undrinkable. Very limited options. Many things were "out", and we went down pretty early. I have a food allergy so I knew my options were limited but my kids and husband also struggled to get anything to eat and what they had was cold. And honestly, even with a food allergy I can still usually find something- hard boiled eggs, apples, etc. Only my oldest who made a waffle was actually satisfied. Wasnt expecting anything grand but the breakfast was definitely disappointing.

The staff here is so nice and helpful, but the property could use a little maintenance/cleaning up. We found a part of someone’s eyelash extensions on the bathroom floor, the first morning there our bathroom reeked of skunk smell, and one do the appliances kept beeping through the night. It’s nice to have a free breakfast option, but the food quality is not good at all.
