The parking is terrible. Please be advised that if your travel from afar you can only have one vehicle!! Family can't come visit because there is no where to park! If I would have known before hand, I would have choose a different hotel!! Most of the parking is the beach parking. Which is $20 + tax only until 11! Would not advise staying here, especially if you want to explore Daytona.

Place was ok. Everyrhing kinda old & outdated but right on the beach with a balcony we watched fireworks from. And the owners were nice. Parking was awful and we ended up with an expensive parking ticket for parking right out in front of the hotel.

The jacuzzi tub didn’t work, it wouldn’t hold the water in. The door didn’t feel secure. We got blocked in by other cars that didn’t have a piece of paper. The bed was weird with the handles

Dated property but clean and the right price. The location couldn't have been better. The pool was not open but that was out of the owners hands but hopefully next time we can use it. Would stay again easily.

As the pic showed we expected a pool. We have always enjoyed this place and it was still kept up, not as much as before but still very clean. But no pool. For what we paid here we definitely could have been in another of our favorites with a pool. I definitely did not see where it stated no pool.

Very much enjoyed this hotel. It’s older but clean and the location can’t be beat. The pool is under renovation but with being steps from the ocean we didn’t mind. Was able to walk across the street and have two breakfast shops plus a 711 right there. The parking situation was great! It’s a no frills unique place but the pricing is was excellent. We will def be back!

I already posted all the negatives except this last one…if they have a lot of guests there’s not enough parking and you may get blocked in which happened to us. SUGGEST GET A WORKING AGREEMENT WITH CITY TO USE THEIR SPOTS IN SUCH CASES.

I booked the jacuzzi room for relaxation, the jacuzzi was disgusting! I had to clean it 3 times before getting in. No good air flow in the room so I ended up sick. I hated the ceiling shower 😩 no parking, I had to park across the busy street and walk over. Which was crazy to me.

The room had roaches and yellow stains on the sheets, I gave them a second chance and requested another room which had duct tape on the box spring with red stains and holes it was covering and the towels were wet with little hairs everywhere. More roaches in the second room.

The convenience of being directly on the beach was a major highlight. I specifically booked this room for the location. The room was not particularly clean and when I arrived, I could tell it had not been wiped down (dirt and dust on high contact surface areas & hair). The bedding did also have dirt, stains on it. The fitted sheet had been worn and needs to be changed. It was rough.

The furniture had rust & the shower pole. The curtains had mold on them and both the entry door to room and the sliding glass doors stuck and were hard to open and close. They had to replace the air conditioning in our room as it wasn’t working and no phone in room.

The first room they booked us in stunk of smoke and the main light kept blinking like a strobe light. When we went back to discuss with management, she tried to excuse the smoke and lighting. I simply asked for a new room. She reluctantly agreed. The room was quite small with a very hard bed. It was so hard, my wife had to put the pillows under her. A bed of 2"x4" wouldn't have been much harder. Outside the room was nice though. So, it's a good place to stay...as long as you don't have to sleep there.

ALSO, we booked this room with the promise that they're pool is "heated to 82 degrees all year long". It was not. It was ice cold. For what we paid, that was extremely disappointing.

Property was small but nice. Right next to the beach. Room was slanted downwards to one side. Bed comfortable, but not enough curtains, the lights outside come through too much. Pool was empty under construction but beach access was easy and nice.

We were only their one night for a few hours, but just wasn't overly impressed. Check in person wasn't super friendly. The room was ok, and really small. There was a loud window AC unit so it turning off and on all night was not great. You can tell they have done some updating, but the window in the shower was pretty old and if you opened it, the hotel guests in the building next to you can see you. The soap was only enough for one shower, maybe two. The height of the sink/counter was pretty high so difficult for me (5'1) to use the sink, and the faucet was loose to the point I thought it might come apart. Beds were comfy though. The remote didn't work well and the battery cover was missing.

The room was very clean which was great. The door to get to the balcony was extremely hard to open and close. Almost impossibile. Theyre definitely still recovering from the damages from the bad storm. They should not advertise the pool because they do not have one. The spot is very convenient and the staff was very nice!

I’ll start off with saying the staff was fine. And our room itself wasn’t terribly bad. With that being said, that’s where the good ended. Anywhere in or around the hotel had little to no reception. The first night there we couldn’t even get the TV to work. And the WiFi was non existent and we tried them all. But the most disheartening and frustrating is that NONE of the amenities were usable and it was not disclosed anywhere nor did the staff tell me before they took y card and charged my stay. No pool, no direct access to the beach couldn’t use the grills bc the grass hadn’t been cut and was almost shin deep. The kids were devastated bc they wanted to be able to hang out at the pool when they weren’t down on the beach. I also plan on contacting corporate to file a complaint there as well. This was completely unacceptable.

BE WARNED, this place has bait-and-switch policy! We booked a Friday night oceanfront balcony room three months before our cruise. When we arrived, the clerk said you get the last room, overlooking the parking lot. We showed the Expedia "oceanfront" confirmation, and was told, nah, the owners only honor night-of-stay, not room type with third party bookings. WHAT??!! After an hour telecon with the clerk and Expedia, we were offered a partial credit from Expedia, nothing from the notel. Thank God we were only passing through one night in this hole. We love Expedia, but they should drop this dump today.

This is an old motel. That said it’s right on the beach, the proprietor lady was very nice and everything worked in my room. It’s basic accommodation and they are recovering from the storm damage. I stayed for the Daytona 24 and would stay again.

Property was clean but dated. We stayed one night and the staff was great. However, we were arriving after check in hours and that seemed to be a problem for the person answering the phone. When we got there at 11 there were 4 other couples checking in so we are not sure why it was a big deal.

The parking is ridiculous. The guess have to park behind each other and gey disturbed if others have to move their car. I got disturbed at 7am to move my car for another guess. The suite i stayed in had a roach in one of the bed. The nice lady who checked me in sayed they just sprayed. This was the reason i had an active roach in the room. The owner was extremely rude and hostile. I asked another guess if their room had roaches. Kelsey, the other guess said yes. Roaches in a hotel is a person worse nightmare. In 58 years of life, i have Never stayed in a hotel with roaches.

Our stay was decent... Negatives - We got there at 2 PM as stated on google which is the check in time (on there website is 3) owners responsible for that info to get updated After we were told that she said its $30 for early check in. She said our room was available then said it would be $30 if we wanted to go early. If a room is available then there should be no charge. Very nice person though Very werid to have 3 mirrors in the room big mirrors within a foot of each other Random window that shines bright light in we had to put pillows over it. Window curtains not big enough Postives Nice crew Amazing location on the beach Literally on the beach I can look past most small things
