The room had a missing shower door. We visited because we had received an email from hotel staff saying that they had resumed heating the pool. We went to the pool at 9pm on Friday night and it was 24c (as measured by the staff). They tell me that the target temperature is 30c to 31c. They said it would probably be warm by the morning. We left by 10am. Unimpressive. This used to be one of our favorite hotels. We now use others.

Always nice to stay here. Really great staff. Tasty options in the restaurant. Definitely recommend. Pool is always warm and clean.
