Room was great but could use some touch up paint and minor repairs. Fridge was very loud. Very convenient location to Stanford hospital (my husband is a transplant patient). Missed breakfast because I left earlier than opening. Loved the pool area. Will stay again!

The pebble tech around the pool has deteriorated so much that is now gravel. The spa is boarded up. The flimsiness of the toilet seat broke within minutes of getting there. I mean it just came undone. Everything was pretty clean it just it was in shambles.

Days in has huge rooms and cozy beds. Wonderful pool for the kids and a beautiful garden in front that hàs an area for us smokers. I couldn't figure out the remotes and a gentleman came to our room right away! We will definitely stay again. Oh and my husband likes the cleanliness of the rooms with sanitation strips over the toilet lids.

The management is very nice and accommodating. The room was large, the bed mattress is comfortable. There is a microwave, refrigerator, desk with chair for working, and a clean pool with chairs. If you do not have a wifi hot spot, there is free internet. There is onsite security at night. I stayed here for 3 weeks of work. If you are still at the Days Inn at 7:00 am, there is cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and toast. There was no orange juice or cranberry juice, however there is coffee. I personally did not drink the coffee but instead purchased elsewhere. I would recommend to others.

Opened the door for a food delivery just in time for a cockroach to run into the room. Pool was closed by the health department. Have had better stays in shady Motel 6's. Will never return

Large barking dog that was not happy you were coming up to the check in desk. Belonged to employee working. Dog was the only one behind the counter for several minutes after I walked in. I almost left because of it because I wasn’t sure the dog wasn’t going to jump over the counter and come after me for being in his space. I should have left. I only needed a place to stay for the night. I know Days Inn and the ones I’ve stayed have been nice. The room was filthy. Floors had not been swept or mopped, holes in the walls where things had been opened into them, stains on the walls, black plastic garbage bags hanging out between the ceiling and the sprinklers. No toilet paper holder, it was missing and the toilet paper just sat on the counter. The comforter had cigarette burns in it and there was long hair on the sheets. Dirty towels on the balcony. It had to be one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed and I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

The room has roaches in the bathroom. Not just one or two, a whole bunch. I sympathize that this is a hard problem to solve, but there was also hair on the shower walls, which is very easy to solve. So overall it gives the impression that nobody cares or is trying about cleanliness. Plus it’s probably some sort of health and safety violation to have that many roaches in a room for rent.

This is our theirs time staying here. Bed is very comfortable and love coffee and fresh orange juice with continental breakfast. However we had ants in the bathroom, cockroaches in bedroom, no secure WiFi and windows wouldn’t open. Also, guest above was very noisy, keeping us awake in the middle of the night pacing or walking back and forth. Very noisy. Disappointed!

Relatively cheap Inn in RWC. I booked the suite hoping to make use of the kitchenette but it doesn't come with any cutlery or cookware making it fairly useless. The unit in general was very run down and dirty, and the couch material was constantly breaking off and getting everywhere. Bed and bathroom were acceptable.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Because the ratings and price were decent, I decided to stay at this location. The water in the bathroom/shower had zero pressure and was completely non-functional. At this point I attempted to call the front desk for another room, however they said they'd fix the water issue. I decided to keep my original room, as I was only staying for one night. However that evening my neighbor began playing extremely loud music (sounded like a concert) and I could not sleep. I went to the front desk on two separate occasions to ask for a separate room, however they said they only had a few rooms left and that "these needed to be reserved for future guests to ensure we have full occupancy". Instead they said they'd speak with my neighbor to lower their music. This obviously did not work, and I was forced to leave the property at 1:00 am in the morning to stay elsewhere. My overall experience was horrible. Although I rarely write these bad reviews, the fact that the staff would rather fill all their rooms then provide great service for their existing guests did not sit well with me. I will never stay at a Days Inn or similar property in the future just because of this experience.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, shoddy patched hole in the wall, cracked toilet seat, shower barely got hot, and it sounded like the upstairs neighbor was gonna come through the ceiling. Staff was friendly, got us checked in and out right away.

Great customer service! Clean. Heated floors in bathroom! Just the walls are soooo thin- it was so loud! You could hear everything. People walking up stairs outside the door. All night long. Also a plastic mattress protector was on the bed so it was crinkly all night. Hardly slept.

The room restroom was renovated badly. The fan from the ceiling was full of dirt, dust , and hanging off. The person next door seemed to live there. Every 15min someone was knocking on his door. There was a conjoined door and thank goodness we made sure it was locked because someone was trying to come in. We called down to the office and got no answer. We had to move a chair and our luggage in front if the door. When I explained to the staff in the morning. The lady could careless.

Drove 5 hrs. from Reno, NV on the night of 09/10/25 for an appointment in the morning of 09/11/24. Upon arrival at 11:45 at this dump the very rude person at the check in window told us that our pre-paid room on Expedia was not available and the hotel was full. He told us the whole area was booked and offered no help in finding another room. We will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again, nor will we EVER use Expedia for booking any of our travel!

This hotel was awful. We couldn't open the refrigerator in our room. The desk clerk came to our room and couldn't open it either.He then assigned us another room. The beds hadn't been made since the room was vacated, so they assigned us to a 3rd room. We kept this room, even though the door lock was broken and the hook for hanging clothes in the bathroom had broken off. Also, the internet only worked sporadically. We've travel to 42 states and this hotel was one of the 2 worst we've encountered.

I was surprised the rooms are upgraded, and looked very good. I had no issues during my stay. I would recommend this place as sleep and leave. The location is great in redwood city.

Basic but perfectly adequate. Staff was friendly and helpful, assisted me to figure out local public transit. There is a main bus line very nearby. Windows do not open. Windows look out directly onto the walkway to other rooms, so privacy requires keeping curtains closed. Security was adequate but the door lock and safety latch were both pretty basic. Acceptable but not ideal for a single woman. Room was clean and had the expected basics - soap, shampoo, tissues. There is no safe or secure place to leave a laptop. The morning light breakfast had croissants one day, but only sliced packaged bread the second day, but I didn't expect more for the price. Parking is ample. Despite being right off the major thoroughfare of the Camino Real, the place is set back, so is quiet.

There were bugs in the room. I killed two. These were not cockroaches though…. Sink was draining very very slowly. Room could definitely use more towels. The area around is not somewhere I’d want to walk alone, especially at night. What was good? Beds are very comfortable. If I am ever in the area again I will probably stay elsewhere.

Property room was clean with neatly made bed and floors bath shampoo, conditioner and body gel dispenser was mounted to bathroom counter instead of shower. Caulking around tubs cracking some and pulling away. “Continental breakfast” was lacking had cereal, bread and coffee. No juice, no eggs. Felt cheated by their advertisement

I have never breakfast like this. It’s limited options but my god all fresh food. I was talk to Christy at the front desk they hard boil eggs themselves not prepacked fresh bread I can use the machine to freshly squeeze oranges right when I want. Coffee is great. Hot oatmeal with 2% milk. I haven’t had this kind of breakfast even at 7 star hotels. People are great rooms are spacious and comfortable. This should be listed as resort. I highly highly recommend this place
