Vista desde la terraza es hermosa.

Excelente servicio, excelente ubicación, en el único tema es que el estacionamiento no está ahí mismo, pero el servicio de valet, muy amable y rápido

El hotel esta muy bien sobretodo para el costo. No volvería a dejar mi carro con ellos, es poco práctico y el dinero que tenía en el carro ya no estaba cuando me lo regresaron.

Very safe and quiet environment, Clean and confortable, a/c works perfect, Hot shower at any time, we got a street view that was awesome, satelite tv and elevator. Terrace with a wonderful view of the catedral Only difference than offered is that there is no self parking, but they offer valet parking. Will definitely book again next time.

Se localiza a mefdia cuadra de la catedral y zocalo de puebla. Habitaciones confortables, amplias y de aspecto moderno. Cuenta con una terraza en el 4to piso [tiene elevador] con una bonita vista hacia la catedral. El estacionamiento está fuera de la propiedad pero tiene servicio dd valet parking.

Solo que la tormenta quito el cable de tv, el elevador no servia y no notificaron, pero en general muy bien todo, cuidar esos detalles les ayudaran mucho

Estuvo excelente todo quedaba cerca podrías caminar hasta el zócalo y tiendas restaurantes y las habitaciones súper limpias con vista , el restaurante del hotel muy bien y el bar arriba con vista a la catedral mejor

Muy buen hotel, solo el parking en la madrugada dijeron que no había quien lo llevara

El hotel cuenta con una ubicación excelente a cuadra y media del zócalo de Puebla, lo que lo hace una excelente opción. La habitación es limpia, las camas un poco duras pero se descansa. La regadera fallaba un poco, no había presión en el agua caliente. Sin embargo, el agua salía tibia lo que permitió bañarse. Cuenta con estacionamiento a una cuadra. Lamentablemente no ponen botellas de agua en la habitación, por lo que es importante comprarlas por anticipado. El personal del atención en recepción es variado, algunos son muy atentos y otros no.

Todo perfecto excepto que el gym no tiene servicio 24 hrs, lo solicite a las 6 am y la señorita de recepción fue muy cortante y negativa al respecto informándome que solo se ofrece después de las 8 am, le comente investigara si era posible me abrieran y me dijo que no, en todos los hoteles anteriores si me ofrecían este servicio 24hrs sin problema

Bien ubicada. No me gustó que al check in no podia ir a mi habitación sin que me llevara el botones y no estaba y había que esperarlo. Luego de un tiempo exigí mi llave porque no podia seguir esperando. Encontré dentro de las sábanas un cabello largo posiblemnte de alguna clienta, porque ho han de haber cambiado ropa de cama. El Check-out es a las 12 medio dia. Sin embargo salimos a desayunar y al regresar ya habian entrado a limpiar para los nuevos huespedes no pudieron esperar que entregaramos la habitacion. Dejando toallas y sabanas tiradas por la habitacion. Me parece una falta de respeto, ya que tuve que mover todo para no dejar olvidado nada debajo dd las sábanas. Lo primero que agarraron fué la propina que habia dejado en un sobre y la palabra gracias. Falta atención al huesped.

A la llegada a la habitación encontramos 3 cucarachas, una viva y dos muertas , todas en el baño . Fui a reportar a recepción y amablemente le pedí al recepcionista se acercara pues estaban 3 señoras haciendo Check in y no quería hacer daño. Me dijo … ah si, ahorita mandamos a limpiar , como si nada hubiese pasado. Nos salimos del hotel y al regresar por la tarde , ya estaba limpia la habitación pero seguía la cucaracha viva . Inaceptable!!! Aunado a eso , la camarista se llevó una caja de donas de krispy cream que aún tenía producto.

The location was perfect and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and the Wi-Fi was adequate. Great value.

Hotel Isabel har ett centralt läge, men tyvärr var min vistelse en besvikelse. Rummet kändes inte fräscht, med kalkbeläggningar i både duschhuvud och dusch, vilket gav ett ovårdat intryck. Innergården var väldigt högljudd, och ljudisoleringen var usel – det var lyhört från alla håll, vilket gjorde det svårt att koppla av eller få en god natts sömn. Jag skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell om du söker en bekväm och tyst vistelse.

Front staff at the hotel are very nice, the guy that worked during our stay took such good care of us! The hotel is a little bit noisy depending on which room you have and sadly we got bed bugs in room nr 9. Front staff immediately moved us to another room, closed the room off and took in sanitation service. They also helped with facilitating laundry (but we had to pay ourselves).

I loved the property. Good staff, walkable, safe and the rooms are very spacious and clean. I only would like to recommend to the facility if there’s a chance to bring freezer inside every room to make the stays more comfortable?.

The room was ample, comfortable and very clean. Location was amazing, and the price of the stay, superb! Will definitely consider staying at Hotel Isabel again when I visit beautiful Puebla.

Muy limpio , excelente servicio

Su ubicación es excelente… a una cuadra de la catedral y de muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Nos tocó la habitación 117 la cual no tiene ventanas por donde entre luz natural, se siente encerrado y muy oscuro, se pierde la noción del tiempo por ello. La luz en el baño es deficiente para maquillarse, supuestamente tiene iluminación el espejo y no prendía la mitad… la luz artificial debería de ser extraordinaria para suplir lo faltante. Solo hay un espejo en toda la habitación y se encuentra en el baño, uno de vanidad a lado del clóset sería de mucha utilidad para arreglarse. La limpieza es regular, podrían mejorar en ello sobre todo en la regadera, la cual está llena de sarro. El agua es dura, un filtro ayudaría mucho a que no fuera así. Volvería hospedarme solamente por la ubicación, pero hay más opciones alrededor.

The room was spacious but the bed sheet were stained, the bathroom had moldy areas, and the couches showed stains as well.

Very good location,amazing view of the cathedral,self parking close by, but need to leave the key, but very safe, the only issue I found was the echo in the rooms that connected to the service areas that resonate inside the rooms,but overall it was a nice stay

Room was comfy and clean. Hotel is a quick walk away from the cathedral/zocalo. Only small complaint would be the WiFi, wasn’t the best. Overall, really nice stay and I’ll likely go back.

No windows

Las habitaciónes muy Limpias , solo que que la Habitaciónes de una cama son muy pequeñas , vi 3 de mis Compañeras de viaje y estuve en la de 2 camas muchas mas amplia.

Está bien ubicada en el mero centro de la ciudad. El edificio es una adaptación de una casa antigua que concentra el ruido en el patio central. Las habitaciones no tiene ventanas, salvo la que dan a la calle. Lo más incómodo fue el ruido, inclusive de noche.

2 minute walk to Zocalo. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was located on the back of hotel away from the street. No window, just a door window facing courtyard. Small room but very clean. No lotion or wash cloths. No iron or iron board. King size bed was firm but comfortable. Pillows were ok. Definitely would stay here again!

The place looks nice, but too noisy. I didn't sleep much. People slammed doors at 2am, 3am, laughed all night long and at 5am started a noise with a compressor.

El hotel cuenta con una ubicación excelente a cuadra y media del zócalo de Puebla, lo que lo hace una excelente opción. La habitación es limpia, las camas un poco duras pero se descansa. La regadera fallaba un poco, no había presión en el agua caliente. Sin embargo, el agua salía tibia lo que permitió bañarse. Cuenta con estacionamiento a una cuadra. Despite the very comfortable bed, this was not a decent place to sleep. The beautifully renovated building's layout is built around a glass-covered central courtyard, whose esthetic properties are cancelled out by its absurd acoustic properties. The entire hotel is a literal echo chamber, wherein every word from the front-desk staff, every giggle from a child, every squeek from a suitcase wheel, every click of a heel on the stone floors reverberates through the entire building and enters unmitigated through the flimsy hollow doors without a knock. When, at one point, one guest was stopped in front of my door and calling out to his other in an nearby room not to forget the key card, I opened my eyes in a panic because it sounded like he was at the foot of my bed. Additionally, I have to mention something that I found profoundly petty and dishonest. The shower has shampoo- and bodywash-holders; the pump bottles there are for specific products with their respective labels, even advertising where we can buy them if we enjoy them. I went to the website advertised on one of them. The staff refill these bottles with whatever cheap products are at hand, it seems. The hand-/bodywash bottle promised an aloe-enriched soap with real peppermint oil, but what it contained was an unnaturally colored green industrial substance with an unpleasant chemical smell -- was it even meant for washing the skin? I'd prefer to use my own travel products over being misled into using something like that.

El hotel es bonito y la ubicación inmejorable, además el personal de recepción muy amable. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia se vio arruinada por el trato poco profesional de una colaboradora de limpieza, quien nos negó el acceso al baño del lobby de manera prepotente, incluso cuando necesitábamos cambiar el pañal de nuestra bebé. Entiendo que los baños deben limpiarse, pero la forma en que se comunica marca la diferencia. Ojalá el hotel refuerce la capacitación en atención al huésped.

Front desk not very friendly, very unresponsive.safe box in room did not work need a key we asked for a key the receptionist informed us she needed to get keys from management and was never provided. Excelent location, clean hotel. Sadly the Service is poorly and rude.

Excelente atención.

El recepcionista pelon de la tarde junto con el señor del botones, pesima actitud. El señor del botones nos quiso humillar pues no traiamos efectivo para darle pripina en ese momento y lanzó un cometario molesto al salir diciendo "Yo creí que estos minimo algo me iban a dar". El sonido de la TV es inexistente. No escuchas nada!

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. My Spanish is muy mal, but there was always a staff member who spoke English very well. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

La ubicación es excelente para conocer Puebla. Las instalaciones son muy modernas, en un edificio clásico. Hay muy buenas opciones cercanas para comer.

Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum. Restaurants, Geschäfte und kleine Supermärkte sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß genug.

La comida buena. Y la comodidad y tranquilidad del lugar muy buena.

El hotel está muy bien, el restaurante excelente y me gusto el ambiente, muy bien ubicado el hotel ,callado y seguro.

Todo bien con el Hotel pero el restaurante que tienen ya van dos veces que quieren únicamente pago en efectivo y el servicio es bastante malo

Great location, steps away from the Zocalo. Near restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and Cathedral. Weekends host many bazaars which were walking distance from the hotel. Hotel restaurant had excellent friendly service.

Es un buen hotel limpieza, atencion del personal , solo en la terraza no habia personal la calidad de los alimentos buenas pero solo había un solo mesero y el servicio lento pero siempre muy atentos
