Very little equipment in the kitchen, no oven. Several broken things in the apartment: a bedroom window that does not close, faulty shower doors. Several small supermarkets in the neighbourhood, close to St. Peter's Basilica but very noisy street.

Breakfast and or kitchen was advertised. The kitchen was closed and looks like it was just used for cleaning staff..? and there was no breakfast any of the mornings or grab and go snacks. The beds were falling apart, and the shower had mold, as well as the showerhead leaked all over. Check-in was easy and simple however staff was rude during checkout and we were asked if we knew we were checking out that day before check out the morning of while we were looking for breakfast. Overall, not particularly kid friendly.

It was a proper accomodation near to the Western wall of the Vatican, with a public parking space for free at the front of the door and a bus stop directly besides. There's a good cafeteria a few meters away and a grocery store; furthermore a good-quality Italian restaurant at quite low prices. The only thing which is to critizise: When you arrive after the reception hours, you have to pay a fine of 50 € for getting the keys out of a key-box. This should have been clearly stated in the hotel description BEFORE booking the hotel, as it can have a huge impact into the total travel expenses when someone isn't aware about. Furthermore, you can pay tourist tax and this fine only cash and not by card.

The facility is located on a noisy street. The insulation installed in the room is so bad, even when closing all the windows, I still hear the transportation noise from the street, and people talking from another room. The single bed size is small and soft. It doesn't have the basics to serve customers, such as hot or cold drinking water. The standing bath is so small. Towels are so drought like paper. Ridiculously charged to check in after 6pm. I won't come back.

Tek başıma gelen birisi olarak üç kişilik bir odada kaldım. Benim gibi Türkiye’den gelenler için çok çok iyi fiyat performansa sahip. Yakınında bir market var oradan alışveriş yapılabilir atıştırmalık için. Ayrıca mutfak var ben kullanmadım ama temiz gibi gözüküyordu. Vatikan’a yürüme mesafesinde gayet iyi bu noktada. Diğer Roma merkeze ise ister yürüyebilirsiniz isterseniz metro ile ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz o konuda da çok rahat. Ben 2 defa metroyu kullandım onun haricinde sürekli yürüdüm. Günlük 26k adım attım siz hesap edin. Temizlik olarak takıntılı birisiyim ama beni gayet tatmin etti. Günlük oda temizliği var. Sadece tek olumsuz noktası saat 18.00’dan sonra görevli yok. Check in yapacaksanız o saatten sonra haber vermeniz gerekli yoksa ceza adı altında 20€ para veriyorlar gerçi ben itiraz ettim sağ olsunlar yardımcı oldular ama genel olarak tek sıkıntılı husus bu idi onun dışında sadece uyumaya gelen birisi iseniz çok mantıklı bir yer.

Ottimo alloggio veramente vicino al Vaticano. Parcheggio facile e sicuro di fronte alla struttura (molto raro in zona). Fate solo molta attenzione a NON fare colazione presso il bar f.lli Hunci: prezzi alti e trattamento poco trasparente (da evitare)

It is a great place to stay for those who want to visit Vatican museums and St. Peter Cathedral. You can walk to the site. Also, bus 46 is very handy. As for the hotel itself, good place, but remember, when coming in, use the small door from the bus stop side, it has an intercom to reach the reception. The hotel will give you a bunch of the keys, 5 keys! and most of them look just similar, so you will need to use try and error to find the right key. If I were to decide, I would use color coding on the key and the door to select the right key. Also, to get out of the yard, the electrical lock has a knob hidden on the left lower side of the door. it is a white knob. Also, beware, the apartments have personal bathrooms, but shared kitchen and hallway, and sometimes it can be noisy, if other housemates are noisy. Ours were moderate :)

De accomodatie zelf was een beetje teleurstellend. Het bed had een nep bedframe en de kamer was niet mooi. De badkamer was redelijk schoon op de schimmel na. De douche werkte maar viel bijna uit elkaar, bovendien was het een hele kleine ruimte waar je jezelf nauwelijks kon wassen. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is perfect, dicht bij het vaticaan en recht voor de bushalte. Alles in Rome is makkelijk te bereiken vanaf hier. Gratis de auto parkeren is ook een groot pluspunt.

Our stay at this bed and breakfast in Italy was honestly the worst part of our trip. We accidentally booked five nights instead of four, but the host offered no flexibility or refund for the extra night, despite my repeated requests. Communication with the host was extremely stressful; she bombarded us with WhatsApp messages about our arrival time and demanded a €30 late check-in fee for arriving after 8 p.m. Our flight was scheduled to land at 7 p.m., making it impossible to get there any earlier, but the host gave us an ultimatum—if we didn’t arrive by 9:30 p.m., we wouldn’t be allowed in, even though we had already paid for the room. When we finally arrived, no one met us in person; we simply received instructions for letting ourselves in, making the extra fee feel unreasonable. The room itself was not properly cleaned, and the towels looked dirty—as if they’d been used for cleaning floors. Throughout the stay, the host persistently questioned us about our departure time, even knocking on our door and asking when we were leaving, despite knowing we were staying until Saturday. Overall, the service was consistently unfriendly and inflexible, and the constant pressure and extra fees made our stay uncomfortable. Even though I admit the extra night was my mistake, I expected far better hospitality and understanding. I would not recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone.

Excellent accueil, chambre très agréable, propreté impeccable, salle de bain nettoyée chaque jour et serviettes changées chaque jour. Situation idéale. A l'arrêt du bus 10 minutes du Vatican et a côté d'un parking pour ma voiture de location. Juste un petit effort à faire pour le lieu du petit déjeuner. Il pourrait y avoir un chauffe eau plus facile et un moyen de faire du café, même s'il y a un très bon bar à côté de la maison. Je reviendrai.

Room was clean and nice, bathroom has very small shower cabin, everything else was as it supposed to be. Owner or at least people who checked me in were all very nice and helpful, check in and check out went perfectly. There is only one minus to all. No heating and A/C did not work. Room was COLD at night and specialy in the mornings

Unser zummer war nicht annähernd so wie auf den Bildern. Es roch nach Urin, Bad war schimmelig umd unser Bett war in der Mitte gebrochen. Kein Frühstück... zum Glück bei der Hygiene. Was positiv ist, ist es sehr zentral liegt. Fazit, nie wieder

Everything is closer and walkable-very accessible to Vatican, train and bus stops infront of the gate. The rooms are big and comfortable. Hot outside but very cool inside we enjoyed our stay here. Mercedes and Barbara… they’re the best in anything you guys are impressive assist thank you!

Room was clean and nice, bathroom has very small shower cabin, everything else was as it supposed to be. Owner or at least people who checked me in were all very nice and helpful, check in and check out went perfectly. There is only one minus to all. No heating and A/C did not work. Our stay at this bed and breakfast in Italy was honestly the worst part of our trip. We accidentally booked five nights instead of four, but the host offered no flexibility or refund for the extra night, despite my repeated requests. Excellent accueil, chambre très agréable, propreté impeccable, salle de bain nettoyée chaque jour et serviettes changées chaque jour. Situation idéale. A l'arrêt du bus 10 minutes du Vatican et a côté d'un parking pour ma voiture de location. Juste un petit effort à faire pour le lieu du petit déjeuner. Il pourrait y avoir un chauffe eau plus facile et un moyen de faire du café, même s'il y a un très bon bar à côté de la maison. Je reviendrai.

Dog noget af en tilsnigelse at kalde pensionen for Bed & Breakfeast, når morgenmad ikke er inkluderet (selv om italiensk morgenmad slet ikke kan sammenlignes med dansk morgenmad). En del trafikstøj og meget lydt i pensionen. Et borde/bænkesæt i den lille have ville være et kæmpe plus - især om eftermiddagen. John

Breakfast and or kitchen was advertised. The kitchen was closed and looks like it was just used for cleaning staff..? and there was no breakfast any of the mornings or grab and go snacks. The beds were falling apart, and the shower had mold, as well as the showerhead leaked all over. Check-in was easy and simple however staff was rude during checkout and we were asked if we knew we were checking out that day before check out the morning of while we were looking for breakfast. Overall, not particularly kid friendly.

Unser zummer war nicht annähernd so wie auf den Bildern. Es roch nach Urin, Bad war schimmelig umd unser Bett war in der Mitte gebrochen. Kein Frühstück... zum Glück bei der Hygiene. Was positiv ist, ist es sehr zentral liegt. Fazit, nie wieder

In a nutshell, you get what you paid for. Considering the price, I have no bad comments towards the facility(everything is old, but you’re not paying 500USD for a fancy hotel, you have no say) However, service wise, I would. We were asked to pay 24euros as city tax for 2nights total for 2ppl and because they didn’t have a change, we gave 25euros. They told us they will return the 1euro, but they never did, even after reminding them the next morning. Unlike other private owned accommodations lately, this accommodation asks for manual check in, which made us to change plans. Again, compared to other hotels, it’s really low cost so you can’t ask much, but if we are coming back to Rome, we will find other places. If you are on a tight budget, its cleanliness has no problem, so do so.(no breakfast service is offered as of fall, 2024)

It is a great place to stay for those who want to visit Vatican museums and St. Peter Cathedral. You can walk to the site. Also, bus 46 is very handy. As for the hotel itself, good place, but remember, when coming in, use the small door from the bus stop side, it has an intercom to reach the reception. The hotel will give you a bunch of the keys, 5 keys! and most of them look just similar, so you will need to use try and error to find the right key. If I were to decide, I would use color coding on the key and the door to select the right key. Also, to get out of the yard, the electrical lock has a knob hidden on the left lower side of the door. it is a white knob. Also, beware, the apartments have personal bathrooms, but shared kitchen and hallway, and sometimes it can be noisy, if other housemates are noisy. Ours were moderate :)
