Första gången i Sirmione. Valde detta hotell för att vara mitt i stan och ha tillgång till restauranger mm på kvällen. Väldigt mysig stad. Myller av människor. Hotellet låg väldigt fint vid strandkanten, vi åt frukost ute på terrassen med blicken över Lake Garda. Och perfekt med en drink på terrassen. Njutbart att vara där. Parkering funkade bra med parkering en bit från hotellet och sen en shuttle till hotellet. (Även gångavstånd till parkeringen men vi nyttjade shuttle när vi hade resväskor med oss) Mycket turister så undvik att komma till Sirmione mitt på dagen, då kan man fastna i långa bilköer. Vi kom vid 15.30-16 och då var det inga problem. Rekommenderas, hade gärna återvänt.

Fantastisk hotel, stille og roligt hotel indenfor, men meget Lars fra de færger der ligger til hele dagen, fra 8.30 til 20.00 of alle de mennesker der skal med dem. Men det ved man også når man ved hvor mange turister der er i Sirmione. God parkering i aflåst og gratis udlåning af gode cykler.

Really enjoyed our time at the Hotel Eden, comfortable room with plenty of amenities. Friendly staff. If you are driving, please be aware it is difficult to drive around the old part of town as it is mostly pedestrianised which gets extremely busy throughout the day.

Hotel Eden is in an excellent location just past the castle entrance and located on the lake. Easy walking to the shops and restaurants. The staff are all extremely helpful. The rooms are simple but equipped and clean. We are glad we stayed at Hotel Eden.

A great choice by me. The hotel was right on the lakeside. The staff where very attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. They even turned the bedding down for you in the evening. Overall for me a brilliant hotel to stay at. I would recommend this hotel to my friends to stay.

firstly excellent staff who go over and above to ensure you have a memorable stay. this goes from front of house , bar and all maintenance employees. rooms are clean and well maintained as well as value for money. location is well appointed and convienient for ferry and town. have no hesitation in recommending and would be our first choice if we return to sirmione first class in every aspect

Lovely room but the toilet flush sprayed everywhere even with the lid down. We would stay again but maybe not with breakfast.

Un peu bruyant avec l’arrivée des bateaux juste à côté mais le double vitrage est tres efficace Petit déjeuner moyen mais tres Sympa de prendre son petit déjeuner à l’extérieur face au lac Sirmione est tres joli mais un flot de touriste est déversé chaque jour, difficile de s’y promener

ingen fungerande klimatanläggning/ AC första natten. fick sova med öppen dörr , mycket oväsen. det värsta var att när vi påpekade detta så sa man att man stängt av anläggningen för säsongen. så dåligt på ett 4 stjärnigt hotell där man betalar 250-300 euro per natt. inte OK!

1박당 호텔 결제 비용이 50만원이 넘는 4성급 호텔이라고 해서 기대를 갖고 ,이용을 했는데, 4성급이 아니고,3성급 같고, 에어컨은 온도 조절기도 없었으며, 밖에 날씨가 33도가 넘는데, 방에어컨에서 시원한 바람이 나오지 않았고, 낡은 에어컨의 큰 소음 때문에 잠을 잘 못잤습니다. 옷장 문은 너무 뻑뻑해서 잘 열리지도 않고, 쇼파는 너무 낡았습니다.도착하는날 엘리베이터가 고장이 나서 계단으로 이용했구요. 호텔직원은 리셥션과 청소하는 직원만 친절했고, 아침 식사 할때 서빙하는 한 직원은 기본이 안되고 참 불칠절 했습니다. 호텔아침에는 전날 먹다 남은 석청을 다음날 내 놓았으며, 마땅히 먹을것이 없어 접시에 과일이나 먹으려고 많이 담았더니, 서빙하는 직원이 와서 과일을 식당 밖으로 가져 가지 말라고 해서 참 어이없고 불쾌했습니다. 호텔 체크 아웃을 오전 9시에 했는데, 8시30분 부터 에어컨을 껐더군요.이탈리아 여행만 5번째 여기 호텔 같이 아침 부페 식당 직원부터 여러가지 실망스런 호텔은 처음 경험 했습니다.이 호텔은 시르미오네 구시가지에 있어 위치만 좋을 뿐 입니다.

Great location for a stay in Sirmione. Almost all staff were polite, helpful, cheerful and friendly. Breakfast was included and perfect for what we needed.reception organised a taxi back to Verona airport for us. Highly recommend this hotel

Perfect location, good breakfast, clean rooms. Only disappointment was when we arrived our room wasn’t ready which is absolutely as expected as we arrived early. Left our bags to go and look around town and came back later to check in. In this time our room has been given to someone else. We were allocated a different room but had to move back to our reserved room after 2 nights which was a bit of a pain. Once moved to the new allocated room, the clothes hangers just fell to the bottom of the wardrobe as were completely worn out, and to use the kettle I had to stand and hold the plug into the wall to keep it turned on. All that said, we still had a lovely time here.

We had a great time at Hotel Eden. Very well located and had everything we needed. The reception, bar staff and our cleaner Fernanda were great. The only slight negative was the breakfast service which was a little tardy at times. Overall it was a great stay.
