Everything was perfect. The extra touches of the food and drinks complimentary. The ceiling heights of the rooms, the bed linen. Friendly service. Felt very safe also. Would highly recommend anyone to stay there, it’s also a great location.

Loved how central this location is to all the shopping in Italy! Super easy to take the bus around when needed and such great food around the area. The space was clean and well maintained. Great place to stay for people with accessibility needs - there is an elevator and air conditioning.

Check in was virtually impossible. We couldn’t find the place, though we walked around the building several times. It’s up a long staircase, however we needed help with our luggage. You don’t have access to the elevator until after you check in. Our room was large and in a great neighborhood, close to everything. But the check in turned me off. There were no employees for help after 6:00 pm.

This property was so close to everything. We walked everywhere from the Pantheon, to the Vatican, to the Collesium. The room was clean and perfect for travel with a child. The host was amazing and since this is not your conventional hotel, with a concierge desk when you walk in it's best to keep in contact with the host, with arrival time. Complimentary water, seltzer, beer, and other juices along with breakfast pastries.

Very nice and comfortable room with a great bathroom/shower. It’s in a great location. Since it is not readily seen as a hotel from the outside and is part of a building with other boutique hotels and businesses (entrance is locked) it would have been helpful to know how to get in and communicate with the hotel when you first arrive to avoid a 1/2 hour if wondering around with luggage

Great location,nice management and cleaning staff. Building was very old but clean, very secure and adjustible conditioner. Room includes coffee machine, wine opener, fridge filled with water, juice and sweet treats. Love the service. building. Bed was ok but pillows were horrible. In general would recommond this place

Great location and very nice staff. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. Parking is challenging as the property is in the ZTL (Zone with Limited Traffic), needed to park about 10 minutes away for 45€/day.

Very clean and modern apartment suite, right in the centre of Rome. A 30 minute walk to the Vatican, 45 minutes to the Colluseum, and less than 30 minutes to walk to the Pantheon, followed by the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. An easy 10 minute walk to Piazza Navona too. Easy and secure self check in experience, modern and clean room with comfortable beds. Would recommend!

We had a very comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were super clean. Location was excellent. A nice surprise was that the refrigerator bar and snacks were included in the price and refilled everyday. Katerina (the host) was very helpful and answered all our queries on Whatsapp.

It was in a great location so it was easy to get around. The building was maintained well. Although we checked in late, the instructions to get into the building were clear which made it so easy to access. Will be staying here again next time!!

We love the convenient location and spacious room. The shower door in our room doesn't seal well and water was leaking onto the floor when we shower. Also, i think it's time for some new towels. Some of the towel edges are ragged.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. Even my picky teenager asked me to make sure to give a good rating of it. Great location. Easy access to everything! Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean inside the room and through out the hallway. Definitely a good choice!

The room was beautiful! Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and enough space for all 4 of us . The bathroom was clean and modern. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps, surrounded by shops and restaurants, right in the heart of Rome. Would highly recommend to everyone, particularly families wanting safety, and peace, whilst still in the midst of things. The staff were all welcoming and friendly, with good communication from before we even arrived. Brilliant!

We were under the impression there was a pullout couch and there was not. We had no iron and called several times for one and had to borrow one from my in-laws. Also our bathroom/ room smelled horrible as if someone had just used it when we had been gone for hours. It was the drain in our shower and my in-laws had the same problem where their shower started flooding. My family enjoyed the beautiful views and family time in the kitchen. Also we forgot some clothes and shoes and I tried to call and never received a reaponse

We had a wonderful time. Very clean, convenient and refreshing to come back to after a busy day. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The only issue was that the shower door seal needs replacing. Water always went onto the floor unable to drain which made it very wet and slippery. Had to use towels to mop it up. Other than that it was perfect. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Location brilliant. Greg and Diana.

There are only six rooms in this hotel. We had the one with balcony facing the main street. Desk is only manned in the middle of the day. Lobby is shared with commercial and residential tenants, so it does feel like a hotel experience. Room was clean. Bathroom is enclosed by frosted glass except for a 18" wide panel in the shower which provides a clear view in. Appreciated the walk-in closet/ pantry. Unfortunately enclosed with clear glass, so it lacks privacy for dressing if multiple people are in the room. Right on a main shopping strip that is pedestrian only. Close walk to Piazza Popolo and the Spanish Steps. Gets a bit deserted at night after the shops close.

Spaces, airy, clean and comfortable Corso 504 put us right into the heart of Rome and provided us with a luxurious respite from the hustle and bustle of the Roman streets. The staff was very responsive to our needs and the rooms were delightful. We recommend them without reservation.

This suite is located right on the main shopping street and we got to enjoy the New Years Parade from the balcony! It is a wonderful place to stay, but it is loud in the evenings especially on the weekends. If you are ok with a little noise this was a great place to walk to dinners, walk to all the sites and jump on the metro if needed. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay at the 504 Corso suite. The room was specious with a very nice balcony to Via Del Corso. It's completely silent when the balcony door is closed. It's the best location in Rome. Very easy to find. Stuff is nice and welcoming. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay at 504 Corso suites. The room was clean and large enough for the 4 people in my family with plenty of space! It was walking distance to all the major tourist sites and plenty of shopping and great restaurants. The room was made of family and we were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the suite. I would definitely book my stay through Corso suites,when inreturn to Rome

Katerina was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond to welcome us and assist us in every way to make our stay in Rome that much more memorable. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone visiting Rome. The location is perfect to walk to all the sites and shopping right outside the door. The property at 504 Corso Suites was excellent! It is in a fantastic area of town, walkable to every site if your in decent shape and safe, with TONS of shopping and dining options everywhere. Katerina was on concierge who met us at the property to help us in and show us around - very friendly and informative! We were affected by an airline stike before the end of our visit and accomodations we tight, but another attendant at the property, Micaela, went above and beyond at the last minute to secure us a room at one of their other properties, only 2 blocks away, for a family if 4 for 5 nights. Micaela even walked us and our bags (literally down the street) to our new location for an early check-in, and helped us get settled, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome in a tough situation. I would recommend this and any other property, operated by this group, to anyone travelling to Rome; hands down the best service experience we have ever had travelling.

Micaela even walked us and our bags (literally down the street) to our new location for an early check-in, and helped us get settled, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome in a tough situation. I would recommend this and any other property, operated by this group, to anyone travelling to Rome; hands down the best service experience we have ever had travelling.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps, surrounded by shops and restaurants, right in the heart of Rome. Umberto was sweet. And the room suited our needs. However, the attendant was very rude to us. Our taxi was running late and he told us to leave the main hallway floor. For the amount of money we spent, he should have shown some mercy. Also, wine should be left in the small refrigerators. Okay stay. I am sure there are better options next time. Please fire the attendant. Left a sour attitude on me.

Check in was virtually impossible. We couldn’t find the place, though we walked around the building several times. It’s up a long staircase, however we needed help with our luggage. You don’t have access to the elevator until after you check in. Our room was large and in a great neighborhood, close to everything. But the check in turned me off. There were no employees for help after 6:00 pm.

We had a very comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were super clean. Location was excellent. A nice surprise was that the refrigerator bar and snacks were included in the price and refilled everyday. Katerina (the host) was very helpful and answered all our queries on Whatsapp.

The property at 504 Corso Suites was excellent! It is in a fantastic area of town, walkable to every site if your in decent shape and safe, with TONS of shopping and dining options everywhere. Katerina was on concierge who met us at the property to help us in and show us around - very friendly and informative! Fue nuestra segunda vez en este hotel y solo podemos volverles a dar 100 puntos. Es una propiedad espectacular gran limpieza y muy cómodos las habitaciones. El staff muy amable nos cambiaron las toallas todos los días y esta en un lugar super céntrico. Puedes caminar a la fontana de Trevi, a las tensas, al coliseo. Taxi cuesta $9 hasta el Vaticano, en fin el lugar perfecto para caminar y conocer la ciudad de Roma.

We’ve just got home after a wonderful 3 night stay. Room was spotless. Bed was the best nights sleep we’ve had in ages too. The property is perfectly located just a few minutes walk from the Spanish steps ( and Spagna metro) and not many more to the Trevi fountain. We walked to the Vatican in about 35 minutes too. Great shopping and more restaurants than you can shake a stick at. One thing to note if you’re getting a taxi from Termini is via del Corso seems to be traffic restricted so our taxi couldn’t ( or wouldn’t) drop us outside. I’d recommend going Metro though as it’s cheaper and just as long a walk. Watch your wallets though as I was pickpocketed on my way back to the airport. If we ever head back to Rome this place will be top of the list for us to stay.

It was really convenient location to all attractions and stores. Our room has the stinky funky smell from the bathroom so we had to oppen the window in the bathroom during the stay. Otherwise would like to give better points.

Very clean and modern apartment suite, right in the centre of Rome. A 30 minute walk to the Vatican, 45 minutes to the Colluseum, and less than 30 minutes to walk to the Pantheon, followed by the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. An easy 10 minute walk to Piazza Navona too. Easy and secure self check in experience, modern and clean room with comfortable beds. Would recommend!

We love our stay so much. Centrally located. Lots of great restaurants. The suite is very clean and they cleaned it every day and changed the towels daily. We love the little freebies like pastries/cookies, sodas, water & coffee restocking them daily. Humberto was very helpful. He showed us the unit. Thank you very much for making our trip in Rome more memorable.

This property was so close to everything. We walked everywhere from the Pantheon, to the Vatican, to the Collesium. The room was clean and perfect for travel with a child. The host was amazing and since this is not your conventional hotel, with a concierge desk when you walk in it's best to keep in contact with the host, with arrival time. Complimentary water, seltzer, beer, and other juices along with breakfast pastries.

Couldn't ask for a better location. This was the first place I've ever stayed in 30+ years of hotel stays that had enough shelf space in the bathroom to comfortably hold all our stuff. Having a high end espresso machine in the room was a nice perk.

We had such a great stay! The room was clean and provided all the amenities we needed from complimentary snacks and drinks, clean towels that were replaced and the room was cleaned daily. It was in a great location so it was easy to get around. The building was maintained well. Although we checked in late, the instructions to get into the building were clear which made it so easy to access. Will be staying here again next time!!

The worst decision ever to stay in this property. Staff are never there on the property to address the issues guests have. They are there from 10 to 4 pm. That’s the time we are out being tourists. The room we got had issues with the street noise till 3 am every single night. Either the street cleaners or bar guests making a ruckus on the street right below our room or the garbage trucks collecting garbage from the restaurants below. Turns out the windows of the room are not sound proof and do not close properly. The window has multiple open slats and sounds easily travels into the room. To make matters worse, we were given a room right near the entrance door. Another huge problem was the unhygienic bathroom. Water continuously leaked from the bidet and when we wanted to complain about this, there was nobody at the reception. Ofcourse looks like these people work only 6 hours and party the rest of the time. The room was modern and in decent condition with comfortable beds. The location is fantastic. But what is the point of all this if the noise level is excruciatingly painful? Not sleeping for 3 straight nights after putting in 25000 steps a day is extremely unfair. After paying 1100 euros, this is not we expect . Very wrong and this business is a cheat for getting away with this. Sorry. Please fix the windows to make the room sound proof.
