-breakfast was decent however gym was tiny with no floor space , no mats, no light weights and no disinfectant spray. It opened too late for us to use it most days. Temperature control in the room was poor and it never reached the temp we set it for.

Only stayed 1 night but it was great. Clean, quiet, staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub was nice, we were the only ones in it. Breakfast was good, clean area, definitely enough options for a light breakfast for a family.

The property was good and fairly modern. Decent price point. Pillows were not great, just different having throw pillow size. The breakfast goes until 10:00 am which is nice, however we arrived at 9::00 and the “hot food” was pretty much gone. Also, the train is right behind the hotel and runs often. Parking is plentiful. Overall, this hotel in Canmore is good value and clean!

I love the location, conveniently close to the highway yet quiet and safe. Available free parking on the property. And after a hot day touring in the mountains, the huge hot tub was a welcome and pleasant way to relax before dinner.

The whole facility was exceptionally clean! The breakfasts were good and the staff very friendly & approachable. Loved how quiet it was - even next to the train. Super location for walking to downtown, restaurants & grocery stores. Two thumbs up!

I had a great stay at the Super 8 in Canmore. The staff were awesome—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Alexandria at the front desk made check-in quick and easy with a great attitude. The Hotel is covenant for getting around and has a great breakfast. We have stayed here a couple of times in the past. The hotel seems to be slowly going downhill in keeping the rooms clean. Our room smelt dirty and a big stain in the carpet beside one of the beds. They really need to steam clean the carpets on a regular basis to keep the rooms smelling clean. We were in room 417

Great hotel. Carpet was stained in 2 places with orangeade but hotel said knew about it and could not get stain out. Overvall great hotel. Next to train track though. Good breakfast. Very clean

Sheets had not been changed and there were hairs in the bed and toilet. Overheard another guest complaining that their sheets had also not been changed. When I called the front desk to let them know, she just replied “what do you want me to do about it?” We had stayed here before and it was decent. Will not be coming back unfortunately.

Room was a little small. Thermostat did not work. For some strange reason the shower spout was seven and a half feet high. By the time the water reached you the spray was so wide it was hard to clean off. Beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was the best that I’ve ever had.

Great service. We had a small incident at the hotel where my son got dizzy and passed out for a few minutes. The staff was so friendly and helpful and quick in getting paramedics. Thank god everything was fine but it was so nice the staff every time they saw us they were checking in if we were doing fine. Great great experience.

The lady at the front desk that works nights is not good at her job. We had very loud people above us (family with jumping kids. Sounded like a heard of elephants. I called her to ask her to please tell them not to let the kids jump. She wanted us to put up with it and complain to mgr in the morning. I refused and the begrudgingly changed our room in the evening. She said to us this will not happen again (won’t change our room again, like she did us a favour. The room was clean, breakfast was great and Moncy was very good and very nice. My husband is not happy. It took one person to spoiled our anniversary weekend

I am big on clean hotels and this one was.hallways , entrance, rooms were clean. Check in girl wasn’t friendly. Pancakes would be good to have as a option for breakfast. Family friendly FYI your enter and exit signs need to be bigger as well as arrows showing which way is exit as well and enter

We booked through Expedia however the hotel staff was really rude telling us they did not get our reservation and could not do anything to help us. Expedia was nice helping us figuring this out by booking a different hotel nearby, however the staff at Super 8 was surprisingly rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. I would avoid booking Super 8 going forward.

We stayed 4 nights while visiting Banff NP. Staff was friendly, beautiful facility, large selection of choices for breakfast and the location was convenient. The laundry room was spotless and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Breakfast could definitely be improved. Options and how it is served on paper plates with paper cutlery and cups was not expected at hotel. Limited options and barely any fresh fruit (only apples). The rooms were clean and staff were nice. You can hear the train from our room but it wasn’t very loud

The room was great and the location is convenient. I was disappointed with the breakfast. The eggs, sausage and potatoes were cold. I was also surprised you used disposble cups, plates and cutlery. I paid over $800.00 for two people for two nights . I expected more effort for the breakfast.
