Some construction going on, but it was nicely isolated from public. Very clean public areas. Room was very clean. Same in the bathroom that had a great shower and well-lighted sink area. Plenty of plugs for tech, CPAP, hair appliances, etc. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. We stayed there two years ago and returned because of the quality of our stay at that time. Will stay here again in the future.

I liked that the hotel felt safe and clean. Parking was available. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly. What I didn’t like and that’s why the 3 star rating is walls / roofs are thin. You can hear the neighbors stomping and walking above and around. Made it hard to sleep at night. Entering the room there was a perfume smell that I think house keeping uses that we didn’t like. It was too overwhelming. Wish they wouldn’t spray anything.

Poor customer service they assign me a dirty room with dirty towels in the floor and trash they gave me another room but the sheets where not clean they had a hair and a scrunchie under the sheets so I guess they use the same sheets from previous customer had the room I was at rush had a wedding the housekeeper take time to clean rooms they rude also front desk person was all annoyed at his job to help me not wearing a name tag dress like not professional

Overall, this was a really good stay. Our room was clean, however, some of our towels had stains or hairs on them (like the clean, fresh ones we were supposed to get). Breakfast was 9/10. The pancakes were amazing, eggs and breakfast meats were also really yummy and fresh. I didn’t try any of the other items. The potatoes were so so, and the juice was awful. The coffee was mediocre at best, and the cheap styrofoam cups and flimsy lids were atrocious. Staff were mostly nice, but definitely didn’t go out of their way to be helpful/friendly. Super conveniently located with lots of food/dining options nearby, in addition to shopping.

Friendly staff, check in was amazing. Stayed for 3 nights and not once was the bathroom cleaned. The toilet had a ring when we arrived, same ring was there when we left. The tub stopper was broken, it would not fit back into tub. Had to put a towel in the tub to step on because it wasn't cleaned prior and even the next day it was still there after we can't back from an eventful day. So we knew right away they didn't even clean out attempt to!! I would come back for the customer service but not for the cleaniness of the room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The carpet was a little stained in areas. There wasn’t but one cup for coffee and 1 glass . In previous holiday inn expresses they have a few extra amenities in the bathroom that this one didn’t have. Like makeup remover pads and extra box of tissue ( our Kleenex had 3 tissues) also a bag for laundry. Otherwise the hotel was nice and would stay again.

Besides the front desk guy was missing for half an hour at checking in at 11 pm. I called corporate for help. Corporate called the front and I answered instead. He pops up about 30 minutes later with sleep lines and a story of he was walking premises. Yea ok. I called him out for being sleep. The dog that barked all night and whole stay, the two cheer leader fights by the pool. Oh and the front desk lady who felt making lunch plans at salt grass with her friends was more important than me standing there…it wasn’t bad.

This was a great stay. I thought check in was going to be a little rocky but staff made everything right. I appreciate manager and staff making things right and giving me the room booked. Sleeping quarters were fantastic along with breakfast buffet.

The night staff Darlene was rude and confronted me the next night about me complaining about her. The lady manager was rude as well. UNPROFESSIONAL! Facility was beautiful and clean! Kitchen staff was super friendly & food was great.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, breakfast was as good as it gets, and the staff were incredibly accommodating (Sherif in particular was so helpful with updates we needed to make last minute to our reservation!). Highly recommend staying here, you get the best value for what you spend!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff did not service our room during the three days we were there. I guess you have to ask. So after the first day, we had no coffee condiments or cup. The breakfast was only so so. The eggs were overdone. Great cinnamon rolls though.

We arrived around 4:30 pm and was warmly welcomed by the staff. The hotel is clean you can smell the freshness in the hallway leading to your room. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortabl3 and the shower was nice and hot. In fact the shower head was another clean aspect of the hotel, no water build up. The breakfast was fairly good. There was turkey sausage, eggs, biscuits and waffles. My husband enjoyed the coffee with the warm cinnamon rolls. Overall, we would stay again.
