Stayed 2 nights

We traveled from Pennsylvania to stay at this hotel for a wedding, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The overall condition of the room and facilities did not meet reasonable expectations. The bathroom was extremely unclean and appeared to have been inadequately maintained. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, and we did not have hot water during our stay. We also did not receive the welcome gift that had been arranged by the bride and groom for their wedding guests. Given the cost of the stay and the fact that we were traveling from out of state for a special occasion, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, and service. We hope management will address these concerns to ensure future guests have a more positive experience.

The room was clean, however the bed was pretty bad. Parking is great if you get there to park in front. They allow large trucks with trailers to take up the prime spots using double or triple parking spaces. The underground parking is sketchy when you are by yourself and have to park late at night or leave early in the morning. Most of the staff are great, but a few are a bit rude.

A perfect stay. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Excellent location being minutes from everything. Plenty of handicap parking for my father. Will be staying again without any doubt.
