I liked the layout of the room. Very spacious. I didn't like the parking accommodations. They had additional parking across the street, but not very convenient if you have to carry things back and forth.

I worked from the hotel each day and had trouble with the stability of the internet. It kept dropping off periodically right in the middle of meetings. I did like the location of the hotel, but parking was scarce. We had to park down the street several time. The Starbicks machines did not work the entire stay and breakfast was not complimentary. Also there was not an office or business center where i could go to work in private.

My main complaint is no breakfast included and no complementary coffee in the lobby. Also the pool was out of order and this should’ve been made clear before booking. We booked for the pool! I know things happen, but perhaps some kind of compensation like free breakfast may have been offered.

Nice room, a little outdated for the price but nice enough. There's been a pretty awful smell there the last few times we've stayed. Not sure if it's mold from the AC units condensation issue or what. Smell musty/sulphur strong on the first and second floor. Also hard to cool the rooms below 70, grateful for the standup fan in the closet. Staff is friendly, bar staff is great. The pool area was clean and we'll maintained.

The employees at the desk were great. The issue we had was the bed had soiled comforter and kinda smelled. The shower had what appeared to be mold in a couple corners. The breakfast was terrible...I got mine 15 minutes before my wife got her's and her's was terrible, the bread wasn't toasted, The eggs had to be cut with a knife and the butter had just come from the freezer, we declined that and they took it off the bill. Overall, I would not stay there again or recommend to others

When we arrived, I noticed the carpet in the hallways was dirty, our room had what looked like black mold in the shower in the bathroom. We relocated to a different room and there was a horrific odor coming from the bathroom, smelled like sewer gasses.

We were in Pueblo for a car race and choose this hotel because it had the best ratings, even though lower tier hotels were closer to the track. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the room we were told that the room we booked, a king suite, had been sold to someone else. Instead, they put us in a room on the second floor with tattered curtains, a musty odor and facing the hvac system on the roof. We were thankfully moved to a room that was not falling apart, but the whole property seems very worn and dated. Would not return here.

Location was great. It was a walkable distance to the Riverwalk. However, there were flies and bugs in the breakfast area, shower wasn't clean, curtain had a huge rip, and we could smell cigarette smoke at times when the air kicked on. I understand renovations ran over schedule, but that's no excuse for insects. We picked this because it had a restaurant and bar, but the menu was limited to 4 choices. Also no coffee available until they opened the Starbucks counter.

The person who checked us in was helpful. There was construction in the I’m above us. The constant use of a jackhammer was not great. The curtains in our room were slashed and ripped. We called the front desk to take an order for the restaurant and they were rude.

For the price point, the place is ahowing its age. The room was ok. However, tge closet door was jammrdccloaed, the shower doors kept aliding open during use. The TV kept losing the signal and didn't work half the time. Additionally, the north side rooms are pretty noisy. The parking is limited and there is a large volume of homless traffic . But the location is great for Riverwalk

The hotel was fine, overall -- in a great location relative to the Riverwalk, convention center, arts center, Union Ave., etc. The room was clean and comfortable. Not very thick walls, however: I could hear speech in the hall and in the room next door. When I checked out, the receipt they gave me had the wrong credit card (someone else's), plus the amount shown was less than I had paid via Hotels.com for the two nights. They weren't able to clear this up before I had to go. Don't know where the mix-up occurred, whether it was Marriott or Hotel.com, but it's unnerving to think my credit card in turn might be attached to someone else's account. ...................

The staff were amazing! Very helpful and kind. The food and drinks at the bistro were fantastic. The hotel itself was conveniently located, just had trouble parking one night but other than that I really enjoyed my stay! I felt safe due to key card required access after a certain hour, room was clean & comfortable, and I was able to have the hot tub to myself one night (bonus perk). Overall, highly recommend.

We stayed for 4 nights. Upon checking in they asked if we wanted housekeeping, we said yes. Three days later they still had not cleaned our room. Called and spoke to the front desk who said we declined room service. I told her we did not and needed our room clean and fresh towels. They sent us clean towels and promised the room would be cleaned the next day, it did not happen. Bathroom was not clean and there was hair in the corners. Will never stay at a Marriot again.

There was only 1 person to check in arriving guests. He was very slow and couldn't seem to understand requests from customers. We were assured that we would have a room with a bathtub, that did not happen. It took 14 minutes for hot water to show up in the shower. Hot water showed up in the sink, but the hot/cold faucet was reversed. The sink drain stopper did not work. The thermostat in tha room could not be adjusted. No free breakfast. Two cups of coffee, oatmeal and a muffin cost over $21.00 with very slow service. At the price they charged, things could have been much more comfortable. We will stay across the street from now on and save our money and have a much nicer experience!

When we checked in the hostess was incredibly rude. Our room’s TV didn’t work, the thermostat in the room was stuck on 80 degrees and the shower dripped. We ate dinner in the lobby and the woman who took our order was wonderful. The other woman who delivered the food was extremely rude and left the food sitting out so it got cold. Then the ceiling started pouring water.

People at check-in had no interest in customer service. Room i was provided had inoperable AC and I was told they had no other rooms available. Once they decided they couldn't fix it, a room was suddenly available. Wait staff at the Bistro were more interested in talking to each other than helping patrons. Mold in shower. Worst experience I've ever had at a Marriot. Room way overpriced for level of service. Will not stay here again.
People at check-in had no interest in customer service. Room i was provided had inoperable AC and I was told they had no other rooms available. Once they decided they couldn't fix it, a room was suddenly available. Wait staff at the Bistro were more interested in talking to each other than helping patrons. Mold in shower. Worst experience I've ever had at a Marriot. Room way overpriced for level of service. Will not stay here again.

It was better than a standard hotel. Room wasn’t as clean as it should be for a courtyard Marriott. Very limited parking around hotel. Area around hotel is run down. Gas station nearby closes its front doors at nine. So after nine you have to go to side window for any service. Just shows you how the surrounding area is

It is a ghost land around the hotel except for a gas station blaring opera music to keep the homeless away. Parking is very limited, and wasn’t super excited to park across the street in a sketchy lot.

It was a nice room. The hotel is in kind of a sketchy area. Our bathroom sink gurgled loudly for perhaps 10 seconds after turning off the water. Sometimes it made the same gurgling sound when we hadn't been using the bathroom. It sounded as if those gurgling sounds were made when the room next door stopped running the water in their sink. There was no continental breakfast.

The hotel was fine, overall -- in a great location relative to the Riverwalk, convention center, arts center, Union Ave., etc. The room was clean and comfortable. Not very thick walls, however: I could hear speech in the hall and in the room next door. When I checked out, the receipt they gave me had the wrong credit card (someone else's), plus the amount shown was less than I had paid via Hotels.com for the two nights. They weren't able to clear this up before I had to go. Don't know where the mix-up occurred, whether it was Marriott or Hotel.com, but it's unnerving to think my credit card in turn might be attached to someone else's account. ...................

Centrally located and very nice property. Rooms are modern and nice. Downstairs restaurant is great. Staff is super nice. I just wish the beds were a little softer and that the AC blew towards the room and not the window it would be perfect! Highly recommend!

The employees at the desk were great. The issue we had was the bed had soiled comforter and kinda smelled. The shower had what appeared to be mold in a couple corners. The breakfast was terrible...I got mine 15 minutes before my wife got her's and her's was terrible, the bread wasn't toasted, The eggs had to be cut with a knife and the butter had just come from the freezer, we declined that and they took it off the bill. Overall, I would not stay there again or recommend to others

Expedia said it was free WiFi, however I had to sign up with Marriot to get that... As we don't stay in hotels very often, I try not to add in things like that... Otherwise, the staff was amazing - very accommodating to get us an air mattress to allow enough room for my kids to spread out. The Bistro in the lobby also had great food and kind servers. The downtown traffic was a bit noisy overnight - but I think it only disturbed me, not the kids. The pool and hot tub were excellent! All in all it was a lovely stay and we would happily stay there again.

There was only 1 person to check in arriving guests. He was very slow and couldn't seem to understand requests from customers. We were assured that we would have a room with a bathtub, that did not happen. It took 14 minutes for hot water to show up in the shower. Hot water showed up in the sink, but the hot/cold faucet was reversed. The sink drain stopper did not work. The thermostat in tha room could not be adjusted. No free breakfast. Two cups of coffee, oatmeal and a muffin cost over $21.00 with very slow service. At the price they charged, things could have been much more comfortable. We will stay across the street from now on and save our money and have a much nicer experience!

The reception desk staff were wonderful! The food counter/starbucks set up was very inefficient. On Sunday, I went down to get coffee at 7:15 and they weren’t open. They are meant to open at 7:00. Staffing may be difficult though. The property is getting run down and could use a refresh. The bathroom was not super clean. Location was good with a short walk to the Riverwalk area.

Told the manager she should eat off the disgusting breakfast bar .no hot water ..food had not been brought in for dinner service or breakfast off the menu..the staff knew it was all bad and were so pleasant to us..the no hot water was for the shower!!! Great staff!!!

I worked from the hotel each day and had trouble with the stability of the internet. It kept dropping off periodically right in the middle of meetings. I did like the location of the hotel, but parking was scarce. We had to park down the street several time. The Starbicks machines did not work the entire stay and breakfast was not complimentary. Also there was not an office or business center where i could go to work in private.

Location was great. It was a walkable distance to the Riverwalk. However, there were flies and bugs in the breakfast area, shower wasn't clean, curtain had a huge rip, and we could smell cigarette smoke at times when the air kicked on. I understand renovations ran over schedule, but that's no excuse for insects. We picked this because it had a restaurant and bar, but the menu was limited to 4 choices. Also no coffee available until they opened the Starbucks counter.

Nancy at the front desk is so helpful and friendly!!! That’s a big plus for me. The location is great, easy walking distance to the riverwalk and some wonderful places to eat and drink. I love Pueblo, it’s one of our favorite places to visit!! The hotel is well kept, smells clean and rooms are well equipped. Would recommend this place.
