No ice available. The one ice maker for entire hotel was out of service. No lamp on table beside bed. Asked about that but told there is overhead light. Overhead too bright. No coffee maker in room. Don’t think I will choose Tru brand again.

This seemed like a new-ish property and was clean and well maintained. The room was surprisingly small - no closet or dresser, but rather a sign to put luggage under your bed or hang things on colorful hooks on the wall. The breakfast was disappointing - they really didn't have much except for two automatic pancake machines, but one of those was broken and the other couldn't keep up with the volume of guests (and there weren't even very many). The fitness room was nice and clean and had good equipment, although I wished it had a water fountain.

I like the clean modern design, easy to clean surfaces and openness. Having around the clock services and gym area is a big plus. I suggest adding handheld shower head along with fixed upper head in each room's shower stall

This hotel was nice. Simple decor and furnishings. Bed was comfortable. It was clean and had lots of space downstairs for family/friends to gather. Pool table was a nice touch. We bought a board game with us and it was the perfect space to hang out together.

The room was very gross and not at all clean. Hair in shower , sink and on soap and shampoo bottles. Mildew in shower. Breakfast was horrible. Pancake machine did not work, eggs and hillshire farm polish sausage was rubbery and dry, oatmeal section had hair in cranraisens, brown sugar was extremely hard and has been out for days with white spots in it. The backs of oatmeal had sime dust of some kind on it. The drink macjine was very dirty. The sit down area was not clean and the people who worked in the breakfast area where playing on the phone and not helpwhats so ever and did not seam to care the breakfast area was so nasty. This was at 7am so it was in the beginning of the breakfast morning sonit should have been set up, clean and ready. The only thing that was nice was when I chexked in the person at the front desk was so sweet and kind. They really were helpful and curious. Everything else qas horrible and very disappointing.

Bed was not clean upon check in , so I asked for another room and 2 nd room was worse stuff on pillowcase. And when sheets pulled down all kinds of hairs. So I immediately checked out and went to another hotel. Put picture of hotel that I went to. Would like to get a full refund for dirty room that I did not stay in.

Everything about this place was great. EXCEPT for the floor in my room. It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! You couldn’t see it by looking at it or even walking on it. I checked in late and had to leave early in the morning and I didn’t want to go through the hassle of changing rooms, so I didn’t go back to the front desk. First thing I did was take a shower and the walk from the shower to the bed left the bottoms of my feet BLACK. I cleaned them off with a wet towel and went to bed. The next morning I used the wet towel to wipe a spot on the floor and it left the towel BLACK. I wore socks for my entire stay and left them in the garbage when I checked out. They obviously do not mop the floor when they “clean” the room.

This hotel was nice in general but they skimped on the construction. The walls and ceilings are paper thin and you can hear neighbors talking and people walking around above, it was very difficult to sleep. It was also pricey considering this and that they serve only a cold breakfast.

Weird smell in lobby. Trash cans on elevator landings were overflowing and not emptied during stay. Could hear upstairs neighbors walking around. Bedding was clean. Lighting in room was terrible and the WiFi was not loading from the room. Furniture in rooms is minimal, uncomfortable and impractical. The desk was on rollers for some reason, and the only chair in the room was not on rollers and placed in a corner behind a bed far away from the desk. Just bad overall space planning and furniture selection in the rooms. Not a great option if you need to work from the room. More expensive per night than I would have though for the quality.

Awesome hotel for a quick night. It is a bit crappy the WiFi isn’t included (approx. $5/day) and the beds are very firm, but the breakfast was amazing! Would definitely stay again

We booked a King room. Room I thought was a little on the small side. Tiny 2x2 fridge, no microwave. Continental breakfast had limited options. If you're passing through the hotel is okay. I would not stay here longer than a day or two.

Not thrilled with my stay at your hotel. The room above us people were making noise in the early morning, rolling things around on the floor. The front desk folks were not professional. Also, I have written directly to Hilton about the following. Saturday night 8.31 there was a thunderstorm that took the power off in the hotel. No one was notified of this outrage, I had to call the front desk to learn that the hotel was in battery back up and there was no TV, no internet, and no air conditioning. This made for a very quiet evening and to say the least frustrating. I have not heard back from the email I had previously sent so that is why I am sharing again. Noisy customers one night and many essentials missing one of the other nights. Just not fun!! I hope I will receive a refund or something for this inconvenience. I look forward to hearing from someone. I know my previous message indicated I would hear from someone 3 days. I have not heard anything from anyone! Staff was incredibly rude did not engage when asked questions! Asked maid service to make bed and provide clean towels and room wasn’t entered or cleaned for 2 day’s! Upon arrival after a 1,200 mile drive night clerk was in lobby drinking with friend!

Good service, was a little line at checkin. Room was comfortable, air was cool. Breakfast was bare bones, we looked but ended up not eating. For a quick sleepover on a road trip, it was perfectly good.

They should tell you that there is construction next door with jack hammers and beeping trucks constantly from 7am on. Woke me up. Loud trying to sleep. No soap. Hate when there are no dispensers. Breakfast ends by 9:30am on Saturday so missed this. Just no value

The front desk service was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable although it did sink in the middle. The breakfast was average. I did hear the employee say that they were out of stock on some items.
