It was in a good area for the shopping I wanted to do. A lot of different dining option as well. The service was not what I expected from a Japanese point of view, but it may be good enough for someone from overseas.. but do not expect the usual good Japanese service.

You get what you pay for, this is a very very inexpensive hotel in the area. Asakusabashi is a fantastic station (direct from both Narita and Haneda), and close to many key locations of Tokyo . The district itself is full of restaurants and convenience stores. The rooms are narrow, you have to request cleaning before 11am, out of 6 days, not a single did they not do a mistake in the allocation of the towels and other amenities in our two rooms. Not everything works correctly Room 1, had to change the hairdrier, the handle was broken and did not stay fixed when drying hair, showerhead hooks were woobly .... Window blinders did not work properly Room 2, TV set did not zapp through the channels, the minifridge was way too cold and actually freezed beverages, the blinders were broken and could not be locked in position so daytime light could go through, hairdryer was also damaged. The door as a very stupid way to be locked and unlocked and they only provide one key so better be planning all your visits together. So as said above it's very cheap, so I would only advise this place when on a budget trip with requirement for accessiblity because for those two, it's very good, the rest, even youth hostels are better equiped to deal with customers. The staff is friendly and is having more to deal with issues than anything Do not expect exhanging with the hotel, I sent them two emails prior to staying there and never got any replies

I did a complain regarding pillow with blood on it, it is not replaced even after I complained twice to the concierge, removing the pillow case during room service.
