We had a great stay at MIMARU Tokyo Station East. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family, which made a big difference when traveling together. The location is super convenient—easy access to Tokyo Station and nearby transportation. The staff were friendly, patient, and always willing to help, which made us feel very welcomed. Overall, it was comfortable, practical, and family-friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly and able to communicate well. Room was clean and well stocked. The only thing was the bed was too firm for us, but the hotel does offer options. Our stay was too short for us to request those options.
