There is a great 24-hour laundromat that's 4 minutes away that we would recommend using as an alternative to the coin laundry machine in the hotel. The rooms were a little small, but that was somewhat expected in Tokyo. The hotel was in a great area that was almost directly next to the station, which made traversing Tokyo via the transit system generally easy and convenient.

The personal is really friendly, but they could improve their English for a better communication. About the hotel, they don't have a common area for eating of getting a coffee, like a small kitchen or something near the lobby, not even a couch or something to sit. The rooms are really really small, not very comfortable.

¡A mi y a mi esposo nos encantó!, Muy limpio, personal muy atento, la zona muy tranquila y con muchas opciones de alimentos cerca, cuenta con lavandería, la cual usamos, y no requieres comprar detergente ni nada por el estilo. El shampoo son botes grandes no de los pequeñitos. Todo te lo rellenan y ponen nuevo cada que se hace es aseo. Esta cerca de varias estaciones (JR y metro). Nos hospedaremos de nuevo!!

Overall good stay, it is also close to both JR and Metro subway stations. The rooms were good and comfortable. but I have to say the breakfast was the worst we ever had in many Japanese hotels. It used lobby as breakfast area, so the whole lobby is close all day. the food had almost nothing to choose from, and each plate had very little stuff, which looked like they were ready to clean up and close the area.

Love the location, absolutely convenient to both JR line and Tokyo Metro for Hatchobori station. One thing to note is that room has a very strong moldy smell, have to keep both AC and dehumidifier on for 10-15mins to clear the smell. Other than that, the facility is clean and well kept.

My only complaint would be that rooms are very small. I was on a girls trip and I’m glad I decided to not share rooms because this hotel as charming it is, the rooms are very small. Other than that is great. Close to metro and convenient stores.

The location is decent, it’s close to train stations. Whats not ideal is the size of the room. It’s so tiny. Also, they could provide more hooks or perhaps a foldable shelf since the room is so tiny. There’s no place to put clean clothes in the bathroom.

I loved the friendliness of the staff and the easy check-in and check-out. The room was clean and cozy with a nice bath and shower. There was a TV, mini fridge, safe, hairdryer, kettle and other small amenities that were very useful for our stay. The design was modern and utilitarian. The surrounding area was convenient and we found some lovely little restaurants close by.

The staff were kind and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved its close proximity to the Hatchobori Station, and the little alleyways with food shops are so quaint and safe. The value at this hotel is wonderful. My stay in Tokyo was beyond perfect, and ICI Hotel Tokyo Hatchobori really made an impact in this. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel is clean and nice. There aren't a lot of restaurants options nearby but the zone is quite peacefully. However , when I tried to send my baggages to another hotel I was traveling too, the staff couldn't explain me how how to get order that service . At the end, they told me to go to a family mart nearby where the staff there were kind to explain me how to fill the form to get that service

The hotel was less than five minutes walk from the subway (look for the lift exit) and we were warmly welcomed. We arrived early and although the room wasnt free we left our bags. It was a very convienient base to explore Tokyo from. We did not have breakfast there but there are coffee shops and resturants nearby. The room was clean and fresh although we did have to ask how to operate the lights (there is a black panel with black switches on it in the recess of the headboard!!). It was our first experience of Japanese toilets and once you got used to a constantly warm seat and preflushing when you sat down the whole 'bidet' experience was quite nice.

Good hotel to stay in, near Tokyo station but beware if you don't like walking. The Keiyo line is separate from the main lines in the station. You need to walk a bit to get to where you board the train. On the plus side you are only a few stops away from Disney Tokyo. The hotel was clean and easy access from Hatchobori station.

Good budget hotel in an excellent location. The room was tiny, but it was clean and the amenities worked well. The metro is just 2 blocks away making it convenient to get around Tokyo. Don't lose your room key otherwise it will cost you 2000yen.

Recomiendo ampliamente este Hotel, la relación Calidad-precio es excelente. Tiene muy buena ubicación, al salir a mano derecha en la esquina esta la estacion de metro lo cual para un turista que va por primera vez a Tokio como era nuestro caso es super bueno. Esa linea te lleva a Disney no necesitas trasbordar super facil. Y en sentido contrario esa estacion te lleva al centro de Tokio. Las instaciones y el personal muy bien. En la recepción los muchachos tienen traductores de voz asi q el idioma no es problema. Nosotros no sabemos Japones y no batallamos absolutamente nada. El desayuno alimentos de calidad, no tiene mucha variedad pero te ayudara a iniciar el dia con el estomago lleno. Sin duda volveremos a ese hotel
