Stayed 6 nights

I stayed for 6 nights and 7 days from October 3rd to 9th, 2026. This hotel is absolutely amazing! I accidentally left cash under the pillow, but they kept it safe so I could retrieve it. I am truly grateful for their help! The guest rooms are located on the 20th to 24th floors, offering stunning night views of Tokyo every single day, which was wonderful. Also, being close to Ueno Station made traveling to places like Yokohama and Mt. Fuji via JR and private railways very convenient. Since it’s located right between Ueno and Okachimachi subway stations, accessing the Ginza Line, Hibiya Line, and Toei Line was effortless, making it extremely easy to travel anywhere in Tokyo. I absolutely loved my stay!

The rooms were quite small and the mattresses were well used. The view makes up for it. I wish there was a lobby hangout area with couches or an outdoor patio to soak in the views of Ueno. The hotel is on the the 20th- 24th floor and has great views of Skytree Tower rom one side. There is breakfast at extra cost available.

The room is not suitable for Asian to stay. Room is very small, bed is very very old and as good as no mattress , aircon is very very old and noisy. This looks more like a backpack hostel . Don’t get scammed by the building outlook. It is only a 5 storey small hostel in the building.

At first glance, the hotel looked very impressive. The building is quite large, so I expected it to be a fairly big hotel. Compared to other business hotels I've stayed at in Japan, the room also seemed a little more spacious, and the view from the window looked nice, which is why I chose this hotel. We booked a room with one double bed and one twin bed. When you arrive, you have to take the elevator to the lobby on the 20th floor. Every time you enter or leave the hotel, you have to go through the 20th floor first. What surprised me was how tiny the lobby was. The building is huge, but the lobby felt about the size of a convenience store. The amenities were also a bit disappointing. Many Japanese hotels provide extras like face masks, skincare products, or bath salts, but here there were only basic items such as razors, ironing facilities, and bathrobes. The room itself was slightly larger than a typical business hotel, but the biggest issue was the humidity. Since we visited during the summer, the entire room felt damp, especially the bedding. The air conditioning only runs when the room is occupied, so it seems the room stays warm and humid most of the time. Sleeping in damp bedding wasn't very pleasant, and I couldn't help but worry about mold, although I didn't check because I honestly didn't want to know. We kept the air conditioner running as much as possible to dry out the room. The view, however, was lovely. We could see Ueno Station, and on our first day we wer
