This motel is in a bad part of town. There were loiterers and homeless people and we didn’t feel safe so we didn’t stay there

The first thing I noticed was the overwhelming smell of smoke in the hallways. Our non-smoking room did not carry a strong odor so that was good. The room was surprisingly clean, other than water stains in the shower. We booked a room that said it sleeps 5, but only had two queen beds and a chair. There were a total of four pillows, so we got another pillow and our three small kids shared a bed. There were also only 3 towels and 3 washcloths so we had to go request additional towels. The tv did not work and when we asked the front desk for assistance they told us to play around with the hdmi cords. We did that for a bit with no luck so just gave up. The breakfast area was clean and carb heavy. Options included cereal, waffles, toast, and honey buns. Coffee was terrible. In short - you get what you pay for. It was clean but not a lot of extras.

It was ok. Breakfast options were incredibly limited and coffee cups were the size of water cups giving at the dentist office almost. Not smart tvs either. Front desk girl shoo'd me away right after I got there when I had a question about what doors I could use cause she was on the phone with her husband which was incredibly rude and effected my comfort level staying there. Rooms were big and they were clean. Housekeeping was nice.

Check-in was smooth. We were on the second floor which unfortunately even though we had a no smoking room the whole second floor smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was warm at first and smelled funky so we bought a fan and room spray. That night it got super cold so the AC worked. For the price and convenience it was okay and im not a picky person. No bugs or mold so im good.
