Very clean rooms. Beds were fine and comfortable. Friendly staff. Easy check-in/out. Facilities outside rooms are kind of worn down. But not an issue at all. Great value for money if you are looking for a cheap hotel in the city center. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood.

Til prisen er hotellet ok. Man skal lige være opmærksom på at ligger fra 1.sal og opefter. Der ingen elevator. Trappen er relativ stejl og smal, ikke det bedste valg hvis man er gangbesværet. Fin afstand til hovedbanegården samt nærmeste U-bane.

There is no elevator, and rooms up to the 4th floor.Approachable via winding, narrow stairs. with luggage it's a challenge and not safe from falling down. After I managed to climb to 4th floor, I figured no heat from wall heater nor from the one in the bathroom. Went back to the receptionist...mind you...below the first floor and complained. The guy said to wait 15 min. So I climbed back up again and waited for 30 min. Still ice cold. Climbing down again, asking for a different room with working heater. Now he cranked out a double room on 1st floor, but bathroom only available across the floor, not en Suite. So I agreed, and there was no discount offered for the hassle. On the end I was drenched in sweat from all the climbing up and down. I also noted there was no cup available for brushing teeth...not in the bedroom and not in the bathroom. All in all, I wont book this hotel again. Imo an affordable price doesn't justify inferior service or facility.

Property is in the heart of Hamburg downtown, very close to the train station. Staff was very polite and friendly. I didn't enjoy the flight of stairs to enter the hotel at the end of a long day of walking.

Jeg overnattet på Wikinger Hof kun en natt (heldigvis!) Hotellet ligger ca 5 min unna Hamburg Hbf og det var det eneste positive. Område - muslimsk ghetto, med masse utledninger og narkomaner. Følte meg ikke trygg. Selve hotellet har 3 stjerner, ville aldri tenkt det. Dårlig standard. I beskrivelsen av enkeltrom opplyses det ikke at rommet har kun seng. Altså hverken bad eller do! Dusj og wc er felles i gangen. På rommet var kun et vask, men med kun kaldt vann. Det er ikke heis i bygget! Masse trapp å gå opp, med bagasje er det ikke noe særlig. Sengen var myk og god, men sengetøy var skittent. Tv fungerte ikke. Internett fungerte bra. Betalte 50€ for en natt, og synes ikke det var verdt prisen. Det finnes bedre 3-stjernes hoteller i Hamburg med bedre standard.

There is no lift on ground floor so you need to carry your big luggage to 1st floor Staircase is quite dirty although the room itself is acceptable. One of the staff is very helpful whitle another one is not that helpful.

Dieses Hotel würde ich wirklich nur dann erneut wählen, wenn Hamburg - wie beim Hafengeburtstag 2022 - mal wieder komplett ausgebucht und der Zimmerpreis einigermaßen moderat ist. Als positiv kann man die fußläufige Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof nennen. Außerdem war es sowohl im Hotel selbst als auch von außerhalb sehr ruhig, allerdings hatte ich auch ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof. Das Personal war höflich, aber recht kurz angebunden. Ansonsten ist hier alles eher unterer Durchschnitt. Das Zimmer war alt, abgewohnt und mäßig sauber, der Teppich und die Vorhänge überaus fleckig. Darüber hinaus funktionierte das Licht in der separaten Dusche nicht und der Duschvorhang sollte auch mal wieder gewechselt werden. Zur Rezeption ist zunächst eine recht steile Treppe zu überwinden. Im Nebenhaus, wo ich untergebracht war, gibt es einen Fahrstuhl zwischen der ersten und vierten Etage, darunter bzw. darüber ist erneut Treppensteigen angesagt. Dies sollte gegebenenfalls beachtet werden. Die Umgebung habe ich persönlich nicht als störend empfunden, aber man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass es sich um ein Bahnhofsviertel handelt.

沒有升降機，只有樓梯上房!

Clean towels and sheets, but that was pretty much the only thing that was good. The whole room smelled like someone had been smoking in in (though prohibited), mold in the shower roof, cracks in the ceiling, part of the bed lamp was loose, the shower hose was leaking from everywhere, and I could go on. I don’t think that any money was spent on fixing things the last couple of years.

Das Nichtraucher- Zimmer war verqualmt und ich muss allle meine Kleidung waschen. Den Waschbeckenabfluss verstopften Bierdeckel. Die Toilette hat gerochen und war nicht gut gereinigt.

A lot noise from the road combined with a open window in warm room made it difficult to sleep. The hotel was very worn out, dirty hallways, lot of stuff lying arround. Would not come here again.

The hotel is a no nonsense hotel located in a vibrant street in the train station area. The area is nice with many migrant owned shops and businesses. A very good selection of restaurants, and if you go to the other part of St Georg, a block away, you are in the queere friendly street with a lot of other options. The street is populated day and night and feels safe even with the many sex workers, homeless, etc. The hotel does not have a restaurant, and we were staying in the part that is next door to the house where the reception is located. No problem at all. The beds were nice and clean, the bathroom was nice and clean. We had a very nice balcony we could use with view over the street. The room was cleaned and made up every day. The cleaning person was very nice and polite. The general condition of the hotel is a bit worn, but it was very good value for the price.

Also erstmal hat es im Flur direkt vor meinem Zimmer sehr streng gerochen, war aber nur bei meiner Ankunft so, danach nicht mehr... Im Zimmer hat es modrig gerochen zwar nicht so intensiv wie im Flur, aber etwas (1-10= 3) &das durchgehend, kommt aber hierbei auch extrem stark drauf an, wie geruchsempfindlich man persönlich ist! Ich weiß nicht ob das einfach nur vom Zimmer kam oder von den Matratzen... Habe es dann ernstahft gewagt, mal unter das Bettlaken zu schauen wie viele/welche Art von Flecken mich da erwarten, da waren dann tatsächlich "nur" ein paar Blutflecken (habe es so wie das Hotel auf mich gewirkt hat, ehrlich schlimmer erwartet!). Da dachte ich dann, "okay krass für 122 € für 2 Nächte kann man sich nicht mal neue Matratzen leisten..." Der Teppichboden hatte immer wieder unidentifizierbare Flecken - es gibt Teppichreiniger... War im Großen & Ganzen okay, aber möchte da nie wieder ein zweites mal hin!

Heizung lief nicht, Fernseher lief nicht, W-Lan war mies und kein Buch dabei. Und keiner an der Rezeption zum Dampfablassen. Das war ein Abend zum Vergessen.

The hotel is very basic and the rooms are tired. We had the good room with a private wetroom in the corridor outside our room. However the door couldn't be locked from the inside. Needless to say I wasn't going to shower in there. The way in is up a steep staircase to the first floor (more stairs to our room) so getting luggage up and down was tricky. The room was tired and very, very noisy at night. The area is down at heel and doesn't feel fully safe. The room was clean but even so we only stayed one night and booked ourselves into another hotel for the remaining 2 nights of our stay in Hamburg. We do recommend the excellent Indian Singh hiding one the first floor a little way up the road.

Area it's self is a bit rough and quite scary but I have never been bothered and generally walk down the next street to access it

Het hotel is schoon, goed bereikbaar en de medewerkers vriendelijk. Opzich een aanrader. De ongeving is wat minder: dames van lichte zeden bieden zich aan in de straten rondom het hotel met de bijbehorende ongure typee

Otrygg stämning utanför hotellet. Hotellrummet var överlag bra, smutsigt på väggar.. väldigt lyhört då vår dörr ut mot korridor endast var en innerdörr. Nära centralstation vilket var positivt, för en natt fungerar det bra.

Üst katlardaysanız asansörün olmaması bir sorun olabilir. Onun dışında bence yeterliydi. Ayrıca konum olarak çok avantajlı bir yerde. Çevresinde bir çok market ve restaurant mevcut.
