Fantastic stay at this property. Very clean. Loved having the washer dryer in the room. Made life easy. Special mention to the gentleman at the front desk who was so friendly and greeted us with warm conversation and a smile. Close to a couple of stations, and great eating options near by

I’ve stayed at Monday apartments before and our stay was as great as previous times. Huge rooms, in suite laundry, and super clean. Smart TV also has casting. The duration of my stay had housekeeping twice and they always did a thorough clean and refilled all bathroom soaps. This location has 3 subway stations within a 10 minute walk that gets you on major lines. Tokyo Tower is also just behind the hotel. Front staff were nice and available when needed. Can also leave luggage before and after the stay.

Solid place to stay. Convenient location that's accessible by a single train line from Narita. The room is a decent size for Tokyo and efficiently laid out. Comfortable stay for 2 adults and 2 kids. Loved the in-unit washer/dryer combo and the small electric stove - made life easy for us during our extended stay. Staff was friendly and polite throughout our stay.

The staffs are extremely friendly. The unit we stayed had a kitchen, washer/dryer, etc, which we wouldn’t expect in a usual hotel room. I first thought we wouldn’t be using any of them, but we ended up using most of the facilities available. If you’re traveling in summer, having a washer in unit is super helpful! I would stay here again.

Conexión directa al aeropuerto de Haneda desde la Daimon Station. La habitación muy pequeña para 4 personas. La habitación olía mal cuando llegamos y no se fue el mal olor después de 6 días. Tampoco estaba perfectamente limpio cuando llegamos. No nos quejamos en el hotel sobre esto. Estuvimos en el hotel Gojo de la misma cadena en Kyoto y era mucho mejor, más grande y más barato. El personal educado y servicial.

Monday Apartments in Hamamatsucho was a perfect choice for our trip to Tokyo. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood close to multiple transportation options. Highly recommend!

The only reason for my low rating is the cleanliness. The rooms are soooo dusty! You can see a thick layer of dust on the blinds. My entire family (allergic to dust) had to live on allergy medication the entire stay because it was just so dusty on the blinds and in the vents. They really need to do a better job on cleaning the hotel.

Our family of 4 from the US stayed in June of 2024 and I would absolutely recommend the hotel. It’s in a quiet business district 5-10min walking distance from a few different subway stops. The room is pretty small (it’s Tokyo!) but it was well arranged and a great value. The main bed in our Family Superior room was a true king size, and the bunk beds were XL twins (my son who is 6’1” fit fine.) The mattresses were firm, which I like. It had a full kitchenette, and a toilet separate from the sink/shower which helps with 4 people getting ready in the morning. There are free packets of laundry detergent in the lobby for using the washer/dryer combo machine in the bathroom. Also- they are well set up for westerners- all the plugs in the room worked for US cords, and the shower head was adjustable so if you are over 6’ tall you can wash your hair. The front desk clerks are friendly and speak passable English. It is a 1 min walk to two convenience stores that both sell coffee and prepackaged breakfast options that were fun to try. Not much to do in the vicinity but there are some good ramen options for dinner about a 5 min walk (near the Daimon metro). I felt very safe here and the neighborhood was lovely despite being an urban center.

We got takeout sushi one night from a local place and great having somewhere to eat it which is unusual for a hotel stay. Also washing machine which was very handy as we travelled light. Laundry detergent in little sachets at reception. 7-11 close by. Walkable to Tokyo Tower. Few stations close by so easy for transport to various areas of Tokyo. We walked to the fish market the first day (around 30mins walk) to get our bearings. Room was reasonably sized for being in Tokyo.

Staff was very courteous, and did their best to interpret our English. The room was spacious, but a little worn. All instructions are in Japanese. The hotel could do better with instructions in English. And there are NO English speaking channels on the TV. We accidentally turned off the instant hot water heater (switch on the wall by the shower room) not knowing what is was, and had no hot water the next day.

Great modern hotel in an excellent location close to 3 different subway stations making it very easy to get to most of the well known sights of Tokyo. Worked out really well. Washer dryer in the room is very handy if you are in a group, although you might need help with the Japanese controls. Well designed room with lift access, although entry corridor inside the room is a little cramped. Friendly staff, and the sell bottled water on reception for ¥50 which is the cheapest you'll find anywhere. Close to several konbinis and numerous restaurant options around Daimon Station, including several good breakfast places like Matsuya, Fuji Soba, Dennys, Precious Moments and other coffee shops. Beware that the hotel does NOT handle luggage forwarding, so you will have to use the 7-11 a few mins walk away. Price for the room was great value too. TIP: They have special "TOSO double window blinds" in the room. You'll need to watch a Youtube video to figure out how to operate!

It was a convenient apartment type hotel. Came with a kitchen and laundry machine so, it was convenient for my temporary stay while I was renovating my home. After my second stay, I realized that the sofa bed and bench was a bit uncomfortable to sit onbut, overall fine. Beds were a bit hard but, better than sleeping on a futon.

The way we were welcomed by the staff at the reception was exceptional friendly. Room was spacious enough close to metro and several restaurants and Tokyo tower. Would certainly recommend others to stay here. I will say it again. Staff was amazing

The staff was very nice and very accommodating! No issues whatsoever. The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was located near a couple train stations and lots of restaurants that were walking distance. The room was spacious enough for 3 people to share and get ready in. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I were to come back to Japan.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us send our luggage to our next hotel—they even accompanied us to the convenience store to get everything sorted. Highly Recommended. Clean rooms, comfortable space. Nice location- Close to several train stations, convenience stores and restaurants. Front desk staff friendly and very helpful. Gentleman at front desk went above and beyond to help us with our luggage delivery to our Osaka hotel by filling out our forms and contacting hotel to make sure they would accept luggage. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

We loved our stay at Monday Apart Hamamatsucho Daimon. Quiet street 2 convenience stores on the corner and close to several train stations. Staff was friendly and available, and the accommodations were clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Really only need 1/3 of our luggage with the in unit washer dryer combo! Another big plus was that we were right on the ASAKUSA line which is a direct shot to the terminals at Narita airport!!!!!

This property was the best among the hotels we stayed at. It was nice to talk to a real person who was always available at the front desk. Best part, the in-room washer/dryer met our needs. The proximity to Haneda airport with just one train ride was a bonus. Lots of eateries and Tokyo Tower within minutes of walking. Multiple train lines within 5 minutes of walking made other parts of the city easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This property was great for my family of 5. Room size was perfect, kitchen set up was great, for kids snacks and morning breakfast making eggs, and yes convenient stores were near by to grab essentials. I really appreciated the laundry to wash our clothes. Location is very good, 6mins to Diamond station and 12 mins to one of JR stations. 12mins of walk to Tokyo Tokyo, which was very nice with holiday set up! I would love to come back for longer stay again! Thank you so much for kind staff!

Only annoying thing was one of the train lines was a bit far to walk to 😅 Otherwise the location suited our needs Bonus was the washer/dryer combo which was in the bathroom Rooms were well thought out in terms of layout Convenience stores galore just downstairs you had 2 on the corner and 1 at the back and much more Would stay again

This is a great property to stay if you want to be a little bit further from the hustle and bustle. The area is quiet at night. There's quite a few convenience stores around the area too. The room was nice and more spacious than I thought it would be. The washing machine was nice to have in the room.

The staff was very nice and very accommodating! No issues whatsoever. The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was located near a couple train stations and lots of restaurants that were walking distance. The room was spacious enough for 3 people to share and get ready in. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I were to come back to Japan.

The amenities was exactly as described and what we wanted as a family. The kids said they will miss the apartment when we left! New, very clean, everything in good order. Lovely and welcoming front desk staff. Good location - close to FamilyMart/Lawsons/Seven and I, which is very convenient. Many eating places nearby. We loved our experience!

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped with everything we needed and was so clean. The location was great with many dining options close by as well as convenience/grocery stores and we were walking distance to multiple train stations, which was perfect for getting around Tokyo! Highly recommend!

Room was great- nice to have washer/dryer and microwave and toaster oven in room. We had 4 adults and had enough room for everyone. Area was quiet but was walking distance to plenty of restaurants and Tokyo Tower

We loved this hotel it’s not in the heart of the hustle and bustle but it was close to the train station and some dining. It was about a 15mins walk to the Tokyo Tower. The room we had had two beds and a bunk bed with a small dining table area perfect for our family of 4 enough space for our luggage and still walk around. Staff here was very friendly and spoke some English. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We stayed at this hotel two summers in a row and had an equally wonderful experience both years. We booked two rooms and messaged the hotel in advance to see if we could get rooms next to each other. Luckily, they were able to accommodate our request. This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. Many convenience stores and restaurants located within a block or two of the hotel. There are many subway stops located within a 10-15 minute walk. The location was excellent. We greatly enjoyed the washer/dryer in each room, as well as the detergent that was complimentary in the lobby. The employees were super friendly and helpful. The safe in the room is small. It fits items such as passports and wallets, but not iPads/laptops. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Tokyo.

This was our second time staying here, and we thought the hotel itself was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean, and there were plenty of amenities for a family with children. The location is also excellent. We loved the convenience of using access codes for the elevators and our room instead of keeping track of physical keys. Additionally, having a large washer and dryer was incredibly helpful for a family enjoying the summer. If we had to offer one piece of feedback, it would be nice to have small reading lights by the beds.
