Staff were extremely courteous and attentive. Rooms were clean, but felt dated. We stayed in the annex building which is just across the road from the main tower. Laundry facilities are on the 3rd floor of the main tower. Location is convenient, short walk from a couple of subway stations sitting across multiple lines. Plenty of local shops for local eats.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Air conditioner in my room was not willing properly and the. Refrigerator was not refrigerating. The washing machine and dryers are small and dryers don't dry well. The bed was comfortable. Good location for me, train station was a block away with plenty of eateries close by. Advised the staff about the air and refrigerator but nothing was done.

Very nice and bright hotel. Had Christmas celebrations. Hotel had all info regarding early bag check in already mentioned in the website (they take early bag check ins). Hotel has free cofee, tea and iced tea. Also fresh set of toiletries available in reception as per your use. Robes and pajamas given during check in.

Staff was so friendly and nice. Rooms were very small but it was expected as we were in Japan. Room was always so clean and staff was always on stand by to help with any issues. They help us with setting up our luggages to transport to the airport as we were heading to Osaka and returning the next few days. There’s a washing machine that’s easily accessible in case you need to do laundry. Overall great experience. Shop was nearby and subway was just a 5 min walk!

Disappointed in the room. The carpets were dirty/crunchy. Heavy perfume sprayed in the rooms. The air conditioner is controlled by the front desk and you have to call them to turn it on otherwise the heat is on which was uncomfortable. Could not wait to leave.

Hotels.com books to the ‘Annex’ across the street from the Centurion, but this was not clear when we made the booking. The Annex rooms are very dated and run down, but quirky in their own right. Also disappointed that the onsen was for men only and with an additional 500yen fee. The location was fantastic, close to train station and dining and full of street activity. And our room was surprisingly quiet for how busy it was outside. There was no free breakfast or lounge area.

The hotel was clean and nice and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The location is convenient. The rooms here are very small and would be a good fit for a solo traveler. The bathroom is the size of a cruise inside cabin bathroom. The toilet cover did not open all the way because it hit the sink. The room itself is the length of the bed and about 3 feet wider than the width of the bed. There is no room to walk around the bed

There are several Centurion hotel buildings and this wasn’t the one I thought I was getting. After checking in, our room was across the street at the Vintage. You walk through the restaurant that has a hospital cleaner kinda smell that I found repulsive every time I walked in and out. Hallways were scratched up and the sofa had stains. The bathrooms are small. Towels looked tired, thin, and frayed around the edges. But the beds were comfortable. Only good thing is the proximity to Akasaka-Mitsuke Station (Ginza Line & Marunouchi Line) and Akasaka Station (Chiyoda Line). It’s a budget hotel, but I seriously thought about walking away and getting a new hotel. It’s about a step up from a Love Hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again… ever.

Room was very dated, upset to discover upon check in, that we weren’t actually booked into stay at the Centurion Grand as my confirmation suggested. We were moved across the street to the centurion vintage. Staff were wonderful, but that was just our biggest let down. When you book, you only have pictures and reviews to go by, and I felt misled about where we were staying and what we paid for.

It was a nice place to stay, and the staff was very helpful and spoke English as well. The room was extremely tiny; we knew to expect a tiny room, but this was way too small, and our main problem was the air-conditioning system. For some reason, you cannot control it yourself from the room. After 5 pm, there is just blasting heat turned on for everyone. The only option is to turn it off. Other than that, the location, staff, and convenience are all great.

The hotel was in a good location: within walking distance to numerous hotels, shopping, and transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great and an abundance of amenities and toiletries! The room was extremely small- it fit three people with a king bed and sofa bed, but there was no room to move about the room or even to put luggage. It was very tight. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable but it acted as our bed, luggage rack, and night stand. The bathroom did its job. It was tight for m husband and son who are both 6 feet tall. It was perfect for me because I’m short. I probably would not select this hotel again because of the room size. Just because three people can fit doesn’t mean they should. If the rooms are all the size of the one we got I would highly suggest just getting two rooms instead.

Cannot control temperature for each room. Re: Takkkyu-bin (delivery service for suitcases), there is no choice for date & time, a bit inconvenient. Other than that, 2min from Akasaka-Mitsuke station, where you can catch Marinouchi-line & Ginza Line, so you can go Ginza, & Tokyo station(Shinkansen) so easily if u don't have "suitcase". Staff are very friendly and try their best for customers;)

Centurion was one of our best stays. It is said that the people make the place, and this is the absolute truth about this hotel. I cannot say enough about the helpful, friendly staff, who all went above and beyond to answer our questions and set the stage for our first brilliant trip to Japan. An added bonus is the convenience of the Akasaka neighborhood, the clean rooms, and musically themed lobby. I cannot wait to return to this lovely hotel in Tokyo.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to start off my holiday in Japan. When we believed that disaster had struck when one of mu friends had lost his passport. The staff at the hotel helped us track down the passport back at the airport. Form a potential trip ender to trip saviours we simply can not thank the staff enough for everything that they have done.

We found the staff very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast VERY much and it was super delicious! Everyone was helpful, polite, and attended to our needs quickly. Just the carpet looked old and dirty, but other than that, all in all, it was a wonderful stay.

Breakfast was the weak point. They had 4 predefined options that did not resonate with me. One day I had a bad upset stomach that I can strongly relate to the breakfast. The next (and last) morning I did not take the risk and skipped it (gave back the breakfast cards to the reception). Everything else was OK. There where 2 convenience stores very closed, to get sandwiches, soft drinks and deserts, until late in the night.

we stayed here during our 6night family trip to Tokyo. Hotel is in good location near subway and many restaurants. unfortunately the rooms are very small in size and they smell very bad. Sauna facilities (only for men) were probably very nice when opened but now in bad condition. There is no restaurant for breakfast on premise but luckily for us 7/11 is next door so breakfast was easy to get. Tokyo is absolutely full of hotels and you can get a much more decent one for the same price they charge.
