This property was completed in 2021 and therefore has the most current Hilton finishes and technology. The staff was available and professional in all respects and the morning breakfast service was awesome! I've never seen a no-touch automatic pancake maker :). There is a small exercise room but there is also a well maintained rail-trail that runs directly through the parking lot: "Spanish Moss Trail" that I had a nice morning run on and noticed the property had loaner bicycles available. The neighborhood is not depressed but there are several dilapidated buildings and businesses in the general area - likely covid related. This is hotel provided a GREAT value for the price.

First try. Staff was attentive and friendly. Rooms and general area were clean. Recreation room and lobby was spacious with sufficient activities available for use. Family friendly, so if children are not your thing consider staying elsewhere. Overall a good experience. Would stay again.

Great stay. Elevator was not working, but the hurricane that had just come through effected it. Nothing the staff could control. Staff was extremly kind and helpful.

There was only one microwave for guests in the entire hotel. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Coffee was hot, nice and strong and always available. It was hard to find a parking space in a well lit area after dark, which is an issue for 3 females traveling alone. The lady who checked us in wasn't friendly. She barely smiled.

Clean, clean, clean! Safe, comfortable, good breakfast. Friendly staff, bed was very comfortable. TV had Netflix & was crystal clear. All doors locked at night, unlike some hotels that leave them open all night you need your key card for re-entry even at the main entrance. Stayed with my husband and our Pomeranian on the way to Florida and this is the only hotel I will stay at from now on on our way to Florida! Lots of dining options around for dinner too, quiet sleepy little town, felt very safe. Loved it!

Clean room, staff very friendly, parking accessible. We stayed 2 nights for USMC grafuation. I woukd stay here again. Only complaint would be the elevator button. Too hard to push and elevator super slow.

We’ve stayed at cleaner hiltons before. This hotel was pretty good. Just needs a deeper clean in the bathroom specifically the shower.

Hotel was newer and common areas are clean but the beds are horrible with dips in the middle of both , pillows are practically flat and useless and our bathroom was still dirty from previous guest . Hair in shower and on floor and dirty shower handle with. Soap and hair on it . Had to clean the shower before we could use it . We do not plan to book with Tru again and will stick with the Hiltons

Very considerate towards the families of Marines during graduation week; offered breakfast at an earlier time than normal hours because they knew we wanted to get to Parris Island as soon as the base was opened. Everything was spotless!

The facilities are fine. The front desk staff was also fine. I chose this property because there is no carpet & that is a plus for my mother and me who suffer from various respiratory issues. Room 419 was NOT cleaned well. A musty smell greets you at the door. The culprit is the filthy moldy shower curtain. The shower seat, the walls, nor the floor were clean. I had to clean it before allowing my mother to shower. She chose NOT to sit down in there! Dust was visible throughout the room and bathroom. Again, the facilities are nice, BUT I came for a clean room. The smell and the dust made it hard to relax and enjoy the much needed night's rest that we needed. Abreland@yahOO.COM 803-556-4624

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room was tiny, no closet, slept on a mattress pad under and on top, with a fitted bed spread instead of a blanket. No daily maid service. Apparently every other day, though in 4 days, no one came. Garbage not emptied, no daily exchange of towels. It seems like this "hotel" is going out of business as services are non-existent. Should be ashamed to be called a Hilton.

Lobby area is nice and accommodating. The hot water available for tea is not very hot. Rooms are on the smaller side but clean. The worst part was the bed, extremely lumpy. We had family staying in another room and they had the same problem with their beds. Great location to the Spanish Moss Trail for exercise.

Good price and close to Paris Island. Staff was great, no complaints there. However, I warn you the walls are thin. You can hear people in the rooms around us and in the hallways. The people staying above us were very heavy footed and we heard them walking for hours when we were trying to sleep. Free breakfast was sufficient for the price we paid.

The man who checked me in was inappropriate ! That made me uncomfortable and not sure what he meant. he said to me example we have to have a deposit because you might go Led Zeppelin on us. Which when I made the reservation, nothing was said to me about a deposit. I thought to myself what? Then he proceeded to tell me behind the “magical curtain” was breakfast. When I complain to who I thought was the manager, her comment was oh he’s a retired teacher. That’s a sense of humor. I explained to her as a female checking in alone. I felt that was inappropriate and unnerving. That he was very unprofessional. There was another Clark who came in behind him. She heard him and all she did was lowered her head. Also, we were under the impression that Motel had swimming pool and when I ask about it, he says we have a pool table. Do you know the difference? He wouldn’t let me get my daughters room keys since I was checking in for the both of us since I had paid for both rooms. As of just dealing with him, we won’t use that motel again if we have to do encounter him otherwise the motel was great.

The front desk people were great. Had a problem with the sound on the TV and the desk person, I think his name was Don, responded immediately- twice. We also had to check out a day early and Hotel.com and the Tru Hilton were fantastic.

Needed an earlier check in. Stated one time checked in an hr before original.check in time . No suggestions on places to eat,or places to occupy our time until.we checked in. He was on his phone when I came in to ask again about checking in at 12. He said not ready yet.

The property was clean and being well maintained. It's a newer hotel and convenient drive to downtown Beaufort (but not in walking distance). There is a gas station/convenience store plus a sub sandwich shop within a short walk on the property. There is still construction going on on the adjacent properties that visitors should be made aware of. Overall a pleasant stay.

I've stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed my stay. The lobby has a pool table and a few selections of beer,lol. My favorite part is watching the cute pancake machine. Great breakfast selections.

Very nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Not very eco-friendly as plastic plates and cutlery are still used. Other hotels are already using paper plates. Unfortunately for breakfast, the juice machine was out of business and no juices or vitamin water were available. There were also no substitutes. There was also no more 2% milk available and even upon my request, the milk was not replenished. We managed, but that was a bit disappointing. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.
