Everything about the hotel was perfect, including the staff. The male employees were extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the stay even better and very welcoming. However, the lady who works in the mornings received me in a very unfriendly and rude manner. Her attitude was noticeably cold and unkind toward me, which stood out negatively compared to the rest of the experience. It honestly felt like a grey cloud over an otherwise wonderful hotel. Despite that, the overall experience was excellent and I would still consider staying again because everything else was truly great.

Close to train station, which is definitely the biggest perk. Didn’t sleep well due to non-existent soundproofing between room and the corridor. People yelling, running, and slamming doors in the hall felt like they were in the room with us. Shower stall was smallest we’d ever seen, but had good pressure. No fridge in room. Safe too small for laptop. You get what you pay. We were fine, but recommend earplugs and eye masks.

An older building with a very old elevator. Rooms seem newly renovated. A nice bathroom. Frosted glass door between the room and the hallway not very private or helping with noises. Enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is at a good location with the port and many restaurants near by. Must park in the public parking (quite pricey) close by and walk to the hotel a block.
