Sur le site Hotel.com, j'ai sélectionné exclusivement les hotels avec parking, car Nice est une ville très difficile pour les voitures et leurs conducteurs. 48 heures avant mon arrivée, l'hotel m'a demandé confirmation pour le parking, j'ai répondu par l'affirmatif. Ce n'est que quelques heures avant mon arrivée que j'ai reçu un courriel m'informant qu'il n'y avait plus de parking, avec l'impossibilité d'annuler pour trouver un autre hotel.

L’Odalys est très bien situé, à proximité de la gare, à dix minutes du bord de mer. Parking sécurisé jouxtant l’hôtel. Toutefois, un peu bruyant malgré le peu de circulation. Nous y retournerons.

Dumbest part about this hotel was that I couldn’t even enter the place and sit/relax on a couch before 3 pm. I arrived in the morning and came to the hotel hours earlier than check in time thinking I could at least go sit inside the couch, use the bathroom, leave my luggages and go explore the area. The lady opened exactly at 3 pm. They have the notice up on the door, you can’t enter between 12-3 pm without an access code. Lady was nice though and check in was fast. Didn’t like that we had a curfew of 11 pm. The floor was dirty when I went. The bathroom is small and coming apart in some places. There is no air conditioning/the thermostat didn’t seem to work. I had the window open the first day but then I got mosquito bites, which kept me awake all night. I wish the window came with mesh net! No soap in the kitchen sink but otherwise it was fully furnished. No duvet or top sheet. They had a tv but wish it was a smart tv. Honestly it was too expensive and I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. Only stayed cuz of the proximity to Nice-Ville station. Alsace-Lorraine is also within walking distance. I would recommend staying closer to the city centre.

Fin beliggenhet i Nice, i gåavstand til det meste. Hyggelig personale. Slitt leilighet, burde vært renovert. Litt dårlig renhold, flekker på vegger og skitne gulv. Veldig vond og gammel sovesofa.

Accueil agréable dommage j avais réservé bien en avance pour un studio avec des lits jumeaux et studio au calme. Loupe studio sur la rue très bruyante pas de lit jumeaux et un peu vieillot un besoin de rafraîchissement par rapport odalys Cap d Agde rien à voir Studio de taille très correcte.Sinon transports à proximité.

The hotel building is old but functional. Its location is wonderful, easy walk to the beach, pastry shop and supermarket. It's spacious, more than 300 sq feet. Kitchen is well equipped. It has some unpleasant surprises, though. It requires the guests to clean the dishes used in the kitchen upon check out, else there will be a penalty charge. Yet, it does not provide any kitchen cleaning supply. These supply costs €6 to purchase from the front desk. It also requires the guests to dump the trash and recyclable items upon check out, else there will be a charge. The bin to throw away the glasses are 5 minutes walking distance away, but no clear instruction, such as a map, is given. In the Expedia description, it is stated there is luggage service provided. However, the front desk is closed between 12 noon to 3 pm. Guest can't retrieve any luggage during that time. If the hotel management can improve upon these areas, it will be a much more desirable hotel. Right now, I give it a 3.5 stars on the strength of its great location.

The room was clean but the layout was unusual. The little kitchenette and 2 piece toilet were on the lower floor, the bedroom and shower and sink were up a very steep set of stairs.. We wre retired and the bathroom was too far down those stairs in the night.

Le studio à besoin de rénovation, peinture murs traces de salissures, plinthes à repeindre. Canapé plus que usé carrelage encrassé. le personnel à l' écoute et très agréable rien à redire établissement idéalement placé pour rejoindre le centre ville à pied.

We chose this apartment hotel for its proximity to the Nice-Ville train station and points of interest in Nice within walking distance. We were met at the front desk by Akhmed, our multilingual, hospitable host. The other two men who managed and supervised the hotel were clearly active in fixing problems and meeting the needs of the guests. There is an elevator. Our unit was a one-bedroom on an upper floor with a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony. There is a laundromat across the square and a drying rack on our balcony. Breakfast was very good.

A mon arrivée, on m’a annoncé que la clim dans mon logement était en panne. Au vu de la chaleur à l’intérieur (29°), la personne à l’accueil m’a attribué temporairement un autre logement, qui lui aussi avait la Clim en panne…vraiment pas de chance ! Même si le personnel, charmant au demeurant, n’y était pour rien, le fait est que j’ai payé pour une prestation que je n’ai pas eue la chance d’avoir comme les autres clients, le ventilateur mis à disposition ne m’ayant pas permis de dormir au frais ! Et impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte à cause du bruit de la rue (rue très passante). J’aurais aimé qu’on me propose un dédommagement financier (puisqu’il n’y avait pas d’autres logements libres pendant mon séjour), car mon choix s’était porté sur cet établissement car il avait la Clim. A priori la panne a concerné tout le bâtiment pendant 2 jours mais celle ci fonctionnait par intermittence dans l’hôtel, sauf dans mon logement ! Sinon le studio était bien équipé au niveau de la kitchenette et était propre, le seul reproche que je peux faire c’est que le sol n’avait oas dû être lavé avant mon arrivée (poisseux et avec des saletés). Si je reviens à Nice, je ne pense pas réserver de nouveau ici…

Réservation faite en février 2025 pour une chambre avec lits jumeaux. A l'arrivée, le 04 mai, la demande n'est pas respectée. La réception m'indique que cette demande est selon disponibilité. D'accord sur le principe, mais en 2 mois de laps de temps , j'aurai pu être informé par mail, et ne pas être mis devant le fait accompli. Je pouvais réagir, et éventuellement changer ma réservation. Je ne pense pas que Odalys gère ses réservations au jour le jour. En plus de 40 années de séjours divers à travers le monde, c'est en France, à Nice que j'ai du accepter cette situation. Cela s'appelle un manque de communication, voire de la désinvolture de la part de cet établissement . Dommage, je viens régulièrement à Nice. Pour moi, je ne pense pas que je reviendrai chez Odalys Nice Le Rossini.

Do not book here. I was arriving after reception hours and was told i’d receive check in instructions in my email, which i did not. I called 4 times the day i was arriving to let them know that they didn’t send me what i needed. But No answer. i arrived at 1am, couldnt get in and was on the street with my luggage. Do not book here. I was arriving after reception hours and was told i’d receive check in instructions in my email, which i did not. I called 4 times the day i was arriving to let them know that they didn’t send me what i needed. But No answer. i arrived at 1am, couldnt get in and was on the street with my luggage. The hotel building is old but functional. Its location is wonderful, easy walk to the beach, pastry shop and supermarket. It's spacious, more than 300 sq feet. Kitchen is well equipped. It has some unpleasant surprises, though. It requires the guests to clean the dishes used in the kitchen upon check out, else there will be a penalty charge. Yet, it does not provide any kitchen cleaning supply. These supply costs €6 to purchase from the front desk. It also requires the guests to dump the trash and recyclable items upon check out, else there will be a charge. I'd forgotten what I'd booked and was pleasantly surprised to find it was relatively large. For the same money I could have had a tiny room in old town. Older style converted building. We had 5 windows on 2 sides of the building, usable balcony, slightly too small twin room and small but practical kitchen/dining room. Kitchen had everything needed. On a main road, but no problems with traffic noise. Aircon virtually silent, although in late May, I only tried it once and wondered why I was cold! 3 minute walk to the main underground tramline that runs between the airport and the marina in old town. 10min walk to the main railway station to catch trains to Cannes and Monaco. Easy walking distance to town. Lidl nearby, plus other super markets. Even one 2 doors away, with 95% of everything we needed. Plenty of restaurants nearby, Italian, French and majority of Asian. Reasonable check in times and good Comms to confirm eta. Good check out time of 12 noon. I think we were meant to empty our bins at the end of our stay, which I did, but thought was a bit much. Location is everything and I'd happily stay at this hotel again or in this area. The cheap efficient tram means it's worth looking beyond old town and what more you get for the price. ps if you want a sandy beach, Nice has pebble beaches, so isn't for you. Try a short train ride to Cannes for the day. Don't bother with Monaco, it's souless.

We loved our stay at the Odalys in Nice. It was so nice to have a well equipped kitchen and dining area. The location is a little distant for Old Nice and the promenade but we loved walking through the streets, finding different routes to get to where we wanted to be. The hotel is excellently located for bus, rail and tram connections, and we took advantage of all of these to get off the beaten track. My only slight negative is that the street outside is noisy. The amenity workers do a fantastic job but they do it early in the morning. That said, the apartments have excellent windows and A/C. We liked to sleep with our windows open and actually enjoyed listening to Nice waking up each day.

The pictures of this hotel are misleading. We do not recommend this place due to general uncleanliness and poor communication and unwillingness to help from the staff. Upon arrival at 1 pm the front office was randomly closed. We tried calling and the numbers didn’t work. Eventually someone from the apartment who was staying there gave us the code to get in. While parts of the room were cleaned such as dishes and the fridge, the rest of the apartment was overall dirty. Examples: there was blood on the wall by the stairs and the entryway, the pull out bed had brown and yellow stains on it. We had asked for a baby crib which was absolutely disgusting, brown stains all over it. We tried to communicate about the crib but they said they had none available that night and they could deliver one the next day. At that point we told them to forget it and we ended up renting our own from a local baby store. Despite this, they entered our apartment the next day without notice and put in a new crib. Lastly, the unit we were in had stairs (we have a baby so this would have been nice to know). The upstairs had no air conditioning which is where we slept. But the downstairs did. It was 85 degrees at night. Overall the facility smelled. Would not recommend to anyone who has any concerns with cleanliness.

Great location, walking distance of the train station, restaurants, cafés, pastry shops and beach. The kitchenette was a nice bonus for keeping drinks cold and having breakfast on site. Few coffee pods and tea bags would have been appreciated. Good windows, curtains and blinds also help keep the heat out during the day. However, there are a few things to know, especially in summer. The bedroom is upstairs in the attic, with only roof windows (skylights). To get fresh air, you need to open the windows, but then the room fills with daylight very early. If you close the blinds to sleep, the room becomes too warm. There is an AC unit, but it was not working during our stay. Reception pointed out that AC was not listed as an amenity and offered a fan instead. While technically true, the presence of an AC unit suggests it is needed in summer and unfortunately it had not been repaired. As an attic room, headroom is limited and we bumped our heads several times. The “double bed” is actually two twin beds pushed together, each with its own mattress, sheets and duvet. The bathroom is also somewhat inconvenient: the shower is in a bathtub, the shower head is not mounted and must be held by hand, and there is no shower curtain. The toilet is downstairs, so nighttime trips involve navigating low ceilings in the dark, steep and creaky stairs with no handrail. Overall, still a good rental in an excellent location, but guests should know what to expect, particularly during warmer weather.
