The staff was friendly & helpful. The gym had clean and a variety of options. The bed was clean & comfortable. In 6 days of highway travel, this was by far the best accommodation in which I've stayed and it was affordable. As a matter of fact, heading east chose another La Quinta in Alabam

The room was not cleaned well at all. Worst part first, I had to kill a roach in the bathroom. The coffee maker and ice holder had dust all over them. There were stains on the couch. Stains on the shower curtain. There was a sock still on the floor that definitely did not belong to us. We even found two other left behind items from guests (baseball cards and some type of dentistry kit) that looked like it’d been there forever. They are clearly not cleaning these rooms thoroughly. It was very uncomfortable being there after seeing these things. Side note, we asked for an extra comforter, but they said they didn’t have any.. this makes me question how they are turning over the rooms if they don’t have extras to swap them out. Just a dirty vibe overall.

The Hotel appeared to be clean upon arrival to the lobby, however upon entering room we found hair that was left behind in shower drain and stains on the shower curtain which appeared to be blood or feces. I didn't want to get near them to see exactly what it was. The hallways were clean as well as the breakfast area. Staff was friendly but the cleanliness was subpar.

Never will I stsy there again the room had roaches, we were compensated the room but that did not take care of the concern staying ina room with roaches. The kitchen was dirty behind the coffee pot. Stay away!

Very clean and quiet. My interaction with the staff was very pleasant. Parking was secure and well lit. Breakfast was the typical continental type food. I was well pleased with my stay here, Definitely recommend .

Dog friendly. The king suite was spacious however the fridge didnt work and the TV needed a new HDMI cable because it ep freezing up until you messed with the cord. They were willing to swap out the fridge or switch rooms afyer we got settled, but I needed it right when I checked in because I had food from my cooler from traveling. They wanted to make it right but I needed it that evening to work when I checked in because that is what I paid for. We were tired and just wanted to settle and go to bed. Nice place, but it would have been nice if someone made sure everything worked before booking the room.

Water pressure in the shower was horrible, barely even coming out of the faucet and there were several cigarette burns on the bedspread. Was highly disappointed and won’t be going back.

In general it’s a new building with new everything. All in all it was really nice, my only complaint/concern was I was on the 4th floor and the water pressure in the shower was horrible. I could use different references as to how weak it was but let’s just say it barely dribbles out of the shower head

This particular La Quinta hotel in Channel view was NEW and very pretty. Our deluxe king suite was great and the bed was super comfortable! Amazing with two TV'S. Very pleased with our stay. Complimentary breakfast was ok (didn't have any muffins/pastries, no bacon and not sure about the "eggs" - powdered?).

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Biggest issue was when we arrived at property past midnight entrance was locked and no one was at the front desk. We rang and called the property for 10 minutes without an answer. Finally an Expedia rep was able to reach them.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! This hotel will LIE ON YOU AND CHARGE YOU FOR “A SPOT ON A TOWEL”! I was accused of leaving a spot on a pillowcase however because of allergies I always take my own pillowcases so this is not true. Additionally, I bring my own washcloths and only used the towel floor mat and hand towels to pat myself dry because I don’t like to use hotel towels. When I returned home I looked at my credit card statement, they charged $43 to my account. I called back and they told me I left a pink spot on a large towel and spot on the pillowcase. What pink item I don’t have hair dye or hair gel or body wash that’s pink and I only drank a Pepsi so if I spilled something, it would not be pink! What I did see was trash in front of the room across the hall for over 12 hours that had a towel and garbage. I tried to contact the Hotel directly to come to an amicable resolution however I was given a email address that didn’t work. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Arrived a little after 2pm to check in. Most hotels will allow guests to check in before your time (in this case 3pm). When I walked in I noticed 2-3 kids running around the lobby. They seemed comfortable there so I assumed they were for the lady with long lashes behind the front desk. I walked up asked to check-in. Well, she made me feel like I was bothering her (when her kids were running around the main lobby area). She was rude and said there would be an additional charge for early check-in for 45 minutes early. turned around and left. She made me regret booking the room.

LOVED our stay. Indoor pool, nice gym that we used, even had a bar that was open Thanksgiving evening (though we didn’t go). 10/10. Close to Houston. Only took 15-20 mins to get to the actual heart of Houston. Our housekeeping lady was so nice. I wish I remembered everyone’s names. Definitely staying here again.

This property is a step up from the LaQuintas of my childhood. Very clean. Modern decor. I especially liked the text interface for checking in and out. This location is right off the highway. They offer breakfast and a place for an evening meal but if you want to eat somewhere else, you will have to drive. We would stay here again.

Such a clean and gorgeously decorated hotel. It’s new. Would definitely stay here again! Loved the amenities of the pool, outdoor grill and awesome gym. Even the gated parking was a plus. Only downside was the breakfast. It was awful. And I’m not a picky eater. But the hot food was cold and just lacked flavor. On the last day, we still ate it and both ended up with stomach aches for the rest of the morning. Outside of the breakfast, this place was clean and beautiful and we loved our stay! Definitely check this place out but plan to eat breakfast elsewhere.
