Check-in was quick. Our room already had our crib. Spacious with full equipped kitchen. Gym and pool are great, located by elevators and on same floor. Indoor parking which is amazing especially for the harsh winter. Even has a self carwash. Breakfast buffet was ok. Could have more fruits available and lactose free milk. Also adding body cream to the washroom amenities would be a great add on. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for a family.

A few minor hiccups with me being stuck in the elevator on a Sunday for an hour. However, fire department came to the rescue. Attending manager also went all out to provide additional comfort by providing complimentary stay to assuage the negative experience. This together with the top shelf facilities ensured another satisfied customer :-)

Very clean and modern hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always with a warm, inviting smile. Plenty of free indoor or outdoor parking...your choice. Free breakfast was very good and there was plenty of options to choose from, except no bacon :(. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We had a suite with all the amenities of home. Fitness room and large pool on ground level. Lots of pamphlets and other sources of information for tourists on hand. Stayed for 2 nights and didn't want to leave. However, there is no close dining options or stores nearby. But nonetheless I still liked the area as it was safe and quiet, although close to a main road. Easy to get in and out just the same.

I have stayed here a couple of times before but I noticed the living areas a little run down. I wasn't to happy with linen on the beds they did not smell clean at all. My wife and I stayed in a standard studio with Queen Size Bed. - the room was extremely noisy- especially from the traffic which seemed never to abate even during the early morning. When they offer a noisy noise cancelling speaker in your room, you realize just how bad it is. It was simply way too much noise. In addition, the refrigerator made loud noises when on. - the breakfast was nothing to write home about. The eggs were stoned cold, and the overall breakfast selection was poor. - The bed sheets and comforter always kept sliding off the bed overnight, something we have never experienced in any other hotel. Also the pillows were not supportive and way too soft.

Have to be honest, we were looking forward to our stay here having stayed in some Marriott equivalents on our holiday but definitely wouldn't stay here again. The room itself was a good size and nice and clean. There were some useful amenities, including an induction hob, but you had to ask reception for pots and pans if you actually wanted to cook anything which i found weird. Upon arriving in the room we spotted complimentary ear plugs by the bed, which should have indicated what was to come. Firstly, whenever any other door was closed along the corridor, it reverberated in to the room, which was fun at 2am. But the worst thing about the room was the road noise. There was zero soundproofing, in fact it was as if we the window open. This meant the 24/7 road noise just flooded in to the room which made it difficult to sleep. The bed was ok but the sheets were useless, the duvet style sheet didn't fully cover the bed which made it awkward for 2 people trying to stay warm and the thick top sheet just kept sliding off the bed. Cant speak for the included breakfast as we didn't sleep well enough through the night to be up and have the energy to go for it. Definitely overpaid for this accommodation

Very utilitarian they got a fridge, tv, stove , microwave, dishwasher, multiple drawers, extra tables, convertible sofa bed, counter space, ironing board, dry cleaning service, hangers for clothes, privacy blinds. Great if you plan to go with family and save up to warm your own food. They also have connected rooms you got to ask for. Swimming pool and gym area are awesome too.

We’ve been traveling to Montreal 3 or 4 times a year to visit family and work, and have stayed in many hotels, but this was the first time we’ve ever felt so unwelcome. While the hotel itself is generally good, our experience with Laura at the front desk completely ruined our stay. Laura treated us unfairly just because we are not from Quebec. She spoke to us in a very rude and disrespectful manner, asking us to remove our food from the barbecue to make space for another family from Quebec. The way she approached us was not only unprofessional but felt clearly discriminatory.

The staff was really nice and the place was very clean. If you are coming to Montreal as a tourist without a car or rental be warned, the ubers to get to the main part of Montreal was almost $40 each way but otherwise our stay was great!

Great room, nice staff, good amenities, but no real options for people with dietary restrictions. If you're vegan, for example, make sure to bring your own food. The kitchen in your room will be your friend. There are no vegan options in the hotel, unless you think an apple is a meal. So the words "breakfast included" do not apply to you. You will need to fend for yourself. The nice lady at the front desk didn't know what the word "vegan" meant, so it's clearly not in the hotel's culture, nor is it apparently a question that comes up often. If you like go-karting, then there is a nice place next door. I wish I'd known ahead of time, so I hope this helps someone.
