Waited 2 hours at Orlando Airport for hotel shuttle bus to arrive. It never turned up. Set up US roaming as a UK resident ( which wasn’t easy) and phoned hotel to order shuttle bus, BUT they never answered!!!! In the end had to pay for an uber- DON’T RECOMMEND HOTEL. Who wants that nightmare?

Overall it was okay. Not as nice as the photos implied. Towels were scratchy. An elevator was broken. USB power by the lamps did not work. The sparkling water dispenser only put out still water. And none of these has notes to tell people.

The hotel advertise shuttle to and from airport. Arriving into Orlando, a shuttle was provided from airport to hotel. The next day when heading back to airport, the driver at that time did not want to drive us to the terminal that we departure from. He wanted to drop us to another terminal and insisted that we walk and take the airport tran... I had two small children with me. Also house keeping is at a specific time. After checking in, one of the beds there was a stain on the bedding. I went downstairs requesting house keeping. The front desk said there is none, provided me new bedding and stated I'd have to change my own sheets.

Hotel was very clean, nice rooms, very comfortable beds. The only issue we had was parking, we did eventually find a spot at the hotel right next door, but that was inconvenient. We were only there for one night, but I would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel due to the good reviews. Whereas we did not get a chance to have breakfast or were able to use the shuttle service, we did observe the shuttle running very frequently. Even though they did not have a pool, the hotel was very clean and new. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were comfortable as well. It was only a few minutes to the airport. Will definitely stay again when in the Orlando area

Shuttle was slow to arrive at airport after we called. On a return to airport next day, different driver drove like a maniac, tailgating within 3 ft of car ahead and cutting in and out of traffic.

There no AC in the gym which was bad. It’s super hot! We asked them to turn it on. The staff’s response was they had to call someone in charge to come. No one came that day. We left next day. So not sure if that problem resolved then!!

Pros: close to the airport, modern, comfortable pillows (soft and firm), dove products in the bathroom, free breakfast and parking, offers airport shuttle, free wifi, we were able to check in quite early because there was a room available, small fridge, great value for price Cons: not the cleanest hotel. For example, there were little hairs on the bed, in the shower and corners of the bathroom. When I wiped the TV remote with a sanitizing wipe, there were brown streaks.

I liked that the room looked tidy and smelled clean. However, there was hair on the towel rack and a huge cockroach in the room. I was switched from a regular room to an accessible room. That room also had someone else's hair strands hanging from the coat hook, baby spiders crawling in the bathroom, and the A/C unit wasn't working properly. I really wanted to like this property, especially because they have dove soaps & lotions as standard in all rooms. They just have to do better with proper maintenance and extermination of the rooms.

The room to me felt very dirty. Dust everywhere on the headboards, lamps, spots that look like old bed bug poop. I wanted to throw up after I saw that. It was a staple in the wallpaper in the bathroom to hold the seam together. Toilet paper from the last person was left on the roll when you take a shower the Toilet paper was wrinkled thats how i knew it was from the last person.

Very convenient because it is so close to the airport. Rooms had vinyl floors and it was not very clean. It was sticky to walk on. Rooms overall was very clean. The hotel is an upper class motel 6. For few dollars more, better to stay at a holiday inn express or later quint

This hotel was lovely and suited our needs. The only downside was the size of our room, we booked a room with 2 queen beds so able to accomodate upto 4 people, but there wasn't much room for bags/luggage etc and we were tripping over things.

This was a great property for my purpose. I just needed a bed to sleep in to catch a plane in the morning. They provided a quick breakfast and then a shuttle to the airport which was great. I stayed in a 2 queen bed room but noticed they didn’t have a closet just a few hooks around the room and some cubbies to put clothes in. That was not an issue for me but maybe if someone was staying longer it might be. Overall I found it to be very clean and suited my purpose.

The morning staff (Alex) and Jose were awesome. So professional and great personality, as well. Nevertheless, the night staff attendant (lady) was not personable at all. No smile, no extra mile for customer, etc. Other customers were complaining about her as well. She was constantly on her phone and not paying attention to her surroundings or customers needing assistance.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was prompt, breakfast (eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, muffins) was good, and Alex at the front desk was an absolute gem. The room was spotless and the bed comfy. Will stay here again when we fly into and out of Orlando.

The lady at the front desk had her earbud in and when I would ask her a question she would answer me something different. She was too busy selecting music from her phone to listen to my question. Honestly, earbuds shouldn’t be allowed when you are providing customer service. It’s very unprofessional and rude.

Girl at check in on her phone. Never said a word for a good minute. Room smelled. 4 people, 3 towels. I am severely upset that check out isn’t until 11am and we are sitting in our room and an employee just walks in. No knock. NOTHING!! Didn’t say a word. What kind of hotel is this!!!

This hotel had horrible desk staff. There was no one around when I entered and no one appeared for more than 5 minutes. I received no apology and the staff person who checked me in treated me as if I was troubling her for doing her job. I did not make any requests yet she seemed put out. I will not be returning.

The properly was clean and quiet. Beds were soft. We only stayed one night. They also served free breakfast in the morning. It consisted of eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast. Bagels with cream cheese, coffee, tea and juices. I can’t remember if there was any hot cereal, but there was cold cereal as well.They provide free shuttle to and from the airport. Go Port Shuttle was there to provide transportation to the cruise port. Make sure if you need shuttle transportation to sign your name on the book at the check in desk. I didn’t see any restaurants within walking distance. Therefore, we called a Uber to take us to the main strip with restaurants which was no more than a mile or two away.

Morning server at breakfast was rude and did not monitor the food stations nor the tables which resulted in the patrons cleaning the tables so they'd have somewhere to sit and eat. Pancakes or french toast might be a good addition and giving strips of bacon instead of crumbled bacon, or maybe even sausage patties or links. Juice dispensers never had juices either

The airport shuttle was convenient! Just a phone call away. Check-in time was flexible, thankfully, since my plane got delayed. Overall, it was a very comfy place to stay with everything I needed for one night and a day. The chopped bacon they serve for breakfast is so cute.

I did not like the fact that hot breakfast foods ran out by 9am when it was scheduled to end at 9:30am. Being a diabetic, meals are very important for me! I only had high Carb foods to select. Hope it does not affect me.

- the coffee thats made automatically buy a machine was extremely watered down - Gym equipment wasnt really clean looking - lot of the usb charge ports dont work they look like they are dirty - juice machine for breakfast worked maybe 3 days out of the week i was there. -he tv remote was sticky on arrival and the buttons didnt really work - only one staff member looked glad to be there - fruit was fresh for breakfast - convenient location
