Stayed for 8 days with my 2 boys during a remodel because we have a dog and my landlord is economical and still paid over $200 a night. Cigarette butts and dog feces everywhere outside. Bags of garbage on the ground near the bins. Half the property is being lived in by low income tenants and filled bags of personal items and mops were leaning outside the rooms. The unpermitted pool is locked yet I noticed a man and boy in it. Housekeeping is non-existant. The TV didn't work for two days. Wiped a towel on the floor when we first arrived to remove spilt water and the towel turned black from the dirt. The air conditioner did not keep the room from being hot and the windows did not open. I felt like I was living in a ghetto. Attaching photos

Both ice machines were out of order, the phone didn't work, had to call the front desk on my cell phn, the TV remote went to a different TV. I took no photos, already wasted a $100 wasn't gonna waste my time aswell

One of the worst motel 6s I have ever stayed in but they do have a large parking lot wich is needed when you have a huge truck and trailer but other than that I felt like I had to sleep with one eye open beds where not that good and there wasn’t even a light in the ceiling when we walked in so we had to make are way to the bathroom or the lights over the bed to see

The check in was nice. However, they did not tell us that the 2 ice machines were broken. We didn't find that out until we went to get ice. There was plenty of parking and the room was clean. The bed however was hard and one of the pillows had a flat end and a lumpy end. To be honest, I have never seen one like it. This is a no-frills motel. There was no coffee maker or coffee in the room and also no hairdryer. I don't think that I would come back. I was expecting something better for $195 a night.

Wanted a budget motel for a quick stopover on a roadtrip, and ended up being impressed by the overall cleanliness and spaciousness of our room. I should have upgraded to a room with a microwave and fridge for a couple of bucks, but other than that, bed was comfortable, sheets were crisp and clean, we were able to take a bath, and there was a little seating area we were able to eat a quick meal at. The only downside was that the walls were fairly thin, so depending on others you may be in for a loud night. Luckily our neighbors were only loud in the evening and morning and we were able to have a quiet, restful night. Check in/out process was quick and easy.

The staff member working the night shift was awesome. The room was dirty and there looked to be blood on some spots of the walls. Whoever was in the room above was walking around literally all night. I know that isn’t the property or staffs fault, but that sucked. Didn’t get much sleep.

I had an awful experience at this Motel 6. I was booked for a 3-night stay but could only tolerate one night due to bed bugs. I couldn’t sleep at all — I kept getting bitten and even took pictures as proof. The next morning, I went to the front desk and showed them the photos. Instead of addressing the issue, they told me to contact Expedia. I’ve been trying to get a refund ever since and still haven’t received it. This was a completely unacceptable experience. Between the bed bugs, lack of sleep, and zero accountability from the staff, I would never stay here again. I hope management takes these concerns seriously — no guest should have to go through this.

We were there for three nights at a cost of nearly $700 and (1) the AC did not work and (2) they never cleaned the room!!!!! We asked but every day we came back beds were unmade, no new towels, garbage not removed, etc.

Staff was amazing. My room was simple and clean. My only problem was there wasn’t any hot water for the shower- only tepid water. The TV didn’t work well. Lots of static. The noise level was pretty high outside until late but that isn’t unexpected in less expensive lodging.

First of all I will begin with the Check-in. I had booked a two night stay and the desk person only put me down for a one night stay.I let her know it was two night. I only recieved one room key. On the second night at 2:00 am. We were awakened by someone opening our door with a room key.Thank God for the extra door lock. They had told me that the desk person had given them the key. In the morning I let the front desk person about the incident, and thier response we are sorry, and next time let us know right away. My response was at 2:00 am! I wasn't offered any compensation. In addition the room was a little dirty.

They charge a $150 deposit at check in (on top of the 130 dollar fee for the room) that is not stated online when reserving the room, or in the confirmation emails. Thankfully i had the money, but we were completely blindsided.

The facility was outstanding. I had one complaint about the room and they were able to fix the problem in less than 2 minutes. Staff was amazing.

The front desk agent was really helpful, kind and tried her best to help me. The problem was that my reservation could not be found on their system. The agent attempted to call expedia for support multiple times and did not receive the support she needed. I waited approximately 45 min to receive my room. Not sure why my reservation was not in your system but this made the experience in enjoyable. Again the front desk agent was great and helpful.

Safe enough and quiet area for a two nights stay. Definitely rough around the edges and a little grungy, but I did feel like the room was properly cleaned and sanitized for our stay. Receptionist was kind and seemed like she was doing her best despite challenging facilities. There’s an Applebees and movie theatre right next door. Wouldn’t stay here again if I had a choice but the price was reasonable.

The walls in the restroom need a deep cleaning, especially the narrow wall facing inward. The light over the sink was not working. The gracious clerk immediately changed our room. The walls are very thin could hear people using stairs and all car alarms. Only a small bar of soap and towels available, no frills, morning coffee in the office. The Watsonville location is near many restaurants and Highway #1.

It was out of the way of the main downtown areas (squarely in between Monterey and Santa Cruz), but still close enough to drive to either in 20 or so minutes. Perfect if you want to experience the bustling cities without all the clutter. There was even a cinema next door if you just wanted to catch a movie to decompress. The rooms were clean and the staff very kind.

Gave it two stars due to the fact facility was clean and the rooms were clean with the great view it was on the second floor by the pool and could see the water if it wasn't for that I would have gave it minus Stars. There were large amounts of people hanging out in the parking lot all over, part of the hotel I think was turned into a boarding for illegal immigrants / farm workers not sure as I seen sets of bunk beds set up in all the rooms. There were people in cars for long periods of time throughout my stay, police raided a room about 6:30 in the morning kicking the door and pounding on it bringing individuals out into cuffs just wasn't an overall good stay whenever stay again would not recommend it unless you have no other options once again I mean the facility was clean and had a great view but other than that really wasn't place to be wish I could read it better but I just can't

So of all the hotels that I have stayed the night in I'm from Utah watsonville is my childhood City I grew up there till I was 9:00 moved to Utah then I moved back to Vacaville when I was 11 or 12 and then I left at Vacaville when I was 16 years old and came back to Utah. The hotel had weird ways of doing things it wasn't full service we had to bring a dirty towels down to the desk so they could go across the hallway to give us new towels there wasn't enough trash cans in the room and they only clean the room out every 3 Days by request from the guests that are staying in the room I had no idea this until I got to the hotel we had to understand how things worked the vending machinemachine took all of her money. And I said there's nothing we can do. I thought there's a couple of breakfast that did not exist there. And we often went to the beach and had to walk on a Sandy floor so it got cleaned out once in 4 days and then we left and couldn't wait to leave the heck out of there cuz we had to bring down our towels every time they were dirty to get some fresh ones.

The check in was nice. However, they did not tell us that the 2 ice machines were broken. We didn't find that out until we went to get ice. There was plenty of parking and the room was clean. The bed however was hard and one of the pillows had a flat end and a lumpy end. To be honest, I have never seen one like it. This is a no-frills motel. There was no coffee maker or coffee in the room and also no hairdryer. I don't think that I would come back. I was expecting something better for $195 a night.

This was the dirtiest nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in my life, understandable that it a Motel 6 under a new brand but I didn't expect the roaches and rooms to be so unexpectedly disgusting 😑 I have videos to prove it. My wife and 3 young children had to sleep in our car, the staff gave us another room which was just as bad. Bed bugs roaches trash in the room.
