For a Hilton I expected way more than what I received. I had stayed in a best western and the kind room was 3 times bigger. You had to pay for breakfast. You get locked outside and have to walk around because the door doesn't work with the key cards. This Hilton is ghetto compared to others I've stayed in. The pool was super small and had way to much chlorine in it. Some staff were nice but some of them were rude not my first pick for a hotel

Our stay for one evening was uneventful. The room refrigerator wasn't cooling as wellas I would have liked it but overall very clean room with comfortable beds. The onsite restaurant was also good. The event Manager, Marlin, made chicken wings and they were served very hot and very tasty. Thank you

The hotel was very comfortable with good beds and soft sheets. There was safe and ample parking with tons of great food options and some interesting clothing stores. The only con was the water pressure. It was a trickle. Otherwise a great place to stop.

The entire staff is amazing. Had made several phone calls about our reservations and each time they were very helpful. At check in Justin was wonderful. Room was comfortable, breakfast was more tgan above average. Only complaint I have is no hot tub and the pool is very small. Plan on staying here again

Property was quiet even though there was a lot going on around the area. Staff was friendly. You can tell they are a bit understaffed as pieces of liter were on the floor my entire stay. Would have been nice to have the hallways vacuumed on a daily basis to keep the property looking as nice as it can. It's a nice new hotel, and would like to see it stay that way.

First of all we asked for a quiet room and they put above a banquet hall that had loud music playing until after 11:30 at night. We had to call 2x to get the them to ask the party to turn down the music. They said they had a policy of no loud music after 10pm but did not enforce it! We asked to move our room but they said they were full and had no cleaning staff to put us in an available room. We asked in the morning again to be moved but they said they were sold out and that there would be no more evening parties. When we came back to hotel that evening there was another party going on and the desk clerk said there was no problem getting another room! Also they said that there was a note for the manager to call us. Well we stayed 2 more nights in the new room and the manger never called even after we asked again and they told us the manager call us that morning. Also the original room floor had a stain and wet carpet and a fake finger nail left on the floor. Bad experience overall!!!

Very nice clean and quiet hotel. There were youth hockey players throughout the hotel but you didn't know it till the next morning when they were heading out. Nice to have dining and outdoor rec options nearby.

This was a very good option for our 1-night stay as part of a longer road trip. The location was good - near the Interstate but not too close, in a business and retail complex. The food was very good- I had a delicious burger. Staff were helpful & friendly. The room & bathroom were clean & quiet.

We went as a family of 4 for the weekend to visit the zoo. The room was clean and the location was good. The first night our room was quiet. The second night there was a very loud party happening in the ballroom. Because we were there two nights, there was no reason we needed to be placed in that room (guests of the party could have been in our area). It was very loud. We called the desk and they said it would be quiet at 10. At ten they turned it down a bit but we could still hear it loudly. Some point around this time someone from the party pulled the fire alarm. We called the desk again to make sure it was not a real fire. Our kids were woken up and startled. The combination of all that noise led us to not falling asleep until after midnight. The next day the hotel called me and said due to the noise they'd put points into our Hilton Honors account for our trouble. It's been two weeks and I've not received points. I emailed the hotel manager for an update and didn't hear back. This is a big disappointment for us as we have trusted Hiltons in the past.

From the front desk to the cleaning ladies we met in the hallways. Everyone friendly and cordial. Always our favorite place to stay in the Askarben Village area. Such great area to wander around, free outdoor concerts and the farmers market is the best in the City on Sunday.

I booked this stay weeks ago. When I arrived, I was told they were oversold and I had no room. They blamed me because I used Expedia. No one from the hotel or Expedia let me know beforehand. I don’t like how the Hilton manager handled the situation; he was very unsympathetic and dismissive. I had a negative impression of Hilton Garden’s approach to customer service and I have second thoughts about using Expedia as well.

I asked for an iron and towels and was advised they would be dropped off. They never were. I picked up the towels from the front desk. The iron in my room had black stuff all over it. Had I not been paying attention I would have ruined my clothes. I made it work the first day. The next day I was delayed since the new iron never came. Housekeeping eventually replaced the iron because I left a note asking them to. Manager couldn’t adj my hotel rate since it was 3rd party. He did provide breakfast for my last day. I will need to stay in this hotel again and I hope the stay goes better next time.

Check in was a breeze. At beginning, neighbors were noisy but things quieted down once quiet hours started. Staff is always friendly. Did not get a chance to visit the bar or breakfast area so cannot give feedback on these but will give it a try with the next visit because we will surely be back!

Staff is professional and courteous. Best breakfast ever. Only a few miles from the Astro live music venue of which I attended the Brian Setzer Rockabilly Riot Performance. Everything was as expected. Good value for the cost. Got a room here for a concert at Baxter Arena and the room was exactly as shown online. Doesn't happen that often. We will book again I'm sure.

The hotel and staff were very nice. It was easy access to the reason we came to Omaha. My only issue I had was with the breakfasts. My grandson was served terribly spoiled and sour milk the first morning. The second morning we were told they were completely out of milk at breakfast. My grandson ordered the same meal choice both days and the second day he didn't get all the food and was told that it didn't come with it......but the day before it had????????
