Wunderschönes und beeindruckendes Hotel voller Marvel Gadgets. Ein Muss für jeden Marvel-Fan. Die Zimmer sind hell und groß, das Personal super freundlich. Zwei gute (aber auch teure) Restaurants (Manhattan und Downtown) befinden sich direkt im Hotel, die Skyline Bar ist ein weiteres Highlight, in der den Tag mit einem leckeren Cocktail ausklingen lassen kann. Beide Disneyparks sind 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gleiches gilt für den Bahnhof. Gesamtresümee: Top!

We have stayed at Marvel New York twice now but this was the first time in the Empire State Club. Paying extra to do this is well worthwhile for the valet parking and luggage service alone. It means you can drop your car and luggage, go straight to the park and your luggage will be in your room when your room is ready. Likewise, when you check out, you just leave your bags in the room and they take them for you, meaning you can maximise your time in the park on your last day. Breakfast is also less hectic in a private room for Empire State members. The best thing is the complimentary afternoon tea for Empire State members. We didn’t need to purchase lunch as breakfast and afternoon tea were enough to get you through to dinner. Staff were amazing as always. Thank you!

Very busyin the main lobby as would be expected, but very quiet in rooms, beautiful scenery and a two minutes walk to Disney village! The skyline bar has very delicious beverages. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Hotel Marvel. All staff interactions were pleasant and we made use of the pool, gym and restaurants. It was the closest accommodation to the park and the Magic hour made our day ! Lining up to pass security each time we left the hotel was a little tiresome but understandable.

Very convenient and perfect location for the park. We had a room with a terrace which I liked - would def try to book a terrace room so you can have some outdoor space and also a place to let your swimwear dry! Really enjoyed the pool and sauna facilities. Was a bit disappointed with breakfast - no omelet station or any fresh egg or waffle/crepe options. And super surprised there is NO free water refill in the lobby. Bar charger 5 euro per small water bottle - on top of such a nice hotel - not having access to free water (especially with hot days at the park) made it feel like they were trying too rip you off. Overall definitely worth it for the park but not a premium experience

The rooms were so clean and so fun with the marvel touches in there. The hotel was fillled with awesome marvel pictures and decor. Breakfast buffet was incredible. The location was so close to the park that we went back for a nap before going back to the parks for more rides and fireworks. Pool was also very spacious and fun. Wish it was a little warmer. We loved everything about it and was totally worth it.

It would be a five star but the jacuzzi is NOT really a jacuzzi because the temperature WASN’T hot at all. I was told they keep the temperature around 26-27 at all times. Very sad coz I was looking forward to soak after a long day of walking at the park.

All in all a solid hotel, but we honestly expected a little more quality for the price tag. Our showers weren’t working well, the room, although being freshly renivated 2 years ago already showed heavy wear and tear (wallpapers, bathroom, overall cleanliness) It was a great stay, but we will probably stay in another Disney Hotel next time woth a better price/quality ratio than this one. We can therefore not fully recommend to stay here unless you absolutely want to experience the Marvel decor, which after all makes the charme of this hotel.

Clean room but would have liked to have lotion in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Carpeting in the halls could use a refresh and a fair bit of banged up walls, scuffed paint. Front desk staff always very helpful. Great that it was a quick walk to the parks. Great breakfast buffet offering!

We got a HUGE room with 2 queen size beds! Everything was fine other than the service at the concierge where some of the staff was busy talking privately instead of taking notice of the guests. The room wasn't properly cleaned since there was a used bottle from the previous guests. You would expect a clean room and better service for that price.

This is the second time I’ve been in this hotel. The first time was around 10 years ago. At that time the hotel cleanliness and services were wonderful. I was shocked this time from the dramatic fall of this hotel. They don’t clean rooms on a daily basis unless you make so many requests and complaints and when they finally do, they do not provide the room with the daily supplies that all hotels usually do like water, tea/coffee bags, paper tissue boxes etc. you have to call the reception and complaint in order for them to provide anything. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who is taking her/his kids to Disney land. I will definitely use another hotel next time I visit Disney land

L’Hotel Disney Hôtel NY Marvel est très bien situé, il dispose de toutes les commodités, les chambres sont spacieuses et élégantes dans un style moderne/ardeco, tout comme l’hôtel qui tire son inspiration d’une galerie d’art autour du thème MARVEL. Bar, piscine et salle de sport viennent compléter ce tableau qui à mon sens fait de l’hôtel Disney Hôtel NY Marvel un choix qui s’impose pour les super héros, les rêveurs, les Tony Stark et Pepper Potts en amoureux ou en famille!

This is an incredible experience for any Marvel fan. However it is style over substance: hot stuffy rooms, due to government legislation temperatures don’t go below 19C! Small double beds… difficult to get a good nights sleep. The staff and food are exceptional - do their best where they can but the fundamentals, the basics - sleep and temperature seem to be out of their control!

Stayed in an Empire State Club room which was excellent with good views over the lake and Disneyland. Breakfast in the Club lounge was very good as was the included afternoon tea. Nice to come back from the parks and enjoy complementary hot or soft drinks in the lounge. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This was out first visit to Disneyland Paris and my expectations were high, especially for the latest updated hotel. Pros: -Loved the artwork that was everywhere -Skyline bar was very cool with a great hangout vibe -Loved being within walking distance of parks and restaurants/shopping -Cast members at concierge, room service, Manhatten, and Skyline Bar were great -Manhatten room was great from atmosphere, food, and service -Unique Marvel soundtrack Cons -Check-in was a disaster, there was an error with the booking and the cast member a "too bad for you, deal with it" attitude, not great for a 1k per night room. They also needed to charge us extra (only a few euros) and their machine was broken, instead of telling us that they made us think it was our card, then asked for cash, then gave us the wrong change that we caught ourselves. Just messy and not pleasant, and I expected more. -No one could tell us what we had for food packages or tickets. We had different setups for two guests and could only get it resolved by physically going to concierge. -Nothing stays open late in the hotel. At 10pm everyone is trying to get into the skyline bar because nothing else is available. -Room was not clean. The coffee maker was stuck to the counter with some sticky coffee mess, candy was on the floor, and things were not setup (i.e. phone). -Housekeeping were often in the hallways talking really loud and seem unbothered seeing any guests walking by Unfortunately, I woudn't stay again

Perfect place to stay a few minutes walk from Disney for 10 of us, 3 generations, 6 adults and 4 children aged 3-7. High staff ratio, never had to wait for anything in the hotel. Check in and check out were quick. When we arrived we left our luggage and headed straight to the parks. Our luggage was waiting for us in our 3 rooms on our return. Overall a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

We travel to Disney every year and decided to visit the marvel hotel before we transfered to Disney hotel. The stationary in the room was scribbled all over and the review cards were filled in already we had a 2 month old baby with us and there was noise on our floor we tried ringing reception and the phone didn't work when I went down to reception they said they would look into it but didn't feel it was dealt with and the noise continued reported it again to reception the next morning but no apologies or anything. Concierge staff were lovely with the kids and restaurant staff were lovely food was ok but for a 4 star hotel I definitely think the lesser star hotels offer more for the money and attentiveness

Needs more staff in reception, restaurants and bar/coffee shop. Overall service was helpful but slow. The Disney App is totally useless (e.g. checked-in via the app but still had to wait in line for reception on arrival). Needs a separate "Parks Info Desk" as the check-in staff are bogged down with endless questions about visiting the parks.

The hotel staff exemplified Disney service! From the bell hop to check-in, to the concierge and pool staff, everyone was wonderfully helpful. The concierge staff helped us get reservation to the Downtown Restaurant, which is a great buffet option (albeit a little pricy at €45/adult) for any picky eaters. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. My only regret is not splurging to get the Spider Man Suite or other theme room.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being empire club guests concierge went above and beyond and those working in the lounge were fantastic particularly with our two young children. Room was very clean and great to have a proper cot. We enjoyed relaxing in the lounge and we even got to meet Thor. Great location walking short distance to the park

Fantastisk oplevelse for børn og voksne. Min søn havde fødselsdag og hotellet gjorde alt for at han skulle have den bedste dag, og det fik han, tak vare all dejlig personale. Særlig tak til personalet ved morgenmad der kom med kage og lys og sang for ham. Og til den sødeste mand i receptionen, når vi tjekkede ind, som gav ham en gave fra spiderman. Tak til jer og jeres fantastisk dejlig personale!! Anbefaler til 100%.

Tolles Hotel, direkt am Disney Village und nur ca. 10min zu Fuß zum Eingang Disneyland. Das Hotel hat alles was das MARVEL-Herz begehrt. Sogar Dr. Strange hat am Abend die Besucher „verzaubert“. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber! Wir hatten 2 Queenbetten, die sehr gemütlich waren. Das Bad ist auch geräumig mit Badewanne/Dusche, großes Waschbecken und allen Kosmetika, die man so braucht. Man muss nix mitbringen! Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank ( für mitgebrachte Snacks ideal) und ein Safe ist auch vorhanden. Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Es lohnt sich auch ein Besuch im Manhatten-Restaurant, am Abend! Das Essen ist richtig gut 👍

Cher bien sûr mais l'hôtel est assez beau, les chambres avec une belle vue sur les arbres, de bonne taille, avec ses services de qualité et même quelques gadget amusants (tv dans le miroir ou clé sur l'application mobile). Le petit déjeuner est bon, assez varié et la salle était bien tenue malgré le nombre de clients. Le restaurant trop cher vu la qualité des plats. Le staff était particulièrement attentionné et patient avec les enfants.

Really nice hotel walking distance to disneyland, really nice breakfast the only thing is room service food is so terrible, i ordered lasagna probably the worst lasagna i ever tasted,end up having upset stomach the next day. we werent able to go out to eat since its 11am and my son needs to sleep so we decided to order the room service food. Otherwise everything is ok.

A brilliant hotel sure to enthrall any Marvel fan. The closest hotel to the parks, it’s filled with Marvel art of all kind. I found the bed extremely comfortable and was happy to chill out in the room when the rain hit. The breakfast was great, vegans are well catered for, though be warned, the vegan croissants that are available on request are HUGE!!! Definitely worth a drink or two in the Skyline bar with views over New York to see Spider-Man or Iron Man swing by every now and then.

Breakfast was not good, and in no way on par with a hotel room that costs what we spent. Food on the entire Disney park was terrible so maybe this is the norm, but still wasn’t impressed.

Overall a good stay. Great location. All public areas were very impressive but less so in the rooms. Could have done more with the theming rather than just a couple of Marvel pictures on the wall. Mattress ok but not great, tile gap in the bathroom and towel rail hanging off. Few paint chips. Had to request water every day as none put in the room. Shower gel ran out and not replenished. Nothing major and will certainly return, just not as sharp as I would expect (especially as this is not a cheap hotel). Breakfast was good. Ate in the Downtown restaurant twice. Food was impressive for a buffet but disappointed it was exactly the same both nights (and indeed when we had visited last year too). Get to book in to meet superhero (which you can only do as a guest) - nice touch. Staff very freindly. Definitely worth a stay but didn't quite make the mark for the money you pay
