Extremely dirty floors, did not trust the linen so we went to Walmart and bought sheets and 2 pillows and remade the bed. 3 pillows for a king bed? Most hotels have 4 and the 3rd pillow looked like it hadnt been cleaned. The light in the bathroom is shorted and flashes like a disco light. Theres no guide for the TV channels so we had to guess what channels were working. Theres no trash can. The refrigerator doesnt have a freezer portion to put our bag of ice in, because theres no buckets to put ice in. The pool is out of order! Came to this hotel because it had 4.4 rating. There is no way this is a 4 star rating hotel!

Kids running wild with shopping carts no supervision. I think they were owners kids. Pool not open. Flooring in unit moved as you walked in it. Bathroom door upo big would not close. Dirty tub.

This motel was dirty and falling apart. The pool was empty and the paint coming off of the whole place. The sanitation rating was 86 so I left even though they wouldn’t refund me.

Way beyond terrible! Rooms were dirty, full of dust, debris, nasty smell nasty bathrooms, there were roaches in the little fridge and tub, no remote control, the whole place was a mess. Do not stay at this location. Ice machine was broken, linens were dirty and stained! Nightstand were full of dust! Towels were way to small. In a few words do not stay here

Let's start in the bathroom: 1 The escutcheons (decorative plates that hide the hole in the wall around the shower and faucet) were hanging pretty far off the wall. 2 Dirty towel was left on the back of the bathroom door. No idea if the ones hanging on the wall were clean or not, they were both folded differently. Main room: 1 The bedspread was covered with dog hair. 2 While lying in bed, I smelled something funky. I sniffed the sheet and it smelled like wet dog. My daughter found toenail clippings in her sheet (she only had the fitted sheet on her bed, not the top sheet). 3 The AC was loud enough to drown out the road noise. I turned it off to try to get some sleep, but ended up sweating too much and had to turn it back on. 4 The two rooms on either side of us were empty, but at 4:45 AM some people stopped outside our door and had a loud conversation. Let's talk about the Lobby. The ceiling tiles were very stained from water leaks. Directly over the area where we checked in, there was a pipe wrapped in a towel & a heavy drip into a bucket at our feet. Pool was closed & it didn't look like it was the right color. The hallways could've used a sweeping. There was a sweatshirt abandoned underneath the stairs, but I think it might have been for the resident cat to cuddle in on cold nights. This may be a Days Inn & they may be owned by Wyndham, but I didn't see any of the quality I would expect from either of those two names. I'm staying someplace else next time.

Booking: Days Inn, Washington, North Carolina – Friday April 26th- Sunday 28th (2 nights) #129 & #109 I arrived at the Days Inn around 5pm. At check-in I was told that the room that I had selected was not available. They checked me into a different room with two queen beds. I am a large 6’3 man and the king bed was my preference. The room was dusty, the linens stained and thin. The internet was not working. I called the front desk for assistance, and nobody came to look. The TV did not work without the internet. There was a cockroach in the tub. I left for the day on Saturday to meet family and took all of my belonging with me. When I arrived back to the hotel at around 9pm my room was occupied, as it had been rented out to another customer. I went to the front desk along with the guest now occupying my room. The person at the front desk, much to the aghast of the other guest, offered to put me back in the room that I had been in the night before. Rather than inconvenience the other guest I accepted to be put into a new room. It took the front desk person 20 minutes to find a new room. The room didn’t have a working lock, so the door was opened for me. I was told I wouldn’t be able to leave the room until checkout. There was no hot water as well as 4 cockroaches in this room. The toilet seat was missing a bolt. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and recommend anyone reading this review to choose a different hotel if you are staying in Washington NC.

I should have received a discount as the pool was not open and there was nothing really for breakfast. The water pressure was too low to take a shower, the door was difficult to open or close. There is no phone in the room to call the front desk. The bed was the best part as it was comfortable. The TV only had 4 channels an 2 of them were poor reception.

The 1st room I was assigned had a broken lock and could not be opened with the pass key. The 2nd room was barely supplied, with on glasses, no coffee maker, ONE bar of soap, and few towels. The pool was drained for repairs and overall condition of the facility was shabby. The last straw was seeing a roach on the wall in the room. I've used the Days Inn, Washington, NC numerous times in the past but won't be going back after my experience this past weekend!

The room was dirty, no cups or face clothes. Bathroom counter and tray had gooey stuff. We didn’t bother with the shower. After 13 hours of driving we were too tired to leave. Sheets were on upside down, lamp did not work. When we arrived at the reception desk no one came to assist for 10 minutes I had to call to get attention. Poorly advertised

I can not stress enough to not stay here. We had to book a last second trip due to a death in the family. Upon check in our rooms were disgusting. There was mold on the ceiling, dust covering appliances, spiders in the corners and strong chemical smells. Blood in blankets, furniture ripped, We ended up leaving due to my child’s health.

Reviews are usually not something I do, but we were in a pinch and had to stay at this hotel despite the low ratings. The housekeeping staff did little house keeping. We found mutliple large dead bugs in the room. I guess dead is better than alive, but they were out in the open as though the room hadn't been cleaned. There was residue on all the handles, the toilet had a ring in it from not being clean, the shower and shower curtain were brown from not being scrubbed or ever washing the curtain, ice tray and bucket looked used and never cleaned, pillow case was dirty and there were two different pillows on the bed, the bed was made with the sheet on the outside and comforter on the inside, the lock on the door was damaged and inside the lock exposed. The door did seem to lock though despite the obvious damage. I haven't felt this uncomfortable in a hotel in a long time. This was my first time there and my last. The price point made the experience of everything I mentioned, even worse. It's not worth more than $50 a night. And that's just because it had functioning lights, water and a lock.

Disgusting. Blood stationed bath towels, no hand towels, and no washcloths. Had to ask 3 times for new bath towels. Mascara and something pink on all 3 pillow cases. Asked for new ones and they never got brought. Also did not have a phone, remote control to the tv, or light bulbs in lamps.

The room was sparse - one chair, one trash can, no glasses. Signs of needed repairs & upkeep were everywhere - stained grout in the shower, lime-cached shower head, painter over defects in the walls,etc.

The hallways could've used a sweeping. There was a sweatshirt abandoned underneath the stairs, but I think it might have been for the resident cat to cuddle in on cold nights. This may be a Days Inn & they may be owned by Wyndham, but I didn't see any of the quality I would expect from either of those two names. I'm staying someplace else next time.

The room was dusty, the linens stained and thin. The internet was not working. I called the front desk for assistance, and nobody came to look. The TV did not work without the internet. There was a cockroach in the tub. I left for the day on Saturday to meet family and took all of my belonging with me. When I arrived back to the hotel at around 9pm my room was occupied, as it had been rented out to another customer. I went to the front desk along with the guest now occupying my room. The person at the front desk, much to the aghast of the other guest, offered to put me back in the room that I had been in the night before. Rather than inconvenience the other guest I accepted to be put into a new room. It took the front desk person 20 minutes to find a new room. The room didn’t have a working lock, so the door was opened for me. I was told I wouldn’t be able to leave the room until checkout. There was no hot water as well as 4 cockroaches in this room. The toilet seat was missing a bolt. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and recommend anyone reading this review to choose a different hotel if you are staying in Washington NC.

Booked a double queen online. When we checked in we were told that double beds hasn't been available for more than a week. So 2 grown men had to share a bed. Hot water didn't work and sink was stopped up. We booked 2 nights. Left after the first. They would not refund the 2nd. night. Never stay there again.

The couch was so bad that even the Salvation Army would have thrown it away! No cups, no coffee maker, no light bulb in a lamp. Very wobbly computer chair! Don’t stay here!

I should have received a discount as the pool was not open and there was nothing really for breakfast. The water pressure was too low to take a shower, the door was difficult to open or close. There is no phone in the room to call the front desk. The bed was the best part as it was comfortable. The TV only had 4 channels an 2 of them were poor reception.

The rooms are NOTHING like the pics on the website. Extremely dirty. It looked as if nothing was cleaned. And i was told housekeeping just left that room. A king bed only had 2 pillows, no cups, no ice bucket, no wash cloths, only 1 towel, bedsheets were Extremely stained and looked like it was never changed, it looks as if the bed was just remade. And the sofa in the room, I wouldn't sit on if i put a towel on it first. It was just one BIG stain. I should of known better when the front desk asked if i wanted to look at the room first. The 1st room I was assigned had a broken lock and could not be opened with the pass key. The 2nd room was barely supplied, with on glasses, no coffee maker, ONE bar of soap, and few towels. The pool was drained for repairs and overall condition of the facility was shabby. The last straw was seeing a roach on the wall in the room. Absolutely disgusting hotel. Sheets and pillows dirty with stains. Bath towels had stains. Hole punched in the bathroom door covered with a sticker. Locks on door broken. Got a non smoking room and it definitely is smoked in. Hallways are filthy with cigarette butts on the floor. Drug deals in the parking lot. Do not stay here !

One of the reason I chose this hotel was because online listed it as pet friendly and breakfast. Sounded good but upon checking in the guy kept saying “no pets” right. Leaving me confused 🤔 this made my stay very difficult. And the breakfast was lacking in every way smh. Overall treatment by other staff was very pleasant and helpful. The property was run down and neglected. The rooms were not up to date and not very nice. I stayed 2 days. The room wasn’t cleaned while I was there. There danish and coffee was not fresh Mini breakfast muffins ( not good) Luke warm to cold coffee. If there would be a next time which I doubt, I would sleep in my truck. Water in shower didn’t get above Luke warm . I could go on but not a good ex at all. Very overpriced for the service I received. Oh yeah killed a couple of cockroaches too.
