GreenTree Inn of Holbrook, AZ

It was a nice place. The room was clean and adequate. The breakfast was sparse. Parking was easy.

The only issue I had was that I needed a receipt for my stay (to submit for work expenses) and they said they couldn’t give me one because I booked through a 3rd party (Hotels.com). I later found out that when booking through Hotels.com, if you choose the option “pay at property,” the hotel is suppose to give you a receipt when you check out. I finally reached the front desk later that day and they did email me a receipt. They apologized and made it right. It was just a long process to reach a live person at the actual property because all of the customer service phone numbers are AI. Other than that, the hotel is very comfortable and clean and is a perfect spot to stay when passing through Holbrook, AZ.

Room was clean. Fitness center is nice. Has everything you would need for a basic workout. Convenient to food and gas on a long road trip. Quiet no noise from the highway.

We were in need of a room unplanned during our travels. We were pleasantly surprised and happy with our stay. Clean room, the beds were very comfortable, so much so we slept in later than usual. 😊 Our room was near the front office, parking was fine. I didn't notice anything that made us feel unsafe or skeptical. (Definitely a plus for two females traveling). Staff was friendly when checking in and very helpful. If we're ever in need of a room in Holbrook in the future, I would definitely stay again.
