Room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was friendly. Great location. The only thing I did not like was the small pool that was only 4.5 feet deep. It also was suppose to be warm, but was cold! If you looking for a place to enjoy the pool this hotel definitely should not be your choice.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the shuttle service to Easton and the driver was quick and super friendly! Beds were comfortable. We would stay again.

This is a really nice place to stay! The heated pool was heated perfectly, the beds and pillows were soft, and everything was maintained and clean.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was just right and facilitated a good nights rest. ALL the staff members were friendly and helpful. The laundry room was very well priced at $1 to wash with a washer capacity of about 4 loads and $1 to dry for 45 min. There was daily breakfast served. There was a full spread of breakfast foods as if you were at a restaurant. The fitness room was effective with up to date equipment. The swimming pool was cloudy so my family and I skipped out on going swimming. I was very satisfied with my stay. This is one of the best hotels Ive stayed at. 5 STARS!!!

I enjoyed the room very much except I noticed some ants on the bathroom. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good but the sausages were hard around the edges. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and will come again ☺️

The online description was “.35” miles from Easton Town Center shopping” but the walk felt much longer, I had found a review that said 1 mile and I would believe it to be more of 1/2 to 1 mile. I am a walker so I am normally good with walking a distance. The room itself was spacious and served us well for our 3 days, love having a refrigerator and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful but never did get a cup of hot coffee, the day we did ask to have our room cleaned they didn’t vacuum and ants found the one crushed chip on the floor. We were offered another room but we did not want to move everything as we were leaving the following morning and just requested the floor be vacuumed. They did not prefer that but did send someone who thoroughly vacuumed.

The property was nice ! But I got to my room and they had not even pulled the couch bed out. It had not been cleaned underneath nor was the couch bed itself cleaned!! There war pop bottles underneath and rose petals.I called down to the Lobby they did instantly come and clean and vacuum off the bed. I’ve never had a problem with Marriott properties. This will be the first everything else about the property was awesome. Even though of that situation, I would still go back!

We decided to spend the long weekend in Columbus to visit the COSI museum, Lego Center, Zoo and Aquarium. Since I have a 4 month old we decided it would be easiest if we stayed somewhere with a kitchenette that was close to everything. We opted for the Towneplace suites. The first night we arrived there were people running down the halls. Our neighbors were so noisy at 2 am that they woke the baby. The next day everyone needed to shower. We were going to bathe the baby first. As I was sitting in the tub, I noticed there was something dark on the shower curtain. I was confused because it's not like my child was muddy and splashing muck everywhere. I opened the curtain further and discovered that it was covered in mold. I was absolutely horrified. We immediately contacted the front desk who said that they would be replacing it. An employee brought up a shower curtain, handed it to my friend, and then left. We were expected to change the shower curtain and deal with the moldy one. When they brought a change of towels the next day, there was hair woven in. There had also been hair on the walls of the shower, leading me to believe that the bathroom had never actually been cleaned. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Traveled with chiildren, so this place is good for families. The whole place was clean and the staff was excellent. Our only complaints was there was a strong odor of marijuana on several occasions over the weekend on our floor, enough that it came in our room when we would enter or exit. Then there was a few teenagers jogging down the hallway both nights between 12am and 3am until someone finally yelled at them. As far as the structure of the hotel goes, the rooms definitely need more sound barrier in the walls. Should not be able to hear normal conversations of your neighbors when they're not screaming. All in all, our experience was good. Would stay again.

Great stay for a weekend trip with the family. The room was a studio with 2 queen beds. It had a full kitchen (minus oven) also had grill and utensils for use. Came with some dishes and utensils it was just great. The breakfast was also very good and had full of varieties.

First, we received an early check in notice that switched our room type. I called and Steven said “our records show a double queen”, I replied mine says King, as i ordered. He then had the audacity to tell me they overbooked and had some “important guests” who decided stay another night, so we switched you. I said “I want the room I booked.” He said, you can talk to the manager, but I don’t think it will help. I said “I’ll try and let me give you my loyalty number.” He took it and said “Oh, I’ll talk to him for you.” Suddenly, I had my original room back. Don’t sell your rooms out to Expedia then cheat their clients. I find that to be very dishonest.

Very nice accommodations, and excellent breakfast options. The staff was all very nice and efficient. The 3 young ladies who were working the check in desk were some of the most impressive that I have seen in years. They were so kind and helpful. They truly seemed to love their job and really working together as a team.

Seems to be in a not so safe place with lots of homeless around We had no hot water our entire stay even after being told the 2nd night it was fixed. Woke up 3rd and final morning to no hot water. No internet either. Not Marriott quality I am used to at all. Felt I was staying at a Motel6 instead. Manager Sheila did refund one night but still doesn’t make up for 3 cold showers. Or lack of honesty from desk employees from checkin.

I won't be staying at another Marriott following this disappointing experience, opting instead for similar accommodations. While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, a couple of negative encounters significantly tainted my stay. As a frequent traveler, I use cameras for security, and noted that staff members would enter my room in my absence, beyond just the housekeeping services. I strongly suggest travelers bring cameras that back up to a cloud to ensure their privacy and security.

Great property and very reasonable price! I stayed 5 nights for a music festival and not only was it quiet and had great breakfast options, but the area was also very convenient for in terms of shopping options. We forgot a couple of things and having a Walmart in the same shopping center was a life saver.

Great hotel in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. They have a sign regarding accommodating dietary needs so I asked if they had any individually wrapped items since I have celiac disease. They had udi’s blueberry muffins and even warmed them up for me. Such a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay here again.
