The room was roomy and clean, they refreshed our towels for the next day while we were out. Staff was helpful and courteous when our key didn’t work, they fixed it right away. Our room looked exactly as pictured in the photos. Was bout a 5-10 min uber ride to Disneyland. The restroom was big which we liked since there were 4 of us so we would get dressed in the restroom. We had a family suit for the 4 of us, one slept in the queen bed, 2 on the king and one on the top bunk. There was also a microwave and refrigerator, the ac was cold! Free parking. The only annoyance was whoever was upstairs was loud and we heard banging through out the evening and in the morning. Other than that, I’d stay again.

This is a hotel that I usually stay at when I go to Disneyland. It seems like the cleanliness and upkeep is decreasing. This last stay was at an all time low. I checked in and noticed my TV wasn't working. There was no phone in the room to call and report. When I talked to the front desk, I was told someone would come by and fix it, but nobody came. When I got back from the park, and took a shower, I walked barefoot on the floor and it was filthy causing the bottom of my feet to be black. When I went to lay down, I notice bloody snot rubbed on the walls and it looked as if it was there for a while. When I complained to the front desk about the TV and wall, I was cut off and asked what did I want. I asked for a different room and was given it. But that room wasn't any cleaner. The walls were filthy. This hotel is not maintained very well and is very clean. I would caution anyone that stays here.

This hotel was nice. Comfortable beds clean rooms. The parking is very tight but it was a nice stay, The rooms were cleaned daily and didn't have that odd 'hotel' smell. Also very close to Disney.
