Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Norton Shores/Muskegon

Room and breakfast (really weak) area was clean, but overall shabby facilities…. But the worst was a drunk, apparently across the hall kept trying to get into our room at 3am, and then convinced the desk clerk it was his room, and he opened our door… I had the door catch in place, and pushed it back shut…. Couldn’t believe the clerk didn’t verify first before opening the door… it was terrifying. Wanted a later check out, but was only offered 15 minutes… now I want a full refund. Don’t stay here! Internet wasn’t working either.

My stay at this hotel was terrible I told them I was having a couple kids swim because it was my baby birthday than they tend to tell me I can’t have to many people in the room when I told them they wasn’t staying than they told me my kids were to loud while they was swimming “ there kids” so for me to come from a different state and choose this hotel to stay at and get told multiple times that everything I was doing was wrong I will never stay at this hotel again!

Employee told us we had to pay cash for the room deposit. Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, have cockroaches and bathroom was moldy.

Fridge was broken all week told the worker named yoshua at the desk multiple days in a row. He said he would do something they came and looked at it, then nothing. Finally after 7 full days I caught a nice gentleman not sure of his name but very respectful and handled it within the day.

Sink leak, mild due smell in bathroom, slow drain in bathtub water backs up, WiFi didn’t work in my room not able to connect for work. Hotel Service did not try to correct the concerns
